😠 They never answer the phone. Ever. I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy international stamps only to be told they didn't have any. I asked where else I could buy them, and they said only at the post office. So, there's no international stamps to be found. Since they never answer the phone, I can't... They never answer the phone. Ever. I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy international stamps only to be told they didn't have any. I asked where else I could buy them, and they said only at the post office. So, there's no international stamps to be found. Since they never answer the phone, I can't call ahead of time to check if they're back in stock. So I am supposed to just drive down here and waste gas and time to wait in line on the hope they'll finally have what they're supposed to be selling?

The worst post office. They are not organized, they do not have adequate control over the management, it is the second time they have lost one of my packages because they always change their delivery area or they simply do not want to receive it for you. the laziness of the employees plus the rudest way to treat the customer, go to work somewhere else if you're unhappy there, or just stop stealing the benefits of working there when we're the ones paying to do your job.

Every time I come this post office there is always a problem. The workers are rude. I went there today with an untapped box and they told me there wasn’t no tap in the whole store. Not for purchase or regular office supplies which I find very odd. Then one of worker complaint about my box size. I told her that had and she told me whatever. I had to walk out cause I didn’t want to her fuss at me like she my mom.

Horrible post office. Customer service is horrible. They claimed they have delivered my package and never did (as I have cameras). No resolution just bad service. I try to avoid usps but if I have to, the Margate location is a definitely no no, worse in history.

Worst USPS office ever!. They loose packages all the time, then the tracking system have them as "Delivered" but it is all false. This is the worst office i have had in my life. i wish i could choose another one, but i can't. Avoid USPS as much as you can! This people don't deserve the job, benefits and payment they enjoy. OFF with them! Fire them! Close that office down!

I had pre-paid postage that needed to be printed. The kiosk did recognize the QR code or manual input. I took it to the counter, the clerk said she couldn't accept the packages because they had old mailing labels, which would have been covered by the new mailing label. I left without mailing my stuff despite having pre-paid and having everything ready to go. I've never had this much trouble at UPS or FedEx. I won't be going back to USPS.

I was in line to get a money order when I had this feeling about the payment because they only receive cash or debit card and I asked for the cashier to confirm it, she was very rude say to me I should wait in line my time so it was a simple question with yes or no and she didn't help me. At the end they didn't accept the card that I had. I needed to get money and come back. I will not use this post office anymore.

Not at all organized and makes you wait for nothing. Whoever delivers the mail is incredible lazy too. They said they couldn’t deliver my package and it was available for pickup, and me, rushing over to get what I needed today went to go pick it up, stood there for over 20 minutes and was just told it would be delivered tomorrow. I don’t understand why they would tell me to pick it up in the first place if they were just going to deliver it the next day

I have nothing to complain about the store... Every time I went in I had no problems but... The lady that delivers mail in my neighborhood is LAZY, super slow 🐌, I've seen her sleeping in the car! Her behavior is unacceptable and nobody cares about it, it seems like it's part of the job. I know she works there because I've seen her leave that USPS unit several times. There are two other drivers who work there who also deliver in my neighborhood and I have a camera on my door and I can assure you they don't deliver, they throw the 📦 on the floor and walk away. Super unprofessional. The behavior of the employees needs to be reviewed urgently!!!

Poor delivery service to residents of margate Fl. I’m the first week of June package delivery needed signature and postman did leave any information regarding the attempt of package delivery in my mailbox. When I discovered package had attempted to be delivered the morning before, I visited the coconut creek post office and was told they could not find my package. I asked to speak with a supervisor and package was located. Prior to this incident I had a package, of shoes delivered and stuffed in my mailbox. Under poor supervision.

3rd time that my package got lost at this branch. Waiting time in this post office in average 15-20 min. Working speed: you have to see for yourself to believe it. It is a nightmare. If I would be able to switch post offices for my mail I would ! Add on: I wanted to upload some photos. The place is full of mold!!!

Every year the post office gets worst and worst. If they loose your mail nothing they will do. They don't even bother to care. They lost really important documents and frankly don't know what to do. You just can't trust USPS anymore. It's a shame, wish they had a better budget

I came in the post office around 1225 . After all balder we remained only two customers. There were and only twoof is to be served and I-am still in the post office and the time is 2.00pm. They do not work as a team. One could not fix the tape and all did not know how to fix the tape They do not help each other. Unbelievable. The boss was just standing by the door with the hands in his pockets. Unbelievable After waiting for 11/2 hrs they told me the machine was down. This is the only day I had to send boxes to my brother who has a stroke and I will not have off until two weeks. Iam very disappointed

The absolute worst post office location if you want to ship something you have to pay them to put tape on your package which just sounds like the employees trying to make something on the side. I've been to multiple post office location and never had this happen.

We have two businesses in Margate at the same offices since Nov 2017 and had no issues for the best year and a half, we are getting zero mail on my days and our mail being sent to us is being returned with "vacant" or "unknown address".

Staff was professional, polite, and efficient. The line was long but the processed the customers quickly. They took "dropoffs" immediately to accommodate them and dramatically shorten the line. No complaints!

I had a mail carrier in Margate named Angela, that did her job, but often other carriers are on my route. I seldom put the red flag up to pick up mail. I did last week and the carrier did not pick up a timely document, so I drove to post office to mail it. The carriers in Margate don't look for the flag on the mailbox to pick up mail, they only deliver it. My neighbor saw a male carrier look at my mailbox several months ago w/ the flag up, then drive past w/o picking up.This has happened to me regularly the last 5.5 yrs since I moved to Margate, never happened in Coral Springs. Calling the Margate P.O. leads to no answer except one time when a person on the other end denied it.

I received a notice that my package was being returned to sender in China due to insufficient address. I had waited weeks for this important package. I went to the Margate post office and a wonderful man helped me. I didn't get his name but he was dark complected, middle aged, maybe 50ish and possible of Pakistani heritage (not sure), maybe 180-200lbs ? He was working at the side window in January 14th at 11:00am in addition to a younger black man and a black woman at the main two windows. I wish I knew his name. He took a few minutes to go back and check on the package and came back a few minutes later with the package saving me a ton of time and money. I am so grateful to his kind efforts. He is a true asset to this Post Office!

If you live in an apartment complex with no elevator they won't deliver to your door. They'll make you go pickup your packages.

People never take time to write something good, for bad there is always time. So , I went today to mail Thanksgiving cards to friends and family, and I had a great experience. Long line yes, but every employee was very nice and helpful. Thank you for your service.

It’s no wonder that there are other parcel services that are outdoing the United States post office. Personally, I don’t see how the post office stays in business. They constantly put other peoples mail in my mailbox. They say they deliver mail or packages when in fact, they don’t. I have lost numerous packages because of their inability to do their job. They certainly do not know how to drive they run my grass over tear it up. If any private company perform their work like this, they would not be in business very long.

This location's service is ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!! I have had two incidents with postal workers from Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate 33063. First incident is the delivery postal worker broke off my mailbox door in the condominium complex. USPS refused to accept responsibility. Second incident is my passport sitting in that office for the past month and a half without receiving any notification of such. They said two attempts were made to deliver. Blatant lies because I work from home and have been for the past year. Had I not called the Consulate to inquire about my passport and gotten the tracking number, it would have been sitting there at Coconut Creek Pkwy. Told the lady at the post office that I never received any notification of attempt of delivery. My passport is an IMPORTANT document!!!!

This location has to be the worst post office in United States. There's only 1 worker behind the counter with a minimum of 5 customers waiting on line every time I go in there. Not to mentioned that the 1 worker moves so slow and tries to chit chat with every person that walks up.

For the customer service representatives at the front desk,if you are not dealing with a customer personally stop trying to make rude comments when you are not the one conducting the service. Yesterday i returned a package and the dark skinned Customer service rep was so rude! If you're having a bad day don't bring it to work. Thanks to the brown lady for being professional
