    Margarita is so disrespectful!!! She has zero customer service skills or hospitality. It's a shame she is the point of contact for such an amazing Doctor (Dr. Kuneseelan). She asked me for the insurance info which is under my husband's name through his job. She then asked for my info (for the appointment). Then confirmed the appointment under my husband's name. I told her the appointment is for me, not my husband. In a rude tone, she responded with "well this is the information you gave me! How am I supposed to know who you are over the phone?" The conversation got heated from there. I explained to her she needs to be kind to people. She disregarded everything I was saying and rudely asked for my name again and again. I had to hang up on her. This is not how I was planning on starting my day. I'm saddened that people who are already having a bad day due to illness and disease have to deal with her. She did not apologize for the confusion nor did she try to de-escalate the situation. She continued to go back and forth with me over who was wrong. I called back hoping to get someone else and unfortunately, she is the only one who can schedule appointments. So I continued with scheduling and she hung up on me when she finished inputting all the information I gave her the first time. I hope this improves. Maybe she was having a bad day too, idk but the situation was not handled well at all.

    I'm sure its usually a lovely place judging by all of the positive reviews, but i came here when i broke my hand a year ago. I told them that my hand was broken and they took me in the back and I waited a good half hour. Then a woman came in and told me they dont have an X ray machine at that location so I needed to go to the actual hospital. why wasn't i told that when i checked in and told them about the break. A week later I receive a bill for 200 dollars.....doesn't seem right to me.

    My doctor is an absolute joy. I have no issues with her but the staff is a different story. I was early for an appointment and sat patientently until 40 minutes after my appointment. I approached the front desk to see what was going on and the receptionist immediately jumped up to go let someone know which not even 30 seconds had passed before someone came out and said they are ready for me which made it very clear that they were ready when told, not when needed which defeats the point of a scheduled appointment. (Not to mention defeating all the effort put into be able to make it to this appointment around childcare and changing my work schedule). My only issue is that during all the socializing that was going on (I was there long enough to hear and see it all) not one person though to tell the guy that's already 40 Minutes overdue for his appt and the ONLY Person in the waiting room that it was gonna take a little longer. There was 0 communication or courtesy given at this "Family Ran" practice. The lady that came out to assist was called a supervisor informed me it wasn't her job but the front desks job to communicate with me and let me know it would take long but we're sorry we have 2 people ahead of me but a completely empty lobby aside form what looked like a drug sales rep who got far more communication then I did. I expressed my anger and what thought common courtesy is when you have a patient waiting 40+ minutes in a empty lobby while staff talks about Disney's hibiscus tea......... Not one ounce of professionalism was seen and not one person could give me a reasonable answer as to why they're ready for me when told, but not at the time I should have been cuz had I not said anything, I would have waitied thru more Disney's conversations and small talk before someone realizes oh snap there's a patient 40 minutes into his wait and no one has paid him any mind.

    This used to be one of the best Medical Groups around. The Drs and staff used to be very kind and caring. There have been many changed to Drs and staff over the last fee years and it is very disappointing. My husband has been seeing Dr. Bokhari for about 13 years. In the beginning, Dr. Was very caring and personable. He took time to explain and give information. That is not the case now. The office staff is short and curt, yet call to request you change your rating , if you don't give 5 stars. Since WHEN is it a practice to be more concerned with your stars than it is to care for your cardiac patients. Just today, 01/03/23, my husband was called and told that his appointment for 1/04/23 would have to be cancelled as there would be no Drs in the office all week. This appointment was made over a month ago to go over treadmill results. This was NOT just a simple follow up. This appointment could be a life changing event for us, but, was obviously not important to the Dr. If the Dr had an emergency or something unforseen, the office could have given a reason. There was no reason or explanation given. Having worked many years in the medical profession, I am apalled at the lack of professionalism displayed currently. We will be seriously looking into another facility and a Dr who cares as much about his cardiac patients as he does his plastic surgery patients.

    You don’t ever get to see the doctor, it’s always a PA. And when the PA makes a mistake, you still can’t get in to talk with the doctor. You call and leave messages and no one calls you back. The urgent care is less than a Band-Aid. I’m working with my insurance company to get away from this toxic unprofessional horrible environment. And my experiences with Dr. Bonita Greer. Her office staff Are unkind and act like you bother them when you walk up to check in for your appointment. And then when the PA makes a mistake with your prescription for rosacea and gives you medication for derma Titus, Iris Peter doesn’t own her mistake and refuses to give you medication you’ve been using for four years.

    Dr Kunaseelan is amazing! I was on a search for a new primary who would listen to any and all of my health concerns. I came across Dr. K while googling best doctors in Riverside. BEST DOCTOR she is! The office was updated, very clean and the desk staff was friendly upon arriving. Dr. K was very thorough in her examination. I was very pleased with my visit. I was also in And out within 45 min. Seems like a long time but Dr K took the time To listen! Very hard to find these days!! Very welcoming experience. Thank heavens I have found my long lost very sought-after Primary physician! LOL

    DR Keith Curtis is a kind, competent doctor, and his staff is excellent. I rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes to see him. When I told him I was going to be a missionary in Mexico, he did not tell I am to old. He said, "You can do it. I have full confidence in you" Love this doctor.

    I like the doctor we see here, but it takes forever to get an appointment with him. They try to send us to a PA. I'd rather not have to see a PA, especially for anything complicated or important. I have not had the best luck with them. This place also does not call to confirm appointments, which is just odd. Make sure you set a reminder on your phone or something. Otherwise you will have to wait several weeks to see your doc or be stuck with a PA.

    I just meet the new Med Asst, Michelle, absolute joy to talk to. Made up for previous visit of dis-interest. Still thinking about changing medical groups because of uninterested medical doctors.

    First of all it takes 25 min to schedule a appointment over the phone, evidently understaffed,,, Dr. Christianson basically no patient manners doesn’t listen doesn’t follow through,, I ask for referrals for my back instead he tells me what I need off the top of his head and it never works,, this guy is a waste of time,,, Also l had a appointment 10:30 I was 10 min late they wanted me to reschedule for another appointment,,that was the last drop on them. I’ll find another doctor… Don’t waste your time looks convenient…Waste of time inside.
