I usually order Gözleme for take out, but this time I decided to eat in. It’s Such a peaceful and a cozy place to visit. The Staff are very kind and helpful. I tried the Mexican Gözleme with Cacik sauce. Which is a nice combination! The homemade Gözleme is very delicious which is also a popular dish to order. The lemonade is refreshing , I liked the water melon one which actually tastes close to Kool Aid. The Matcha Latte is also very good !

Lovely lunch place. We had the eggs in the special bread. The staff and management was warm and welcoming!

I came here with my parents right now, we speak Hindi and one of the staff noticed and spoke to us in Hindi/Urdu, food was amazing, separate grill for meat and vegetarian, they have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and meat options, very affordable, lovely ambience 100% would highly recommend and for sure and coming back.

Great tasting food with good portion sizes. Very friendly staff that is always willing to help you with recommendations to make your experience even better. The atmosphere and decoration is also very cozy and lively.

Good value for money. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, wide variety of choices and freshly made food. Staff was kind to recommend some of their dishes. I also loved getting a tea here. They offer loose leaf tea with a special teapot that you place on top of your cup.

Nice food and fast service. Really good breakfast. The Turkish potatoes are yummy 😋. One of the best options in Almere

My first time at Ekmekci in Almere, Lovely setting when walking in. I came just for the Kumpir, since they are the only restaurant i know of in Almere that serves them. I had the traditional Kumpir with all the addons, but no meat. The portion was good size. Kumpir is supposed to be mashed on the inside with butter, however this was not done with my Kumpir, this was a small let down. We also had both the home made lemonade strawberry-watermelon and the green apple lemonade. The strawberry-watermelon was to sweet for my taste and the green apple was not sweet enough. When we mixed them together it made the balance nice. Although this first time eating here let me down a little, i will try this restaurant again later, for their Gözleme, which looked delicious and will probably also try the Kumpir again. Hoping it will be prepared the correct way. sidenote, there were many families with young children / babies present at the time we were there (sunday afternoon). Which makes it a bit noisy at times with crying children. So do keep this in mind when eating here.

Great food beautiful location awesome service. Quite a good range of veg varieties. We ordered from ardhappel and gozleme for food and fruit punch drink. It was freshly made to order in front of us.
