I had a wonderful experience buying my dishwasher and the install was great. I highly recommend. I have purchased appliances from other high-end appliance companies in the area and this experience was much better. I will definitely come back to purchase future appliances.

Incredibly easy! Delivery, installation and take away of old equipment was amazing. They put cardboard on the carpet before they brought anything in. They cleaned up when they were finished. Having had many appliances delivered in rentals over the years I have seen my share of incompetence and chaos. This was terrific and done in about 45 minutes. Hooray.

Five star delivery, removal of old appliances, installation of new ones and clean up. The day started with excellent notifications of estimated arrival. The crew that arrived was highly professional. They removed the old built-in freezer and refrigerator in minutes. The new Miele built-ins were installed as if they had always been there. Kudos to this crew!!!

Sales and Service have exceeded our expectations. Purchased all appliances for a new build from Steve S at ABW in Rockville and couldn’t have been more impressed with his knowledge and service. Had first service call post delivery to adjust settings on an appliance and Brian from service came to address. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Brian did a fantastic job in addressing our concerns.

Paco was extremely helpful and professional installing our new dishwasher. He also was persistent in trying to figure out why a set of lights in our kitchen stopped working after we had a new stove and hood installed a few weeks ago. Not only did he solve the problem, but he also took the time to explain why it happened and how to fix it. Overall, we really had great service with Paco and would recommend him highly.

Our builder used ABW for our appliances. One of our appliances is faulty and we've been trying to get ahold of them for over month. Called and left a message and got no call back. Even our builder has had issues!! Finally got ahold of them, they were supposed to come today between 12 and 4 and they never showed up!!!! I seriously doubt if some of these 5 star reviews are real. None of the 5 star reviewers have more than 10 reviews. Go through and take a look.

Pedro and Luis - excellent technical service and quick in fixing my Jenn-Air dual microwave oven. Extremely knowledgeable about the product.They were both professional and considerate on my request for she covers. Extremely happy customer.

We are a custom home builder constructing 30 homes per year. I can't say enough about the level of value and service we get from ABW. The new showroom on Nicholson Lane is amazing! Steele is a very knowledgeable sales professional. He makes for a great experience with all of our homeowners.

Bad service response. I don't write a bad review unless it is really bad. ABW Appliances are the worst in servicing / scheduling and ordering parts. Our Viking refrigerator took several months to repair and our Viking oven has been scheduled for repair several months ago. On the day of the repair, 1 hour before schedule time, the technician calls and says they didn't order the part and I have to reschedule. This is the last time I am using them for any service!

Paco came out December 6 in the morning to service our brand new Speed Queen front loading washing machine. He discovered that the front mounting bracket had not been removed so he removed it. He also discovered that both the washer and dryer had not been leveled and he level them. He tested everything and had me verify the level. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. We are very happy with his service.

Paco was a lifesaver! First of all, we were sure the top oven glass door of the double wall oven was scratched because it had a 6 inch diagonal line across it, and to the touch by several people, we were sure it was a scratch. Even Paco was sure it was a scratch. However, something must’ve been gnawing at him because after he did the other work, he went back to re-examine the door and discovered with some real, rubbing power that it was actually heavy glue. Additionally, we were very unhappy with the large gap below the bottom oven and the lower cabinet door and although we still don’t love the gap that is there, Paco decided to take a chance and he was able to move the bottom panel of the oven up a quarter of an inch and drill new holes to reinstall it. It looks better much better than it did.

ABW has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everyone I have worked with has been attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They helped me choose appliances and kept me informed of the status of my order. Once I was ready for installation, scheduling was very easy and delivery and installation were on-time and seamless. I highly recommend ABW!

Pacco was here to fix all the remaining issues that was left by the previous installer . He was very knowledgeable and very patient . He was great . One issue could not be resolved since it will need two person but Pacco was able to give right suggestion on how to resolve the issue . This will need additional visit to reinstall the microwave .

Paco was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was our third time having someone out to properly install the dishwasher and he was able to work thoroughly and get the issue resolved. Grateful that Paco was sent out to assess the situation!!

Paco came today to adjust the door of newly installed dishwasher and he truly left it better than he found it! Honestly, I am speechless. That kind of work ethic and love for the job is rare and such a treasure. Highly recommend.

I work for a local home builder that works with ABW on several of our projects to supply and install our appliances. The new showroom is fantastic! Steele is great to work with, always very professional, helpful, and understanding to our client needs and desires. Budget is often a big driver for our clients and ABW has many different offerings to fit any budget. Quotes are always returned quickly and with clear understanding. Scheduling installation is always simple and timely.

I visited your N Bethesda showroom yesterday. What a great showroom! It's so helpful to see and touch the appliances in many kitchen layouts in your store. Your salesperson, Luis Calderon, patiently answered all my questions about the vent hoods and induction cooktops. I learned a lot and came away with a solution I had not considered before. It was a pleasure to work with him!!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been more than 2 weeks since we reported the new fridge we bought from ABW wasn’t cooling. They’ve sent someone to look 3 times but still have yet to provide any timeline/plan to replace or fix the defective appliance. Unless I see immediate attention and urgency to resolve this problem, I can’t imagine ever recommending ABW to anyone.

Update: Brooke from ABW reached out to me and went over and above in addressing the situation. She proactively contacted Miele and ordered a part which comes from Germany. Followed up every step of the way and got the issue resolved. Shipment from Germany did take sometime but I'm glad the issue was resolved. I wish I could have escalated this earlier. Would not hesitate to business with ABW again! Previous Review: I had high hopes but ABW did not get my install of Meile Downdraft right since it was installed last fall. It took them over 5 service visits and back and forth with Meile and the issue still isn't resolved. Lack of follow-up from ABW just warrants me to constantly call them and often 2 months wait for each service visit. This is beyond frustration!. I understand there is dependency with Meile but the sheer lack of competency is bothersome. I hope ABW takes their costumer problems seriously.

ABW excels at customer service. Buying an appliance during supply chain shortages can be challenging but ABW knows how to get the job done. Their customer service is the best. I would highly recommend using ABW for appliance purchases. Damir Sabolcec gets a special shout out.

Ordered our new kitchen Appliances in February. Wish could have given lower rating. No communication, no follow up and takes days to get a response. Very disappointing. Better off going to home depot, their design center in Rockville is great. I thought ABW meant better service.

I went back to Roy and ABW when I needed a new washer asap. He was super responsive and gave me solid recommendations. I'm really pleased with the product he recommended and the installation team was prompt and professional. Since then, I've gone back to Roy with a service request and he was again really responsive. I appreciate that I can count on ABW for great service and great products.
