This was the WORST urgent care I’ve ever been to. The doctor who saw me was elderly and seemed to be going senile. I came in having horrible ear pain. He checked one ear and said everything was fine. He couldn’t make any suggestions as to what could possibly be wrong or how I could find relief. My mother then asked if it was possible to have an ear infection in only one ear to which he responded yes. So my mother asked if he could look at the other ear. He then told my mother she should look at my ear herself to see if anything looks abnormal. Again, he made no suggestions as to what I could do to help it feel better. My mother suggested some medications and he responded that they were okay for me to take being pregnant. I actually ended up calling my primary care physician after to confirm and she had said that the medications he said were okay for me to take were actually contraindicated in pregnancy and should absolutely not be taken (good thing I called her). His one piece of advice that he gave me was that I should go to my mother’s house so she could place a warm compress on my forehead while singing me songs. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this urgent care.

My experience here is terrible. Do not go here go somewhere else the reason why I had to go there is because they accept our Workmen’s Comp. insurance. They’re trying to use my regular health insurance. They couldn’t register me right. They told me I didn’t need an appointment for follow up and then they told me I needed an appointment for follow up. the care there is absolutely awful. The receptionist, there are terrible they mumble not a single one of them wears a name tag. I had to give them one star you can’t give them a lower rating than that or else I would. There are no doctors on site only a PA. there is no one in charge, and nobody knows what they’re doing. I also feel that it is important to also let you know that I waited 2 1/2 hours before my blood pressure was even taken.

I brought my 4 year old son in to have his arm examined. Even though this location had x-ray capabilty, Dr. Solis started off by trying to reset what he diagnosed as "nursemaids elbow" which caused my son visible discomfort. He didn't order an x-ray saying "Well, how could it be broken?" After the second "reset" didn't work we took our son to CHOP emergency room where they diagnosed an elbow fracture with an x-ray. I can only hope they didn't cause more harm and I will not be returning.

Easily the best urgent care I’ve been to!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they really made me feel at home and made everything so easy for me. I really sleep better at night knowing I have such an amazing urgent care in my hometown.❤️

No one goes to an urgent care expecting a fantastic time, but I’ve never had such a terrible experience in a healthcare setting. I’m embarrassed to admit that I left in tears — not because of my diagnosis or anything, but because of how I was treated by the doctor from the very start of my visit. I’m really sad about this whole experience; no one should have a doctor blame them for getting sick, and especially a doctor who’s meeting them for the first time. This urgent care seems to have a lovely supporting staff and a great check-in process, but I won’t be coming back.

Dr. David Solis. Excellent doctor. Great facility. Amazing person to have work with you. He answered all my wife’s questions. He was easily able to make my daughter feel comfortable with her condition she has. The front desk helpers were amazing as well. They were kind, courteous and overall very helpful. Thank you so much.

I visited and got a medicine that caused symptoms. I called to ask a quick question: should I continue or stop the medicine. The secretary answered and gave me her opinion on the matter (not sure why she thinks she's qualified to give me any medical recommendation!!) and then she said I can't speak to any practitioner! I told her it would take 1 min and am flexible how and when to speak but she refused and hung up in my face.

BEST STAFF EVER! I wasn’t feeling well and I called before coming. They made sure the registration process was easy by sending me a link. When I arrived, the staff were extremely pleasant and really worked with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I visited this urgent care about 6months ago… and I found this urgent care to be absolutely amazing! The service is exemplary and the staff goes above and beyond to help and assist in any way possible. The manager especially was so kind and caring when I was definitely not feeling myself. She called me the following day to make sure I was feeling better. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thank you again for your kindness ❤️❤️

The staff and physicians are extremely kind and helpful. Both Dr. Solis and Dr. Tepper are knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Tepper in particular helped me discern the further course of treatment, via a visit and phone call follow-up. The wait time for both visits was minimal. I have had negative experiences with other urgent care facilities, but this one is quite good.

I brought my grandson in today for a thorn that was stuck in his foot. The front staff was amazing and so friendly, as was Dr. Tepper!!!! She was so nice, patient and explained everything to him as she was getting the thorn out!!!!!! He didn't feel any pain at all.. He said he gave her 5 stars, actually a million and 4 stars!!!! She was great!!!!! A truly wonderful, professional and amazing facility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TLDR: staff was kind, facility was clean, service was fast and thorough! I got bitten by a cat at work on Memorial Day, and luckily AFC Urgent Care was open that evening when the bitten area starting looking worse. I called ahead to see if I should even go in for a cat bite, they said yes and that I could come in immediately. We came over and there was practically no wait, save for filling out a little paperwork, but we were taken back in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! Thank you front desk staff! My intake nurse was incredibly kind and understanding, her name was Natalia. My doctor (Dr. Solis) was also very thorough with his care instructions, and the staff got my antibiotic prescription sent to a pharmacy near the Urgent Care that was definitely open on the holiday, which of course I appreciated that thoughtfulness. Both Natalia and Dr. Solis answered all of my questions and reassured me that if there were any changes that I could contact them. The next day their office manager Sue called to tell me the incident was considered workman’s comp, and she had gotten all the info already and switched over my appointment info from insurance to workman's’ comp. This of course was a huge weight off of my shoulders that she had already gotten the information together and put it through the system. Thank you AFC Urgent Care Narberth team!

This place is professional, efficient, and the physicians are knowledgeable. I had several good visits, including a recent one with Dr. Nelly Tepper. She is compassionate and superb regarding diagnosis and rule out the possibilities. My problems got timely addressed, thank you so much!

My experience at AFC Urgent Care in Narberth could be in an advertisement for this gem in our community. My daughter had an evening stair slip that led to a swollen elbow. Checked in with our pediatrician in the morning and all agreed getting an x-ray was the right move. Every other urgent care was open from 2 - 8pm and I was debating just heading to the CHOP emergency room until I called AFC in Narberth. Spoke to an awesome front desk team member who confirmed they had a technician available for an x-ray immediately. Headed over and signed in and after a short wait had a caring experience with the radiology team and then got to chat with Dr. Applebaum. He gave us a hyper efficient reading of the x-ray and then worked literal magic (from my perspective) to get us a same day appointment with CHOP Ortho in KOP. He even coordinated with the CHOP team so they would accept the x-ray from AFC (they shared the files with me) so my daughter wouldn't have to be exposed to another x-ray. In the midst of all of that Dr. Applebaum also entertained us with a magic trick as he attempted to get us an appointment with CHOP. A few hours later my brave kiddo was in a cast and on her way to healing. I'm so appreciative of the AFC Urgent Care team and will most certainly be going back for any other urgent care needs in the future!

Friendly staff, spotless facilities, quick service, caring doc. Experience was much more pleasant than I expected. Highly recommend.
