I love my set of Wedding Rings. They are truly beautiful and are well made. I get compliments every day. The details in the design make this set of rings outstanding. The tiny hearts on the under side of the ring make it truly special as well.

Friendly, honest, professional service and very fair pricing. The repair Charles completed on my gold necklace was extremely well done and priced much less than a big box competitior. Also, the custom made jewelry here is of higher quality and much better pricing than other "brand name" boutique jewelry stores. Worth the visit if you need their services or are in the market.

Ryan & his staff fixed an old but precious ring for me that I wasn't sure could be salvaged. They did a beautiful job & it looked better than new! They also did it quickly bc I was going out of town & wanted to wear it which I so appreciated!

I have used their service for jewelry repair, engraving, and most recently trading in my old broken gold (that could not be repaired) for new beautiful jewelry, I could be proud to wear! AMAZING PEOPLE. went into get my watch band adjusted, turns out my watch band couldn't get adjusted and is very hard to even work with. in the process of trying to adjust it, they messed up and called me and told me they'd give me a new band completely free. I purchased a rose colored ring from another jewelry store. They assured me they could rhodium plate the ring. Unfortunately it looked terrible. I took it to Pladium and Gold Jewelry Store . I promise it looked like a million dollars when they finished. I will be visiting them again and I highly recommend you visit this store for your jewelry needs. You will always want to use them. After reading the online reviews and visiting other jewelry shops in the area, I went into Platinum and Gold in search of an upgrade to my wedding ring. I was honestly a little skeptical because the store didn't look as big and flashy as the big box jewelry stores. I went in with low expectations but what the outside lacked in flash, Charles made up for several times over!!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, as well as patient and thorough in explaining his industry. We discussed the option for customizing a ring which I always thought would be far outside of our budget. I left unsure but decided to call him back and explore that option. I am so very happy that I did! I described to Charles what I wanted, he caught the vision, and passed it on to his designer! I was presented with CAD pictures of the ring and I, with much hesitancy, approved it. Looking at the CAD representation did not give me a real feel for what the ring would look like once complete. But Charles was so excited about it because he could envision it that it made me trust that both he and his designer would present me with a ring I loved. The next step was picking out my centerstone and to my delight being able to examine it under the loupe and microscope! The whole process was very smooth! Every question or concern I had he answered day or night, fully ensuring that I understood everything concerning my ring. The cost of the ring was far less than what I imagined a custom ring would be. Charles helped to ensure that the cost was in line with my budget!! I am so glad that I stepped outside of my normal overly-cautious and analytical self to trusted him, his expertise, and his genuine character! My ring is absolutely beautiful!!! I am not sharing photos of this one-of-a-kind beauty because I want to keep it that way! :) But because of my ring and the quality service offered at Platinum and Gold, Charles has earned my business for life. I am exceptionally happy with the service I received from Platinum Gold & Jewelry. I purchased a 7-1/2” length 2.85 carat diamond tennis bracelet from Charles. Since this is not a common size, I was having trouble locating the bracelet at the local jewelry stores. Charles custom made my bracelet and advised me on the color and clarity of the stones. He communicated with me on a regular basis which made me feel comfortable with my buying decision especially since I live in another state. Once my bracelet was created, it was shipped over night. Charles created a beautiful diamond bracelet with a lot of sparkle. I will definitely purchase more jewelry from him.

Ryan found a pair of diamond studs that are perfect and even recommended a lesser priced pair without compromising on quality. I am blown away by my beautiful ring. I went to several jewelers and once I spoke to Charles I looked no further. He and Ryan are both kind and experienced experts. Holy cow this place deserves all the 5 star reviews! My husband and I came in 2 weeks before our wedding to buy our rings, and they worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and so quickly. My husband has big knuckles but a thinner finger and picked a type of metal that couldn't be resized. On our wedding day he barely got it over his finger. We brought it back to get a new ring not once but twice (that's tree rings for him for anyone that is counting) and they were so courteous and helpful. Also bonus they have a great selection and you get to see some cute pups!

Took excellent care repairing our daughter's special necklace. Even though it was a cheap Amazon necklace, it has a lot of sentimental value and they repaired it with the same level of care as if it were a high-ticket item. Very kind and attentive. And the dogs were sweet, too!

Superb craftsmanship, excellent customer service and awesome pricing! After having my wedding ring fixed TWICE by a ‘national chain’, when the top center diamond setting completely sheared off from the ring, I took it to Platinum and Gold. Not only did they fix it beautifully (you could pass a toothpick between the diamond and the setting with the national chain’s ‘fix’ and it looked horrible!) but they fixed it quickly (about a week vs the prior several weeks) and at a cost much less than the national chain. I’ll take quality work, attention to detail and great pricing any day!!! Thanks P & G!!

My fiancé and I visited the store last fall to look at engagement rings. Charles was very kind, helpful, and respectful of our budget. A few weeks later, we purchased a diamond from an auction company and Ryan allowed me to ask a ton of questions about the diamonds we were looking at before purchasing.
