Did my first mobile order. Order took 10 minutes to get. The order was for 2 sausage McMuffin sandwiches. I got this huge bag with a small bag inside which had 1 sausage McMuffin. Had to go back and get the other one. Why the big bag for such a small order?

I gotta say, for a McDonald's, this is super cute!! They recently did a remodel, and made some very positive updates and changes. The food is still exactly what you expect at McDonald's.. it's it's own food group, lol ... But the atmosphere of this specific McDonald's is pretty fun.

For the 4th of July, at 11pm, the drive thru had 7 cars in front of me when I pulled up. Compared to how long the line was, it went extremely fast. Not to mention other McDonald's take forever with less cars. Guy who took my order seemed to take it fast with no issues or misunderstanding and He was polite.

I always go through the drive through, with no issues with my order. Staff is extremely friendly (might need more on staff, due to them running around). Food is cooked and prepared correctly. Thank you!

Stopped for a quick bite before going to Airport in Sacramento. Haven't had McD's in a long while.....Sausage McMuffin with egg was good. Love the Hashbrowns. Single HB is overpriced ($2.00) in my opinion. Used to be a $1.00.

Cooties in soda cup. Wrong items. Eh. Visit fast food places at your own risk.

Fast and friendly as well as professional employees. Order was correct and nothing was forgotten. I was amazed at the efficient way this particular fast food restaurant was running.. I would FOR SURE return to this location and encourage others to go as ⁹.

For a McDonald's the place was clean and well maintained. Food was consistent with the franchise.

Not much to say it's McDonald's. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because I didn't have any issues with my order since they seemed to get new staff. They are more friendly than before. Daniel is always very nice and get my crazy picky kids order right the first time. This young seems to understand what it means to pay attention to what people are looking for. If I was writing a review just on him I would give them 5 stars

Not helpful. Mostly wat you to use there order board which is not intuitive. If it was not for someone in the family who likes their food, would not go there ... OK, some of their breakfast stuff is OK in a pinch.

Orders are always correct, restaurant interior and exterior kept clean, restrooms are clean, staff always friendly. We stop here anytime we are traveling in the area. .

You must be hard up for reviews. I have not been to McDonald's in over eight (8) years. Don't expect me any time soon!

Usually in Cameron Park Mcdees any late night order is a 60-40 percent chance the icecream machine has been out. Except past three months it’s been going fine. The hamburger I order has been old meat not over cooked, just old. Havnt finished last two. Ended up tossing. Couldn’t go back. So please check your orders while your able to. The manager may not be aware. I’m going to be thorough next visit if I go back.

It is what it is. The only thing I'd say is, the kiosks need to have more options/combinations of what you want in your food (no cheese, no lettuce, etc)

Horrible food, order spicy chicken sandwich. Got a plain chicken sandwich with 2 pickle chips, no sauce. Then it gave me diarrhea!

super nice workers, plus icecream machine is barely ever out haha. compared to most mcdonalds, my food is nearly always exactly how it was ordered. not much to brag about, i know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The food and service are great. It's not as affordable as it used to be. Indoor dining could use more attention in cleanliness and keeping lids/straws/condiments stocked.

Ordered a double quarter pounder to go, and when I got home to eat it, the paper that separates thier burgers was in my quarter pounder. It was also very salty.

It's McDonald's. The service is usually on the higher end of your average McEncounter. The McDrivethrough is inconveniently placed. There's room to McPark and wait for your order. We come back to it when we want McFood and are in the general area.

Normally the food is hot and editable, not the case today. Chicken sandwich was terrible, fries were cold. My order was equally bad.

I've been coming here since I was a kid when I lived up there finally complained as they didn't hire me after I got out of high school but now I wouldn't work there but still a good place to eat when I come to town and the insights pretty good too

Sat down inside. Dirty tables what appeared to be a four year old poured his soda on the welcome mat and all employees were oblivious. Food meadocer. Not the way this business used to be run.

I used the drive thru and parked in front to eat my food and keep the air conditioning on for my 12 year old dog in 100 degree heat. Ran inside to get a refill and order something else then proceeded to get yelled at and told I'm a new customer when getting the refill. Not a new customer anymore will never come back!

This use to be a good place. Last week exact change. This week exact change. You get caught between cars before they tell you. They could at least put a sign before you enter the drive through. Rude and Bad management.

Great place! They be very busy before morning commute, however, they are one of the best most efficiently run McDonald's I've been to! They get you right through that drive-thru line quickly, always have a smile. The coffee and food is always fresh and hot. This is the McDonald's that is my number one choice to go to any time of the day. Clean inside clean bathrooms ample parking especially if you are traveling in a larger motorhome you can find a space to park in the shopping center.

PATTY ON MY WIFES BURGER WAS RAW AND COLD!!!!
