    Dropped off my laptop to upgrade nvme and picked it up in 6 days, one day earlier than expect, but when I picked up it was 10 mins til closing so I go to my car to inspect the laptop when I noticed the backplate was not put in properly and even worse. 3 of the screws were totally missing. I tried going back but it was already 7:00 so no one answered when I tried calling in. Called elite arrive had to book an appointment for someone to talk to me about it... But I went in the next day to talk to a manager about it and was able to talk to Jared about replacing the back plate with the bent latches and was able to get my screws put back in place Check your items when you have them "repaired" or "fixed up"

    Horrible arrogance by the apparent manager, Bobby. He clicked his tongue and pointed his finger like a gun and said “good job” after I mentioned I would go above him to the area manager and he laughed and said “good luck they were let go 3 weeks ago”. Can’t make this up. When I mentioned that I knew the managers name he said “who, tell me who and laughed”. I asked for help with an HP laptop just to get the issue repaired under warranty, didn’t ask for a new laptop. Bobby.breezed in and said “not eligible for return” and started to walk away. I stopped him to solicit assistance which he clearly didn’t want to deal with This after the employees said she “apparently” just opened it yesterday. Very accusatory and not helpful. Just lost a long time customer who has spent thousands in this store.

    My sales representative Josh was extremely nice polite helpful warming welcoming and inviting. Awesome customer service. He answered all my questions old and new. I do all my electric shopping at Best Buy. ( phones and computers) He even walked around the store showed me other products I was inquiring about and explained the usage. I really like the Best Buy in Parker. Best customer service experience I have had yet in Colorado.

    I will not attempt to use something dirty and covered in another person's earwax!! $100 product sold as new... Parker, Co store shame on you!! Tried to call store to speak to management got transferred to some call center where i didn't understand the persons accent and was told if i didn't want the product i just bought or it didn't work i had 14 days to return. Reciept & box included in picture!! Lol for yourself! Would you have even tried it?

    Extremely Bad Service. The part timer teenagers do better job than the store Manager. I had few questions regarding a product and asked for Manager. After a good wait, this Guy who calls himself as a store Manager Sam Oh shows up with an attitude as if he is doing a favor by selling a stuff. This guy definitely needs a refresher course in listening skills and customer service. Very rude and impatient. I suggest going to Park Meadows location as the staff is more pro active and attentive!

    If you was poor service and rude people come here! I don’t know if it comes to just this store or all of them but do not go! If I could rate I would rate less than one store I called about replacing an item and when I drove they told me that I was out of luck and that i bought a 500 dollar paper weight! Been shopping with them for 10 years but will never go back not even to use their phone if I was in an emergency of any kind! But hey if you like rude people that are useless go idc

    TL;DR - MASS IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER After encountering a myriad of untrained and uneducated employees at other Best Buy locations, I decided to give this place a shot and I am very grateful that I did. I've been to nearly ALL Best Buy locations near the Denver area and this location is by far the best. And what makes this Best Buy special is the fact that they have Mass (forgot his full name) at this location. The majority of BB employees that I have encountered are ignorant, stubborn, and refusing to learn or even hear about information that they may not be aware of. However, Mass was not only very polite but also keenly enthusiastic and open-minded to hear about the ongoing cellphone promotion that I wanted to redeem (it's not very straightforward and needs things to align to make it work). He went over the process very carefully step by step, made sure things are as they should be, and successfully closed the transaction. I can't compliment him enough and wish him the very best. I'd also like to thank Jared, the Geek Squad manager, for directing me to Mass. Mass is the kind of employee that EVERY Best Buy should have.

    It's was dope! I was in a rush and didn't even know what I exactly wanted, I knew I was in the market for a camera . . . .and thats it. I ended up walking out with two cameras for an amazing deal!!! It really was a swell experience and I'll be recommending ya'll to my friends, most definitely hahaha!! And, all of which was done in a timely manner and it was done quickly and stress free with grace!

    I live directly behind the store. When I buy something, I ask for assistance to my car. Well, since I live behind the store I ask them for help. 2nd time they delivered to my apartment home. 3rd floor. They understood the issues and are amazing. I mostly or always take their advice on items I buy. Best General Manager and crew. Thanks for bringing up the massive tv and platform. Y’all, my best experience ever. Amazon drops things off like they are robbing the place. Best Buy, gets the humor and always delivered. Then checks in on me. What massive company does this? I wouldn’t request a tv to be hung. Just simple moving and helping.

    I went in to buy a new phone and had the absolute best customer service I could ask for. Massimo was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful in explaining different phones to me. He gave great information and I finally decided on a phone. He took the time to set up the new phone for me and transfer the data over from my old phone. He made sure it was working correctly by having me test incoming and outgoing calls. When something wasn't working, and he had tried everything possible to correct it, he took time to call Verizon support and they were finally able to get it fixed. Fantastic experience with an extremely competent and friendly, helpful employee. Best buy is my new phone store.

    Very hard to get service. Mostly older teens working here who never learned customer service. Computer automatically applied a $10 donation to my purchase for St. Jude. Definitely watch for that. I bet Best Buy has gotten thousands of dollars from unwilling participants this way.

    I never write reviews but If Jeremiah from Geek Squad is working you might as well just come another day. Is this guy for real? This guy talks so much but says absolutely nothing. Ive had to deal with this guy on 3 different occasions and its been so incredibly difficult every time. He comes off knowledgeable but has zero problem solving skills. This past time again, did not solve my issue. He was yelling, aggravated, and very unprofessional. Ive been going to this best buy for awhile now and Ive always had excellent service. However, run for this hills if Jeremiah is working.

    𝘼𝘽𝙎𝙊𝙇𝙐𝙏𝙀 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙎𝙏 customer service I have ever encountered. I was sent to three separate departments for a Bluetooth capable device and each time was sent do a different department than the last from another employee as I was leaving cuz no one would help me the manager decide to do rude and condescending remarks instead of helping a customer to which team you was already upset! I will never go to this location again I would rather drive to another city!!! BTW not first Time this happened!!

    Best Buy has nice brick and mortar stores with cool stuff in them. However, sometimes, the selection is limited and/or expensive. Other times the service is helpful and I get what I need at a good price

    Positive the items were in stock but ordered for curbside pickup. Arrive at the store check in and wait for 20 min no one comes out. Tried to call the store but all calls routed to a national call center with no way to but put in touch with the store. Go inside to get my order at the counter no one is there waiting for 5 min. Finally I got someone mentioned I have a pickup and had been waiting outside. Offered no apologies nothing and my items were sitting right there and they didn't even attempt to bring them out. What is the point in offering the service if no one cares to complete it?

    The minute I walked in the store I was immediately assisted with what I was looking for. I walked out purchasing ear buds for my phone. The salesperson even explained to me how to activate and use them. This Parker, CO Best Buy personnel were very courtesy and efficient. The one thing I noticed was they were out of stock with several items.

    Just dealt with Jacob and he did everything to get every deal he could. I know two of the managers there that have treated me well multiple times. I spend thousands and thousands here a year I love Best buy and this is by far the best Best buy out here all knowledgeable staff and care about their job. Appreciate all you guys

    I have always preferred Best Buy for my electronic devices. I've always been happy with Best Buy. We went to purchase a new PC or laptop. We couldn't get anyone to help us. The store wasn't that busy but the few people we saw working were occupied. I was about to leave when my wife brought someone from customer service. We decided to make the purchase and got to the final transaction and the register froze up. So we had to start over on another register. I love Best Buy but not happy with the lack of service.
