They always get you in at your appointment time or shortly thereafter. The nurses are always so sweet and helpful. I love Dr Neely Newkirk

Had an appointment with Emily Peterson, pharmatist. She was outstanding. Within the first 3 or4 minutes I felt very comfortable with her and could speak candidly when she asked her questions. She provided me with a lot of good info about nutritional regimen and need to emphasize counting carbs over calories.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at River Crossing! We especially love how caring and compassionate Dr. Cramer and her nurse Kristi are. We always feel listened to and supported no matter how silly our questions are. They make going to the doctor a great experience for our 2 year old and I know she's getting the best care.

I will give no stars at all if there was an option! Can’t believe their attitude and their work rate! I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes for a simple Covid vaccine which never happened! Absolute disgrace!

This place is awful and RN Nicole Stewart is literally a joke. This place scheduled me for a test they couldn’t even do at the clinic because (1) they didn’t have the proper materials (2) they didn’t know how to do it. However, I scheduled it a week advance and called back just a day before the test to confirm my insurance: couldn’t you tell me before that you can’t do the test? RN Nicole Stewart stormed out mid-conversation with me because she couldn’t handle that they made a mistake plus she acted very unprofessional … it was comical to say the least. Are you sure you’re in the right field Nicole?

One star is really a lie! Should be zero! I heard good things so I changed over to this location and it was nothing like what I was told! The doctor seemed not really interested in helping! Some of the staff are rude! And wait time is ridiculous! New system new problems!

Always a good experience here - the receptionists, medical assistants etc, everyone is very friendly. Dr. Lanternier is a wonderful physician! I love having a UI Clinic closer to home vs driving to Iowa City to be seen. The onsite pharmacy is really convenient.

I love the doctors and the staff are so friendly ☺️ they always get me in super fast with very low wait time from the time I get there till the time I get into a room. I love Kristen Rood as my 1 yr olds doctor. She worked with babies previously and is a plethora of great information. Has amazing bedside manner, is very kind and genuine. I would definitely recommend this place 🙂
