We just had the worst experience with one of their doctors Sarah Mitchell. the worst bedside manner. did not let my daughter talked and when she raised some of her issues. totally disbelieved her and scolded her instead. there was no sympathy and explanation and could not be bothered. charged $80 for her service not even 10 minutes. other doctors that we saw before Dr Alison Dr Siva Dr Jonathan and Dr William were amazing. Sarah Mitchell does not belong in that practice with that type of attitude.

Dr Sarah Mitchell is the Worst doctor, racist so if you with brown skin or Muslim don't bother going to her, she will tell you to go back to your previous doctor, refuse to treat me or refuse to even listen to my concerns, kept saying go to your previous doctor, i don't have your medical history so refuse to give me prescription. wasted my time in booking appointment, waited and then told to go away. i was polite, respectful and courteous and she was snappy, rude and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN!

Ok, I was reluctant to write this review but these issues must be addressed, especially because I have spent a lot of money out of pocket to visit this practice: 1. I was not told that there had been a $10 increase in fees, so each 5 minute consult is now $90. 2. The reception staff did not access my hospital discharge summary for my records, and I got told off by the Dr. 3. I was very clear that I was in the area for a couple of months while recovering from surgery and it was agreed that I could have an appointment, yet I have been made to feel like an annoyance for being a patient who is involved in their own care (and not just a money-maker who knows nothing). 4. The Dr was annoyed at having to check my post-surgical wounds and prescribing necessary medication (NOT pain relief or anything addictive). Let's just say that the nice facade at my initial appointment quickly dropped at my second appointment when I basically had to beg for a prescription (which caused stress during a time when I should be resting). 5. I was not told important results by reception staff beyond 'no action needed', despite stating that I NEEDED to know if the result was negative so that I could stop taking unnecessary medication. 6. The reception staff have refused to pass on my test result to the surgeon/s involved in my care, stating that I had to approach the hospital and get them to make a formal written request for the test result. They also refused to print out a copy of my test result so that I can take it to my surgeon/s before my next surgery in a couple of weeks. These are MY results, why are you refusing to give them to me?

Whoever I just spoke to on the front desk has to be one of the rudest administrators I have ever spoken to. If you can't speak to people (Who are most likely sick/suffering/ill) with even the decency of basic manners - then admin is not the profession for you. Change your tone of voice, learn some kindness and start speaking to people with respect. You're only human and you will end up on the other side of the counter with your own medical issues one day - And when you do, you won't want to be spoken to the way that you just spoke to me. Gross.

I found the whole experience quite upsetting. The Gp I saw Sarah Mitchell was argumentative, talking over the top of me. All I wanted was a referral for my colonoscopy as I’d received a letter from the specialist clinic telling me I was due as it had been 5 years. Telling me you have to have symptoms of some sort to get one done and i pay privately. Bought back to me what my dear friend went through when she ended up being diagnosed with aggressive bowel cancer and has since died. The gp she went to rolled their eyes when she said she wanted to go for one. He said I’m only referring you to keep you happy as there’s no need. Even though she’d had back pain for 6 months. She was the one 5 yrs ago that told me to promise to go for one and keep on top of it. I was left really upset today. I’ll never see the gp again. No wonder she has available appointments the day before. The reception lady “Sarah” was so lovely to me when I came out. I told her what happened. Thankyou Sarah for your caring and compassionate persona I was about to burst into tears.

Love Dr Misha Datta. I don't live close by, but it's absolutely worth the drive to see her. She genuinely cares and works with me to find viable treatment options rather than just tick the box and out the door. Can be hard to get in to see her for this fact. But worth the wait.

Being a new patient of older age I was concerned about finding a new GP. I need not have as from my making my appointment to to seeing the doctor. She listened and did not rush me. I am very lucky to be seeing Dr S and would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Was good for a while until they started going backwards with appointments & consults. Arrived 15 mins early for a standard consult, ended up waiting for almost an hour & was very dissapointing when they didn't follow through with. If a drs going to be behind or late, just say so because more often than not the patient doesn't necessarily have time of day to wait around while they clear out the reception area.

After moving interstate I needed a new GP. I was extremely happy after meeting Dr Meesha today who came highly recommended by her Staff. Such a lovely Dr and an easy transition of care going forward. Thankyou

The ladies are always lovely and helpful. I never wait long for my appointment if the doctors are running late the reception let you know so you’re not waiting if you have things to do. I have been going to this practice for years and have never had a bad experience.

Had my first anti-wrinkle session with Liz today after needing to change Clinics. They were both lovely and gentle at the touch! Highly recommend.

Usually a good experience but today was disappointed. The doctor abruptly stopped my kid reaching out for the kid’s books in her office (located on the floor in a basket - just a design feature?) and a panicking toddler was left waiting 50 minutes for her vaccination.
