It used to be better than this (maybe the burnt chicken was a hiccup, but the mixed salad wasn't anywhere near decent ) .. still over-priced for barely satisfying small portions. I don't believe I'll be coming back anytime soon

The food the quality is very high. The waiter was always distracted. I order the lemon juice natural one, but they brought me flavored lemon juice 🤯. It was a quite disturbing to serve mix grill & upside down aluminum foil.

The food is one of the best you can find in tripoli especially their bread with chees, The place is a bit small but the vibes are good especially when they have some music instruments playing , Best thing they don't have (families only) policy as traditional Libyan restaurants do

Fast service, delicious food and a clean restaurant with a great oriental atmosphere. Everything you need from an indian restaurant. The only issue in my opinion is their high prices where an average dish might cost 35 Lyd with a small serving size.

The only Indian restaurant in Tripoli and the best restaurant in Tripoli in my opinion. I have had meals hear several times, and I tried most of their dishes, I could not find any dish that I didn't like, all are delicious, the wonderful atmosphere makes this restaurant is my favourite one. I don't want to forget the helpful staff all of them are so kind and professional. And one other point for the parking in front of the restaurant. I recommend this restaurant for everyone in Tripoli, try not to miss visiting Al SAFIR restaurant.

Very beautiful restaurant. Love the decor and ambience. I wanted to order the ambassador drink and samosas but they were both out. Ordered butter chicken, cheese naan (garlic was out), and lamb biryani. It took about 30 minutes for the butter chicken to come out, and another 10 for the biryani. The butter chicken and naan were very good. The biryani wasn't flavorful. Also had mango juice which was very good. Live music was a nice surprise. Guitar and santoor. However, couldn't hear much since it was crowded and many loud conversations.

Great location 👌 beautiful setting although somewhat cramped if it's a full house and the ambient musician 🎶 playing is a little too loud. As for the Food it's quite good portions are average and staff are great prices are on the higher average end.Do recommend 👌.

Absolutely amazing, I’ve been to many restaurants around Tripoli, and have tried various types of savoury and sweet dishes, yet this restaurant topped them all off. I went with a couple of friends, and might I add, the experience was memorable, and one that I didn’t just enjoy but also drown myself in delight and comfort. We sat inside near the aquarium, the decoration gave off a vintage, Indian atmosphere. It was as though I had went and visited a well hygienic Delhi. The food however, was the best part —- the savoury truly allowed you to ( quite ironically ) savour the moment, with bursts of flavour, tastiness. They also had a wide variety of drinks, including their star mango juice which does not fail to disappoint with it’s level of freshness. The customer service is a straight on 10, I’ve been to big Chef and was completely disappointed with their ( I apologise for the term) — trashy—- customer service, and after having communicated with Ambassador restaurants service, I might add, that there is nothing to say besides praise and gratefulness for the lovely experience they provided us with. I will surely come back here again.

Felt kind of weird to go to an Indian Restaurant in Tripoli. That is, until the food was served. Can't even remember the names of half the plates ordered but tikka massala was exquisite. Do like it and will come again. Recommended if you are into Indian food (not everybody is)

👍👍 It was the best restaurant that I enjoyed during my stay in Tripoli. Fish or meat food were great. In particular I liked the process of breaking the jar, in order to serve your plate.
