    I ordered a Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Coin online for $39.98, I received it, but it didn't end there. Coins kept coming, accompanied by invoices in the mail. I'm up to invoice no.3 for $89.98ea for a coin collection that I didn’t order. I sent an email asking them to stop sending them and to take me off the mailing list. I got no response. I tried calling got no answer. Disgraceful company to take advantage of people. They should be ashamed. I NEVER singed up for a collection. Keep away this is a disgraceful company.

    Inappropriate referral to debt collector I ordered a Blue Willow Fabergé-Inspired Music Box in April 2021 from their website and payment was tendered online. I had no communications from the company until the item arrived in April 2022 12 months later. In the box with the item was a tax invoice which i didn't look at as i expected it to be for warranty purposes only. I then get a text message from a debt collector 3 months later saying i haven't paid for it without any phone call or explanation as to what is going on. The debt collector didn't even have all the information, all they had was the invoice. This company fails to communicate properly with the debt collector as well. This company has never rang me to offer any explanation for the delay in receiving the item or whether i still wanted it after so long. I had forgotten I even ordered and paid for it (as far as i was aware). I will never deal with the Bradford Exchange ever again, to be accused of non payment because of their internal company issues and have a debt collector chasing me for no good reason other than they cannot pick up the phone is disgusting and unprofessional.

    Ordered a bracelet for a birthday gift, got charged twice in two days and 4 weeks later, the birthday has been and gone and bracelet still hasn't arrived. No answers to my emails, no tracking or information that its even on its way. Haven't even received an invoice yet but they took my money straight away... twice!

    Wish i read here first, Horrible customer service, half the time when you ring during the day there phones just say you rang out of hours (5pm) when ts only 10am. Also the product itself is not very good quality, Got the disney music box, the lid does not fit properly, colors do not match and the winding for the music box is inside where your jewelry sits.

    If I could give a negative 5 would be more suitable. Such a mess with payments. Only take PayPal for one month. But do not tell you that critical information.....charged $5.00 to say this is your next payment and just goes downhill from there. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Email and phone calls that take up to an hour to answer...how much do I owe..done paid...then another bill...no you owe more...so confusing with the odd payment system....lost my business first and last time

    Emails does not get answered or even acknowledged by customer service and very bad at refunds. This business does not honour its refund policy nor do they treat customers with any respect. A total waste of time and money. Targeting those vulnerable who think they are a reputable company. Makes one think that they doing you a favour while very easily getting your money. They flood your postbox with useless marketing material. They not even worth one star!

    One of the worst companies in this type. I bought one of their product for one of my colleague's farewell from online (I informed that I am not interested for any other product). After that they started sending me next version of the item with a $89.00 bill although I didn't ask for that item. I called them, the operator told me that I have to by all 6 items of this series. I denied to do so. They keep sending me invoices with approximately 10% increase each time every month. I should complain to commonwealth Ombudsman. Returned the item. Very bad company.

    Do yourself a favour and spend your money with a more reputable company! Ordered an item over the phone with Shirley and was promised prompt delivery as it was for a particular occasion. I was even asked to pay extra for delivery, which I was happy to. After almost a week of no contact in any way (email/phone), I called to make sure the item is on the way as the funds have been withdrawn from my account only to be told by Ashley that unfortunately it has not been shipped as yet and that she apologised for that??? Ashley also explained that Shirley is new to the company and not experienced so that was the answer to my enquiry!!!! So no attempt to actually try and deliver the item in time, she was happy to solve the problem by ‘apologising’!! Trying to contact them is usually about an hour of holding and waiting for someone to answer and unfortunately for me, even that didn’t get me any help. Although, I did receive a rude customer service representative who was abrupt and unwilling to suggest anything whatsoever to solve the problem. There are so many good and reputable places, which are more than happy to help and in the process keep their business alive!! No wonder their google rating is so low!! I only wish I’d looked at that before placing my order with them!!! Huge disappointment in their customer service!

    Ordering my glitter Disney Christmas Tree online was easy. My 1st tree came faulty but the customer service was great and uncomplicated and my 2nd tree came when promised. Loved displaying it at Christmas. I gave 4 stars only because I did find the silver glitter came off the tree branches quite easily in certain places, the glitter on the base was amazing.

    Hello my name is Mark and I have brought a few items off Bradford and everyone I have received by post and they came well packaged and the items are in high quality just like they said and they are so beautiful just like when I was looking at the pictures before I brought them. They were all Christmas boxes for my mum and friends. I recommend getting products from Bradford's to anyone. Oh and I brought things for myself as well And I have brought Christmas boxes for my good friends as well and I will buy more gifts for my family and friends and myself in the future. Thank you for your good quality items that Bradford's sell. The pictures are just a few things I got from Yous all the others were gift for family and friends. Kind regards Mark

    I found dealing with Bradford Exchange very easy. I ordered online and found what I was looking for fast and completing the order took no time at all. They also kept me up to date with the status of my order right up until it was delivered. Great Job Bradford Exchange!!

    Happy with my purchase. Was easy to order & delivery did not take long at all. 5 star service for me. My only negative comment would be that now I have made a purchase I'm being inundated with postal mail and emails, sometimes I get two postal envelopes in the same day. This needs to stop. I'm happy to receive a Bradford Catologue once or maybe twice a year but that it. If I wanted to buy something I would definitely do so as I have previously done but I do not need constant postage offers & emails. Please stop sending them 🙃🤔

    Bought a Disney Christmas Tree, surprisingly quite good experience for me after quite stress looking at the review here and preparing my mental for the worst thing to happen. Quality wise its not great but understandable because its hand painted - on the site i think its using a computer generated graphic not the real product that's why it looks good. Maybe lucky for me, always dealing with a nice person on phone (called more than 4/5 times) and delivery wise, happy that they sent using aus post express.

    I purchased an exquisite ring from Bradford Exchange but after a short time there was an issue with it. I contacted them and within a couple of weeks a replacement ring was received. Their customer service was impeccable, the staff so friendly & very, very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering purchasing something from their fantastic range. I know I will be buying from them again

    I ordered a Queen Elizabeth coin. The promised tracking number did not arrive. The coin did not arrive in 2-10 days following advice it was shipped. I phoned and after 35 minutes of their recorded ' best collective products and 100% annual satisfaction" it was established that they miss typed our address. Most disappointing as the coin was to be a special gift

    Great items to choose from, I got several coins of the Queen n Historical War ones. also I have ordered a awesome Wolf Statue which Projects Images of Wolves around the room. Great customer service. All items are well packaged for transit.

    Ordered only two coins. One went on back order. No problem. They then continued to send us the rest of the collection. We told them we didn't want the collection. We only wanted the two coins. They said they take care of it. Next month they sent us another coin and invoiced us. Regret buying anything from these people.

    I ordered a large glass snowman and a set of 3 smaller snowmen. When they arrived they were a different colour to what was on the internet and look cheap which they were not. I was disappointed in the quality of the products. After numerous attempts it took me lots of phone calls and months to finally get a refund. It definitely would not recommend Bradford Exchange unless you can check out the product in person.

    I only wanted the Queens coin and they sent me the collection and put me in a subscription which I didn't want. The Bradford exchange keep sending me the collection which the next lot I sent back a couple of weeks ago. So hopefully they wont send me anymore cause I will be returning them. I do not recommend buying from them as it was a card put in my mailbox.

    I ordered an item from Bradford Exchange for $399 then read the reviews cancelled the order plus my credit card. The item arrived anyway so I paid by money order to keep a record. Six months later sure enough I received an invoice same value for somthing I han't ordered or received. I replied with copied evidence of my one and only purchase only to receive a request asking for a stationary declaration saying I didn't receive what I hadn’t ordered. Now I’m getting phone calls saying the Australia Post mail payment doesn't exist. This is a case for the ACCC as these people are simply scammers and need to loose their license to trade, simple.

    I would give zero stars if possible. This is the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. I had bought a coin from Bradford Exchange and regret ever dealing with this company. The coin was very poor quality. I returned the coin and cancelled the subscription by email and also sent notice with the first returned coins. Bradford exchange ignores every request to cancel an order, keeps sending coins, keeps sending invoices. I keep returning coins and emailing request to cancel. I have tried calling many times but never reach customer support only voice recording. Now they are trying to send debt collection after agreeing that subscription has been cancelled. I think it’s a scam. Read the reviews. I wish I had.

    2 stars from me!! 2 stars is because I managed 2 order 2 items in the past with no issue till the last lot where one was damaged and the other was ordered in November, no one bothered to tell me it wasn't in stock I had to chase it up myself in January for a birthday I purchased it for, then was told not sure if you will be getting anymore stock so asked for the order to be transferred to a different item and was told it was, received the order it was transferred to (broken) but glue fixed that because I didn't want to go through anymore trouble, started receiving bills asking for payment even though I paid at time of original order and tried for 3 days to call customer service with no answer. Now I get an email telling me the order I placed in November is no longer available even though I thought this was already sorted. On top of that I'm now being told the order was not paid for and been sent a letter of demand for more than the item even costs and have had to email all screenshots to customer service. They also take a week to reply to each email. Disgusting service, I'll never shop here again!!!

    Warning! Do not buy anything from this mob. My elderly father purchased one coin, they then continued to send more coins that he had advised them he did not want and were subsequently returned to them. They continued to send invoices and reminder notices and added on late payment fees. They have now referred him to debt collection agency. He does not owe them any money yet they continue to harass him. He is an aged pensioner with serious health problems and this is creating unnecessary stress. they don't respond to emails sent to their customer service address and they don't answer the phone when you call.

    Very poor service and a huge rip off. Be careful as their $20 introductory offers result in a nearly $1000 commitment. $80/coin afterwards... Google only lets me put 1 star. Beware of this "collection" model and they collect money from you constantly and lock you into this. You can't buy singular coins.

    They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They just simply don't reply or answer you at all, ever. When they send me the next bill I will simply do the same to them.

    Do Not Use! Not a good company to deal with at all! There are a few reasons for this. 1. Website looks like its from the early 2000s 2. The site is not transparent, I ordered a collectable item for Father's Day which apparently signed me up for a subscription service to other items in the collection. When emailed they said it said it was a 'collection.' Since when does this mean subscription!? Still waiting for them to confirm my 'subscription' is cancelled. 3. They are difficult to deal with through email. They don't read your emails correctly, you then have to send another one to clear up the previous. Just plain painful. I encourage anyone who has an issue with this company, that concerns money, to get in touch with the Commerce Commission or your country's equivalent.
