I had a great experience. I felt very welcomed and was greeted very kindly by staff. Tania was very helpful and kind. My stylist Ana was so sweet and patient. She gave her honest opinion and made me feel at ease during my service.

I didn't have a good experience at this location. One of the lash tech plucked my eyelashes out during several sessions. This tech has been known to do this painful practice and was verified via another employee that she was told about a few clients that they experienced the same treatment and she didn't know why she would do that because they are trained to professionally removed loose lashes. She also stated that the lashes should never be plucked because that affects the lashes health. After my last appointment with this tech, I used professional lash remover to remove my lashes. I noticed that my lashes were horrible and had areas that were completely patchy and bald. They looked mutilated. Worse experience ever! Oh, I know this establishment is aware of the tech that is pulling out lashes as there is another review that states the same thing. My question is why hasn't anything been done. This is truly appalling. What a waste of time and money.

I had an amazing experience. Tania was very kind & greeted me as soon as i walked through the door. My stylist was kind and accommodating throughout my service, but my lashes came out AMAZING. I loved my lashes. I believe i was with Veronika. 10/10 would recommend this place they always have deals and i got a free cute tote bag

I've been coming here for months now, and I could never go anywhere else! Siera is AMAZING, she is also so kind, helpful, and smiley. She will always make sure you feel welcomed and that you had a great experience. Ana is always my stylist and she does an AMAZING job. My lashes always look great, they stay on, she always asks me if I am comfortable and okay. These two together are a power team!!!

I’ve been going to the Oak Park location for about three months now. Anna is my go to person for $10 more. You can get a master. Which was even better! I like a more natural look

Got my lashes done for vacation here and they all fell out in 3 days. I got them done by Ana S and they didn't look like what i asked for and described at all. plus i asked her how long they're supposed to last and she said to get a refill every 2 weeks so i was expecting them to last longer than 3 days. i shouldn't have to pay $160 + tip for lashes that cant even last 3 days. The workers are really nice and the place is really clean but the work done on the lashes needs to be better.

I liked this place a lot but I have recently been and one of the technicians Tamica tore my lashes when doing a new full set hybrid lash. Once she was done I noticed my lashes were fuller than the other and she refused to do anything about this problem. I have naturally full lashes and this is the first time my lashes have never matched. Never book Tamica. She is supposed to be a master lash stylist but very unprofessional and doesn’t know what she is doing.

Natalie was amazing!! Such a gentle touch! Almost fell asleep, barely felt she was there. Will definitely be coming back ❤️
