Honestly, I came to this place bcoz I see the review. IMHO, I am so sorry that I can give them more stars. Their speciallity is Soto Betawi and Oseng2 Daging. Soto means milk coconut and Soup is clear brooth. The taste of their soto betawi was so avarage. The milk coconut was light and not blend with the spices. Oseng2 Daging with Soto was better choice. They also served Satay Kambing. The Satay was overcooked, not recommended choice. I think the best serve dish was Es Doger. It sweets and suprisingly good.

If you're meat lovers , your gonna like this place. Soto betawi or beef stew with coconut or milk broth it's very tasty. You can eat eat with cracker, pickle, and sweet soya sauce. They provide oseng sapi ( same broth) but they fried the beef and serve it in different plate. In the lunch time kinda hard to get parking space. But still worth the wait.

I am not a fan of Soto, but Soto H. Mamat is one of my favourite place to eat in serpong. We can choose between soto, soup, and oseng and I always go with oseng. The service is very quick, and I appreciated it. The place is always full with people, especially at lunch time. The place is clean but no air conditioning. Getting park may be hard. They also sell side food like satay, otak otak, kerupuk, and delicious too. We can pay with card. Loved it!

The food is amazing. Should definitely try the satay too. But the place could be cleaned better.

I recently visited Soto Betawi H. Mamat and unfortunately, I have to say that the taste of the food has downgraded since my last visit. The soto Betawi, which used to be one of my favorite dishes, lacked the depth of flavors and aroma that I remembered. The broth tasted bland and lacked the richness of the beef and coconut milk and I tasted unfamiliar sweet flavor. The meat itself was tough and overcooked, and the overall dish lacked the complexity that I had come to expect from this restaurant.

The food here is pretty good it's just that the price is quite expensive in my opinion. but it's worth it for the quality and taste! I hope the price can be more friendly in the future.

Love soto betawi by Haji Mamat! They are in many locations and i went to the one in Serpong. They have Soto Betawi Kuah Bening or Soto Betawi Kuah Santan (coconut milk soup), daging oseng (a must to order beside soto). The soup is so tasty!

One of the best Soto Betawi in Jabodetabek area (the best goes to Soto Betawi Haji Husein Manggarai Tebet). I visit BSD last weekend and didnt want to eat at the mall so we go for Soto Betawi H. Mamat. Ordered their soto betawi and oseng daging, both is very yummy with generous portion. The meat is very tender and tasty you might want to add more and more rice. A portion of each cost me around Rp37.000 worth the price indeed. The restaurant is in a two level building so its very spacious and has a lot of chair. The only downpart is they are lacking of parking space.

They serve in a different style than other soto Betawi outlets. The contents of the soto are fried and served on a different plate (be careful with the cabe rawit). The taste is not to special. The leaved fishcakes(otak-otak)are quite delicious. Prepare Rp.60.000 per person. Crowded during lunch time and difficult to get park.

Favorite! If you are a fan of santan/coco milk, I recommend you this. Knew this place from a friend, turned out this place was very well-known among locals. Super tasty and have the umami in their soup. Add some rawit to make it more tasteful. It was located not so far from stasiun Rawa Buntu. You should pay some visit if you are near BSD. Price wise, still affordable.

The soto here is really tasty and big portion. I ordered the "soto daging" and got many meat inside the soto. The chicken satay is also taste good and different with other satay because the meat cutting is bigger than the other satay. This place is quite famous and have a lot of visitors but the place is not really clean.

My favourite: soto daging oseng (kuah santan). Taste : Shockingly good and smells really flavourful.. Portion: fair enough for male consumption, they give little portion of white rice, so we have to order second portion of the rice to fullfil my stomach needs. Price : moderately good. So many additional menu like otak2 ikan, es doger
