    Let me start by saying, I have been coming to this location for years. As a busy dad, sometimes I just need a cheap meal to feed the kiddos. The last 2 times I have stopped in, there has been a new manager, and he is just...rude, and terrible at customer service. Last night my wife and I stopped in. There was one person in front of us that had already ordered. The manager chatted with him about various topics, then exchanged phone numbers. He did not acknowledge our presence for 6 minutes. Once he did, we wanted in and out as fast as possible, so I asked what hot and ready items they had available. He was clear, there was some crazy bread, cheese, pepperoni, and wings. We went with 2 pepperonis and some wings. He took out money, and waited for me to throw money in the "tip" bowl (which was new, I had never seen one there before) then he just walked away. I thought maybe he misspoke and there were no wings so he had to go make them. We had 3 employees ask if we had been taken care off, and as we waited another 10 minutes we still assumed he was making our food so said we were all set. That was not the case. He had gone back to personally make the other persons order (that was in front of us, that he was chit chatting with) and just ignored us. 13 minutes later the assistant manager asked what we ordered... He then reached in, and handed us our food, I told him that what had apparently happened, and he just said "Sorry" It was obvious he was having a bad day. So we took the 2 pizzas and the wings and drove home (4 miles away, so not far) to discover... One of the pizzas was cheese. Normally I would just say screw it, and deal with this mistake, it is not like it is 5 star dining....but today I drove back to replace it with the correct pizza. The assistant manager then asked me in detail what had happened with the manager previously...and mentioned that the manager had been doing that all night. Picking customers that he wanted to deal with, and ignoring everyone else. I was not offered any recompense for the wait, the mistake, or the inconvenience. This will be my last time going to this location. Ever. And there will be a call to the corporate office to let them know about this particular manager. Lastly... This location is terrible about having the "Hot and Ready" Menu...actually ready. Which is the main reason to go there. I'll just order ahead and get Domino's next time.

    Pulled up to a store with a darkened lobby and the door propped open. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and waiting about 20 minutes. I walked back in and the guy came up and asked me what I ordered like he doesn't remember that we talked just 20 minutes ago. The place is not busy at all, probably because they were making every effort to appear closed and avoid work. After he went through just about every hot box in the area, he handed me two pizzas that turned out to be rock hard and nasty. I've personally seen every one of these situations happen in this store that have been described in these ratings. I've had issues with other Little Caeser's as well. Issues that just shouldn't and do not happen in restaurants that want your business. Staff like the staff at this store are the reason why companies and trying to develop robots to take over these jobs. I'm done with this place. At this point, they should just close it up and go home but then again, that means that the staff there would bring their brand of "couldn't care less" work "ethic" to other locations. I have a feeling the problems might go up pretty high with this company.

    This location should just close until they can get a good manager and staff that wants to work. I ordered a fairly large order online waited 30 mins to pick it up and when I arrived the order wasn’t ready nor was it ever ready. They ran out of dough and the staff was all stressed out and on the verge of walking out. I ended up getting a refund 2hrs later. My guests at the birthday party were hungry and I had to show back up at the party 2hrs later with NO pizza. Talk about embarrassing.

    The food was good, the service was good, the place was clean. BUT the two crazy sauces were 1/2 full. All the others I've been to have filled it at least 3/4. Fill them sauces and it would be a 5 star Caesars in my book.

    The last two times I've been here there were extended wait times and left before I could get served. If you come here don't expect to leave with a pizza. An extra special feature of this store is that they'll accept orders online after they are closed, and you have to actually request a refund for the food they didn't make!

    Stephanie was super super nice we came today me and mom she did our butter parm a great amount on pizza and bread I hate paying for it get a little sprinkle. She was very very polite great customer service food was hot out oven bread was hot went above and beyond to please me and mom . She did amazing customer service today. I will be back when Stephanie is there.

    This location no longer actually has hot and ready pizzas available. Every time I go I have to order and wait 15-20. I go to little Caesar’s for fast and convenient.

    Thank you for the amazing service tonight! We were able to get in just in time. Pizza, crazy combo and nacho cheese were all GREAT. Since it was a pretty crazy night for them (as some customers can be and were being incredibly rude) we expected to wait and still ended up getting our food quicker than expected.

    Not a clean restaurant i saw the gentleman behind the counter take care of customers then walk to the back and start making pizza's with no gloves how nasty and dirty I'm sure all that work there do the same thing. Never order or eat there ever ( dirty )

    Your new staff is too rude, inconsiderate, and not worth my time. We have purchased pizza there about 3 times a month for the three years we have lived here but after todays lousy revive and not a drop of sauce on the pizza, we’ll take our business to Dominos. Wish I could give you less than one star. That’s overrating a lot.

    Hair hair hair!!!! This place used to be ok at best. Now, they don’t answer the phones, they don’t speak clearly or communicate with you. The employees act like they don’t care about their job. They don’t listen or get orders right, AND we found a hair baked in our pizza tonight. Very careless management. They should close. A terrible representation of the little Cesar’s brand. 1 star is too high. Grossssss

    This location needs a staffing change or a good manager. This is the third time going there I've received bad service. I NEVER leave negative reviews unless it's really bad. I did an online order this time because they never have the lunch combo deals ready. Go to pick my order up and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes (literally, this is not an exaggeration). This order was already paid for also. A gentleman from the back that was cooking let someone know they had a customer. They replied, "yeah, I know I told them I'd be right there" that employee did not tell me or the 3 other customers in the lobby they would be right there to help. They still didn't help us either. The guy in the back came out and helped me, he is the only reason I'm not giving a One star review, and the only reason I'd go back again. Also, has any upper management been in this store? It needs a serious deep cleaning.

    I’ve been to this location plenty of times before and recently i’ve noticed a few new faces. The new staff are extremely rude and don’t understand basic customer service. This location has definitely taken a nose dive. I made a special order and when I brought it back due to it being incorrect, one of the employees yelled at me and charged me to fix it. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this location at all as you’ll be disappointed. Plus you’ll end up waiting 30 minutes for a single “hot & ready”. Don’t waste your time here, this place is a joke.
