This particular location should be shut down indefinitely! Or maybe the entire staff should just be fired. Either way, they shouldn't be allowed to be open for business. The receptionists flat out lie to patients AND insurance companies! They withhold information to force you to buy glasses through them unless you pay them extra money. When you try calling, they make you wait on hold for longer than the estimated wait time, but then pop up a prerecorded message saying they're assisting someone else and FORCE you to leave a message and then hang up without you being able to speak to anyone! Then they wait until it's almost closing time to even return your call! Center For Sight is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with! My insurance company even spent hours trying to reach someone! All of what they're doing is to my young daughter! So that tells you right there, just the kind of business this place truly is! They do not care about giving PROPER care to everyone that comes to their location and think it's perfectly acceptable to withhold prescription information from their patients, TRICKING them into purchasing glasses through them instead of somewhere else. A complaint has already been started against this location. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Not even 1 star they shouldnt be drs. They can not figure out my eye perception at all... and i need to stop wearing my contacts. i never had any issues past places said anything. 3 people walked out, and they wrote wrong glasses perception on them.. their eye exam, people and dr arent licensed lol or dont know about eyes. Do not come here at all

💀🚫WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER EYE DR!!! Center for Sight (ALL locations!) Has THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and POORLY RUN clinics that I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life! You can't just call and make an appt or talk to someone about a general concern, or even just ask a question about normal eye dr stuff, because you can NOT get a hold of them- they DON'T answer their phones OR call you back!!! You can wait on hold for 15 MINS and when it's FINALLY your turn, a machine comes on and says they're helping other clients- leave a message!!! That is the most RIDICULOUS customer service I have EVER encountered! And ESP the Mngrs!!! I've left MULTIPLE messages for "Sue" AND "Priscilla"- the only two Mngrs for BOTH Stockton AND Manteca locations, & the Adm Office on CA St/Stk (which is not a clinic, but just for administrative staff, who SUPPOSEDLY work there) and they do NOT call you back!!!! I had a problem with my glasses and it took LOTS of time-consuming calls and FINALLY after TWO MTHS, Sue got back to me!!! And instead of apologizing, expediting the eye exam so they could fix the problem, she told me I need to return the glasses and to go elsewhere- like it was MY fault!!! I didn't argue because at this point I was glad to be rid of them, but HOW TEREIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I said, Center For Sight is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN business (if you can call them that!) that I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!! DON'T GO THERE- BE WARNED!!!🚫💀

Ive been calling everyday but they dont answer quickly. Their glasses clinic is closed everyday and thwy cant give me information abput my status.

I want to give them zero. Never answer the phone. They don’t give appointments, only walk in. Two times been there and they were not open.

We are on week four waiting for our glasses. When I call no one answers and the voice mailbox is full. I don't know what their deal is but this is not professional.

I was nervous about our appointment today with our 2 year old because of the reviews but am glad we went. We had such a great experience. The front staff was polite, the back staff were so patient since my daughter was crying, and the doctor was great (he was amaze of how good my daughter did at such a young age). We loved it that I will be bringing my two older kids here.

If I could rate this place with a Zero, I'd give them 3 at least! Horrible service or no service at all. No one ever answers the phone, I drove 20mi to find the place closed at 2PM on Thursday when sign on door says Open Mon-Fri 8-5. Modesto office has bad service at desk also! I do not recommend!
