The sevice we received was excellent. Colin the technician went out of his way to make sure we knew the procedures. The work was neat and tidy and he talked us through how to work the camera. A plus was that the work was finished in good time. Many thanks Colin.

Jennifer was a star! Five actually :-) She helped me select two child seats, urgently needed as we were let down by the courtesy car we received. She then did a demo fitting them both, which I wouldn't have managed on my own. I was stressed out, she was calm and helpful - perfect combo :-) Can't thank her enough.

Visited your store in Aberystwyth today to have a side light bulb replaced/fitted as I have MS and struggle with fiddly jobs. The bulbs were a pack of 2 for around 4 pounds the guy fitting them asked if I wanted both replacing as he said the existing one would probably go soon after the faulty one has been replaced so I agreed the job took him about 90 seconds. When I returned home which is about a 25 mile journey I checked my emailed receipt and I had been charged 9 pounds for each bulb. So 4 odd pounds for the bulbs and 18 pounds to fit them which literally took 90 odd seconds. I feel robbed to be honest, really not impressed. If the charge had been 9 pounds for both then fair enough.🤬

Customer service was great. But there was no heating at all inside the store. Really cold for customers, but at least they could go outside to warm up. The staff had to work in those conditions. I hope that gets sorted out soon.

Would give zero if I could, we're located in gloucester ,my daughter is at uni in aber.she eang us and we aduvised her to go to halfords,so she went here for new brake light bulbs in her car , drove away and found out a few days later that brake lights were still not working..took the car to a local garage, who were very nice ,and pointed out halfords had not even changed the bulbs , old ones were still in car...the garage did not rip her off and actually charged £5 less than halfords to change 2 brake light bulbs ..halfords were £25...never recommend halfords folks

I rocked up at Halfords in a stress because my rear lights weren’t working and I had a long drive to Chester. Barry and Jennifer could not do enough to help me. They fixed the issue quickly and were a great laugh while I waited. Would highly recommend!

As always - superb service with friendly staff and pretty good prices. The store is always clean and tidy and easy to move around and find what you want and more. Staff are more than happy to come and attend to you and have a superb and happy attitude - they seem very happy to be working at Halfords! Thank you!

Speedy and friendly service got new numberplate which were in my hand within 10 minutes of ordering and got them fitted and new windscreen wipers fitted there and then

Excellent service, vehicle checked and all issues identified sorted promptly. Customer service - informative and non judgmental…😂..advice given regarding tyres. Only negative …it was warmer outside the premises than inside …🥶🥶🥶
