First time visit to Aqua and after reading previous reviews wasn’t sure what to expect. The reception area looked clean and tidy, and the member of staff, just one for the whole outfit, was friendly. The changing area was clean and lockers seemed secure. Disappointment that the Steam Room was not working and the Jacuzzi was not as warm as it should have been. The Sauna was hot and a decent size. The Jacuzzi is a good size and very powerful jets that hit you in just the right places. Other clients were friendly and very chatty, making me feel at ease being a newbie. A decent lounge area and quiet a few nooks and dark crannies around the place to have private or viewed fun. Yes, the place could do with some updating and investment, but I enjoyed the four and a half hours I spent there, and would return.

Hi what an experience what a place friendly but a little tied and old in places - staff helpful - clients friendly - good but small facilities and could do with regular checks make sure there’s paper towel in private cabins and that the cabins are comfortable to rest in just plain surfaces no cushion flooring to rest on ample supplies around the place small shower cubicles great jacuzzi lounge area set over two floors ample places to find space and seclusion- well worth a visit and we’ll be back -

The staff were brilliant showed me round everything excellent so some nice guys but got nothing as first time will be back well done guys

Nice place and friendly but rooms upstairs are bit small,went couple of weeks back the place was freezing, guys were wearing jackets sat in the main area The jacuzzi wasn't working ,and only place warm with the sauna room upstairs was very cold ,all the guys in there were moaning Definitely a shame if been going for years and think it's going down

Very run down, Jacuzzi is just a hot bath jet dont work, strange smell throught venue. AVOID the place

It's a shame when a place looses its momentum.. Jacuzzi was like a tepid bath Sauna and steam I was sweating more outside in the sun. £12 certainly NOT worth it

Sauna been very good places to chilling out and have coffee & tea snacks. I am regular there enjoy meeting friends that go in there. Under new management Will be Aquca sauna all the time Steam Complex Family in Leeds Staff very friendly don’t miss out guys recommend them 😁👌

worst sauna in blackpool. do not use .cash only sauna got an electric fore to heat . steam room not steamy. Jacuzzi broke no motor . staff not interested towel shreaded . could not wait to leave . staff not interested

This was no good unfortunately. Went at the weekend and there were only 1 or 2 other guys there (who were quite old be warned). Plus they only took cash. Plus the place was dim and run down I felt. Only plus point was staff member was generally alright. Update: looks like it's under new management now. I will try and go again and give it a try and update my review. Thanks.
