I bought a ticket from sungai nibong to tbs with supernice bus company. Unfortunately, my experience with them was equally disappointing. SUPERNICE ? More like SUPERBAD !!! The trip was delayed for an excruciating 3 hours !!!! Causing major inconvenience and frustration for all the passengers. It seemed like the company had no regard for its customers' time or well-being. The lack of communication and transparency during the delay made matters even worse. I would strongly advise against using this bus company if you value your time and sanity. If i am able to rate them at 0 stars, I would. Their unreliability and poor service make them one of the worst companies I have ever encountered.

Took bus at 6.15pm from terminal 17 Shah Alam, it’s already 8.18pm and I’m still at jalan duta. What kind of service is this.?????? Wasting so much time. could reach half of the journey. Lousy service

Decided to take the bus because it was a last minute decision to travel back to KL. My first impression of the bus was that “it’s going to be a comfortable ride home” but unfortunately, it was all a lie. The bus arrived early at 2pm from Sungai Petani but at 4.30pm, we were still in Juru, Penang. The total journey was supposed to 5 hours ish as advertised on the website but clearly it took longer than that. The bus stopped at a lot of places along the way, which was very bad. Therefore, I would highly not recommend this line.

A WASTE OF MONEY & TIME & ENERGY. Dont book this bus agency! Book this bus agency from redbus. A trip from perlis to Johor bahru which takes at almost 12 hours trip ( according to the redbus time estimation) . The bus supposed to be arriving at the departure at 6.30pm but instead they arrived at 7pm. From 7pm to 12am we were still in kedah 🙂 . They had stopped a few time just to pickup more passengers. The traffic is not that bad which i think could delayed more 1 hour if the traffic is really really bad. Supposed to be arriving at larkin terminal at 6.20 but we were still in serdang at this time. I TOOK ALMOST 20 hours to arrive to my destination. Totally may worst experience

A very horrible experience with this bus company! The bus stopped at multiple stations to pick up passengers. It took a total of 3 and half hours from Penang island to Ipoh, with smooth traffic flow which was supposed to be 2 hours as stated on the website. This would be my first and LAST time taking this bus!

Bad service. I bought the ticket online but it did not stated it has to stop by Seremban while approaching KL. I thought one stop before my destination was fine but the driver stop by Seremban Station for more than one hour. We just sit in the bus waiting for nothing. Waste of time and money. I hope this bus company can soon disappear from this service industry. Don’t come out and drag down the level of Malaysia travelling bus service.

Supernice grassland express please change it to superbad!! Wasted so many times, stop multiple places and bus delay some more. 1.45pm bus but reach 2pm++, and depart from TBS to Larkin took 6 hours++, which is very long compare to bus city express 4 hours++. The only good things was the bus seat is quite comfort. Anyway this is the first time and last time to take supernice grassland, good luck!

It shouldnt be named supernice. This is very superbad. My advice is dont, DONT take this bus. The condition of the bus is okay in fact, out of many buses I've travelled with, this is very comfy one. But the driver is really2 bad. Not punctual, too many stops, rude, eating while driving that almost cost motorcyclist life and so unhygienic. Plus they drive really2 slow. I took the bus from shah alam to penang and it took me 10++ hours to reach butterworth. If u see a bald guy with a long beard and an old veteran man with cap and 3310 nokia phone as the drivers, YOU SHOULD BAIL OUT!! Overall i would give 0.1/10 rating. 0.1 for the very comfotable seat they have.

From sungai nibong to ipoh took 4 hours instead of 2 hours. The bus keep collecting passengers along the road. Took 2 hours just to get out the penang sempadan. How are these other passengers got the privilege to be picked up from their desire spot? Arent we supposed to arrived at a proper bus station/terminal/central then wait for the bus at the designated time. When i bought the ticket at redbus website it clearly stated it will take 2 hours 30 min might be due to traffic etc. But 4 hours to collect passengers out of nowhere? Thats just rude. Please change your systems to get profit. Other people dont have time to be wasted on such stupidity.

Worst bus service to Hatyai. 2 hours bus delay from boarding point + 2 hours of unnecessary breaks in between travelling. Urge you guys not to use this bus.

2nd Aug travel: The bus service is really pathetic. Driver has to take stops at random places and ensure that the bus is full. Never ever ever travel by this bus. Save your precious time.

The worse bus ride ever!!! I'm writing this review while I'm in the bus and it's such a terrible experience. The bus took more than 4 hours to reach Penang from Kuala Perlis. It usually takes hardly 2 hours! And while on the way, the driver has randomly stopped the bus on a running road...when we asked him what's wrong...he did not even bother to respond! After sometime we got to know that there is so issue with the bus and they are waiting to get it fixed. We are stranded for almost 2 hours over here and there's no update from the driver! This bus journey was supposed to take only 7 hours to reach TBS. Sadly, I'm still here waiting for this bus to get started so that I can reach home soon! DO NOT travel with this bus. It is not NICE!

Please take care of the bus cleanliness. There was cockroaches beside my seat which was terrifying. Told the bus driver the first , was ignored and I had to inform him again then only was changed seat . We are paying for a good and comfortable service but how do we sleep peacefully in the bus if there is creatures living together in the bus .

First and last for me. This bus company is a jerk. When I was booking it, I am the only one in the seat selection. Fast forward to that day, KL to Singapore boon lay. The bus was delayed but Nvr displayed on the tv at TBS. It’s was delayed from 2130h to 2250H, not only that, I didn’t get the seat that I booked. The seats were taken and many just took over the available seats. I was told by the driver of PMN7966 to take any available seats cos previous bus was rosak, and when I sound displeased; he answer with an annoying tone to ask me to complain. I spoke to other passengers and they told me all these are lies. Some have waited as long as 4 hours for the delay. This company will always delay the departure to consolidate all the seats. Not only the departure was delayed, the bus will drop passengers at skudai, utama, top up fuel at shell, Larkin and woodlands checkpoint before final stop at boon lay. I booked 2130H and reached 0340H at boon lay, with leftover seat, which is last row. Don’t ever take this company bus unless you are willing to go for bus ride and risk of no seats

Supernice bus driver PQL6966 (route to kl) at shahab perdana, alor setar (11.8.23 @ 8.00am) don't know the manners how to reply when the passengers request information regarding his company bus which was late.(route alor setar to manjung) meanwhile supernice counter empty on that time if need info. worst case the way he handle the passengers. Don't tarnish image of malaysians. Better change the drivers who are adamant and rude.

it is actually a nice bus. it arrived on time and just had two stops. So far I had a great experience with the bus. perhaps they have improved their service. it is also cheap and clean. worth travelling. :)

On time service. We traveled from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. They reached early than their scheduled time. Good and very clean bus. Very Comfortable travel.

Very terrible experience. Bus not arrive destination on time. Definitely waste my time. Bus driver’s attitude was not good and talking out so loud to passengers. Besides, I felt the bus is unsafe due to the driver keep using emergency brake by multiple times. Please improve your driver’s driving skills.

Stupid bus service. Stopped at Butterworth for fuel and took them 1.5 hours for that. Still stopping here and there to pick up people. Rude customer service lady trying to justify the delay.

I would like to raise a complaint here. PMS 2966 Super nice grassland Bus driver was rude and delay the ETA time about 1 hours plus from Johor (3.29pm start journey) to HENTIAN DUTA. This not an issue, I understand sometime was jam. Besides that, a super big issue is ard 10.30pm about to reach HENTIAN DUTA STATION (according waze 2 mins reach the station) but i realise the bus is drive away from HENTIAN DUTA STATION. I’m asking the driver why did not drop us at HENTIAN DUTA STATION. His answer is ‘boss call me back to TBS to pick up passenger due to bus there got issue and ask me duduk diam diam’ Hello, is this logic? About 2 mins reach HENTIAN DUTA why not drop us fst only back to TBS, the ETA was delay about 2 hours (original ETA is 8.40pm). Now is what time dy can told me back to TBS pick up passenger? U know my family was waiting me at HENTIAN DUTA about 2 hours! I can’t accept that about 2 mins reach the station and did not drop me off my drop off point and told me my boss ask me back to TBS pick up another bus passenger. My time is money, u r wasting my time now. End up ur driver is drop me at Petronas Station Sg Besi at 10.30pm. My family need to pick up me at Petronas Station Sg Besi from Hentian Duta just because ur driver did not drop me at original drop off point. It is just 2 mins reach my drop off point. If I’m not argue with ur driver he will not going to drop me anywhere nearby my location. I aNEED AN EXPLANATION ON THIS ASAP!

This company is getting worse and worse. We stopped and waited many times along the way. We set out at 10:00 p.m. and waited until 11:40 to drive. , the whole journey is 646 kilometers, and the time is nearly 11 hours. It should have arrived in Singapore at 7:00 in the morning, but it has been delayed until 10:30. It is a very bad company. I heard that it used to be good, but now it seems to be terrible

Travelled from Komtar Penang to Amanjaya Ipoh on this bus last Friday. Service was good but don't understand the stop to pick up passengers after Penang Sentral. Yes, agreed all of us have to answer nature's call but please stop at a proper RnR and not anywhere as one off route

I’ll rate this zero out of 5 if I could. Worst as usual bus company. The bus driver was late for 45mins upon arrive and still fxcking bad attitude? This the only option I could choose else I will definitively not recommend.

the bus was very late. It is happen today 24/03/23. The bus as written in the ticket should arrive Penang central at 1:57pm and the route mentioned Penang central but end up went to sg Nibong. When it goes to Sg Nibong it is already 1hr late.

The bus was late for an hour from Alor Setar to Larkin Johor. Would recommend Sri Maju instead of super nice bus. No crew was around to assist or inform of the delay.

The worst bus i’ve ever took, from TBS to Alor Setar, it should be around 6h30m to arrive. This bus took 7h and now still at sungai petani, which means we need around one hour to arrive at as. Driver stopped at many places and each place took around 20-30min no idea what is he doing :)

When I purchased the ticket it shows the eta to arrive is 515pm at Nibong bus station from Kuantan (departure time is 845am) It stopped at Temerloh bus station, then TBS at KL, then another KL bus station. Then stopped at Perak R&R, then Ipoh stopped another 2 stations, then Penang Sentral station. From 515pm eta and it delayed until 8pm. Spent almost 12 hours in bus!!! Freaking terrible!!!

Slow n not very efficient driver. Lot of complaints. Truly worse hahaha 6-7 hours from Kl to Penang without jammed so many pitstop like just stop only for toilet? Then driver easily top up gases while the drop off station nearby in 2 km. come on use brain customer priority or dont have any gas station throughout after that? Shameless

great and smooth experience! I know there's tons of concerning reviews, but give them a chance, they r improving! my great experience includes: - very proactive and friendly staff who calls me more than half an hour before my boarding time, just to make sure I am on the right side of the road to board. when I arrive the booth, the staff is friendly and only requires me to provide my name, phone number and seats number, then gives me the tickets. she also brief us on the singapore arrival card and reminds us to buckle seat belts for our safety. - bus is very on time, speed is great! - comfortable seats and aircond! - driver doesn't blast his own songs and just calmly drive the whole way. he gives clear guidance on where we r stopping too. guides us with the customs as well.

Bus was clean. However, the bus driver was smoking throughout the journey. First of all, smoking isn't allowed in air con places. I have encountered many times Supernice coach drivers smoke im bus and honestly it is suffocating and wrong to do that. Please check on your drivers and ensure smoking is strictly prohibited. This time bus PPT3966. Please also provide destress management for your bus drivers instead of letting them continue smoking

They don’t even deserve 1 star, the worst bus experience of mine. I waited at the bus station (sg. nibong) for 2hours plus w other passengers w/o any explanations given. After reading all the reviews here, decided to purchase another bus ticket from other company on the spot. Im scared to waste my time travelling even more, people been saying drivers are rude and stopping at random places. YALL SHOULD GO BANKRUPT FOR SCAMMING OUR MONEY

Today i start journey 8.45 from shah alam to sungai petani now the time 4.15 ready still travel..the driver..parking one time nobody not yet tk lunch..Then, the road also clear no heavy jam..but the bus is very late..the driver very slowly to drive and talk with other driver ...not this time only everytime this bus very late...the driver parking go n buy foods..but everyone not yet tk lunch..the driver no responsibilityy and punchuality .then the driver to control the customer dnt noisy at bus use earphone but the bus driver no punchual.Almost 7 hours ready still travelling..pls take action...atleast be punchual and arrive safe n more thn 4 to 5 hours.
