I loved and enjoyed every bit of our visit. Our steaks were amazing. Wife loved the drinks she got from the bar also. Sitting in the bar, we got to even watch the football game. We live quite a ways away so this was a gem and will attempt to return every time we'll be in town.

Our steaks melted in our mouths. The staff were friendly. Beautiful decor inside. Cowboy Bone-in Ribeye was delicious and tender with lots of flavor. Nice special night out place.

This restaurant is a high end prime steak house absolutely top notch fantastic meals and stuff

We went to Happy Hour at Ruth Chris Steak House. The Bar area is very cozy with tables as well as bar seating. We enjoyed delicious Artichoke Dip with Parmesan cheese. The Steak Sandwich was tender and delicious. Service is excellent.

It's always a treat to have a dinner outing at Ruth's Chris steakhouse. We've eaten at several locations in Seattle and San Francisco but this was a first at the Palm Springs location. We celebrated after graduation and most of us ordered the filet mignon dinner set that included a 6oz steak topped with shrimp sizzling in butter, soup or salad, choice of sides, and a chef's choice dessert. We shared the cream spinach, mashed potatoes, lobster mac and cheese. The dessert was a delicious bread pudding. You can't really lose on an outing at Ruth's Chris.

Delicious! Best steak I've had in a long time! Ordered spicy shrimp appetizer (so good) main course the petite filet with shrimp, cowboy steak, mashed potatoes & lobster mac & cheese and all were very tasty.

What a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner we had at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse Palm Desert! Of course the absolute top service by dedicated and well trained staff members helped. The food, oh the food, the best cuts of meat in town. The salads, the soup it’s all made by the very best in Town! The Lobster Tails which we added to a couple of our meals were the sweetest we’ve ever had. The meat cooked perfectly to our requests. I absolutely recommend you eat here tonight!

We had decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here, and from the staff to the food it was an evening of perfection. They offered a special anniversary menu for us. We even had a little visit from the manager or director just to ask how our experience was little touches like that make the experience all that much more meaningful. We were well taken care of. And we had the best table in the entire restaurant. Thank you Ruth's Chris for a great night. Highly recommend the bread pudding enough for two.

Nice place for an anniversary, date or you just want a steak. A little pricey but food is good, plates are hot and your steaks are sizzling. Sides dishes are a la carte and dessert... creme brulee is a must! Reservation is a must. Sometimes gets noisy if a lot of people, we actually went into another section room and no one was there.. real nice!

They still remain a benchmark for industry excellence. The atmosphere overall is great with service to match. The staff were attentive, and the stuffed chicken was delicious and well plated. To see it coming out still sizzling is just one of the things that let's you know they are very much about presentation.

I go here every year for my wedding anniversary and the restaurant is perfect! Great service, food and drinks!

Everything is always so good! The dress requirements are a lot more flexible. Blake in the bar is amazing, and Colleen was our server! Awesome! We were so excited to eat I forgot to take pictures lol

Had a delicious meal with impeccable service from Eric. It was my first time there, and it won't be the last. Wonderful special night with friends. Food scrumptious...Martini ice cold..dessert decadent. Thank you, Mel and Eric, for making my night so memorable.

The service was excellent. We came for our anniversary. They seated us at the corner table and treated us like royalty. Not bad for a guy trying to show his wife of 8 years a special time. Thank you Jacob and Pinto.

I decided to take my daughter out to dinner for Valentines Day we had 1645 RSVP. Upon our arrival we were greeted and told we would get seated shortly (less than 2 minutes later) Our names were called and we were taken to our table. The restaurant was packed & we were given the heads up that the kitchen is running behind. I ordered a variety of items off the regular menu because Ruth Chris was offering a Prix Fixe VD Chateaubriand meal for two. Drinks lemonade for my little one and earl grey hot tea with honey and lemon for me. Starters calamari was crispy, red bellpeppers were diced with a sweet sauce. bbq shrimp wasn't what I expected the pink sauce was flavorful, rich & creamy just not bbq. The entree I ordered the crab cakes I Love crab cakes they are phenomenal sadly these were not I actually used the steak knife to cut one. The top was visibly golden brown lump crab meat the bottom was the problem. I had to speak to the MOD Crystal about it, she was very apologetic and had it removed from the bill. The sides the lobster Mac and cheese was bubbling when it arrived to the table, burnt edges of gooey cheese always welcome. Brussel sprouts with bacon and honey butter rounded out the meal. I did see someone a table over order a Nola Mule & I inquired about it but opted for the regular Moscow Mule. I needed a dash more ginger beer to get my drink on its feet. My server Kohl asked how the Moscow Mule was and I stated it needed a bit more ginger beer on top he brought me more so I could get it to my liking. Kohl was nice and attentive. Overall nice night out.

1st time there. Went for happy hour. Had a cheeseburger that was very good. Prices fair but again this was not off the regular menu. Great service and atmosphere. I'm definitely going back again in the future.

Check-in: We had reservation at 7pm, and we were there on time and were told to be seated in a minute. 30 minutes passed, still waiting while I saw at least 2 other parties came after us got seated already. Food: despite the wait for the main course to come, I ordered steak and lobster, and medium rare for the steak. Oh boy, the steak was dry and definitely not medium rare, way overcooked. My guess was it's been sitting for too long to be served. Overall the food was not bad but mediocre. Not worth it. Service: the server took the wine glasses from our table without asking if we would order any. its just fine, i ordered wine but she definitely forgot it. When I mentioned it again once our main course came, she then realized and apologized, and comped the wine. Understanding it's father's day weekend, things would get out of hand. But it would be just a let down as a customer not to receive the service we pay for. Atmosphere: overcrowded, it looked they just squishing every inch to fit a table for more customers. You feel way too close to your next table. And tiny walkway. Servers passed by holding full tray of stuff, if you better have strong heart , otherwise you may have anxiety attack.

For my 50th bday on June 18th 2023 I was taken to Ruth's Chris. It was my first time there. Yazmin, was our server. She was amazing and very attentive and patient as I took awhile to decide what I was having. I chose the filet mignon with Lobster, garlic mash and chopped salad. It was amazing. Also, I was surprised with a cheesecake to celebrate my special day. Thank you Ruth's Chris for a very happy birthday

We celebrated our anniversary here. This was the best dining experience ever. The food was this exceptional and the service was first class. My husband and I were very impressed our waitress. Melissa was attentive kind and she didn’t miss a beat. We had the best seat in the restaurant this world class dining experience was second to none. Thank you, Ruth Chris, for making our special day more special.

The start of the New Year 2023. With very very dear friends we celebrated my husbands birthday. What a treat it turned out to be. Directed to our table it was a nice surprise that they sprinkled the table cloth with Happy Birthday glitters. A great start of a delightful evening. We brought two bottles of our own wines. To be more specific, very special wines. The lady server didn't manage to open the bottles properly but the restaurant manager came to the rescue and did a great job on getting the corks out. And then decantered the wines. The menu was pretty extensive with some fantastic options. For us - visiting from The Netherlands - this was a first dining experience at one of the Ruth Chris dining venues. The service was okay. Could have been a little more 'polished'. The food ... The food was outstanding. All four of us were delighted with our chosen meals and the way the different steak options were cooked to our preferences. For the birthday boy (only 72) there was a complimentary dessert served with a burning candle and Happy Birthday written on his plate. Full marks here.

I took my lovely wife to Ruth's Chris for her Birthday today. The restaurant was very nice and clean, our server Colleen and her team were outstanding. They took care of us very well and made the Birthday dinner so wonderful. The food was so good, we had the Porter House Steak for two (40 oz), Lobster Mac & Cheese with appetizers, everything came out GREAT! If you decide to go here for a special occasion. I would like to recommend that you make a reservation on their website, so they will be ready for your party and you. when we go back to this location we will try to get Colleen again.

I hope this review will help those who don't often enjoy a truly fine dining experience. We're seniors who went to celebrate our birthdays. We're simple working class folks, and he wanted to treat me to something really special. It really was, from the moment we were greeted by Chris, who was the epitome of Palm Springs charm and elegance. We were a little nervous about being "out of place", but we were treated graciously and warmly by everyone in there. The atmosphere was elegant, but not "stuffy". We were dressed casual dressy. Some guests were more dressy, some much less, though most of those people went to the bar area which seemed to be popular with the 40+ crowd. The food, OH the food! I rarely order steak, but did here. I got a "petite" cut, but it was the size of a baseball, enough for my man with a healthy appetite. It was a perfect medium rare, and so tender. We over ordered our side dishes, not knowing one side could feed 4. We ended our dinner by splitting a creme brulee, which the house graciously comped for our birthday. I really want to thank everyone at this establishment for a wonderful experience. We'll be back.

Me and my wife came here for a date night on 11/10/23 , from start to finish was beyond the best service we ever been .Soon as we enter building Heidi greet us with beyond amazing welcome . She even got us a booth and sprinkle confetti for our special night , her welcome was warming and made us felt like we knew her our whole life . Our waiter Pinto was amazing , he meet our every need during dinner and was friendly and also got us a cheese cake for our special night out . Food was hot and delicious. On our way out James ask would we like a picture to take home for memories. I was even more shock how James ended our way out from an amazing dinning experience. He was beyond kind and friendly and took our picture and gave us a frame for it as well. What amazing staff and experience me and my wife had . We drove hour way from home to come here . I would have to say this is the only Ruth Chris I would come to from the amazing service from start to finish. Thank you guys again and continue the great service you guys do .

Always so nice when we can venture to a Ruth Chris. We have been to many. Happy hour on Sunday is always nice. Food is excellent. Cocktails are on point. Atmosphere is very good. Nice bar area.

My husband and I have been to a few Ruth’s Chris locations and this is the best one we’ve experienced by far. We have been to various locations for dinner and happy hour. We have only been to this location for happy hour , but several times and honestly we were better treated here then we were at any other Ruth’s Chris where we had a full dinner. This is absolutely our favorite Ruth’s Chris location , for both food and service, I don’t give out 5 stars very often, but the way we are treated every time we go there is amazing. I can’t wait for the opportunity to go back.

Let’s start by saying the steak and shrimp was phenomenal and the dessert, although beautifully plated, wasn’t our favorite. Shortly after we were seated we realized no one had come to our table, this took about 7-10 minutes. Between receiving a server & eating, the care was as expected! After we finished our meals, the water replenishing wasn’t as timely and neither was the “hey you doing ok?” We really appreciated the anniversary design! If comparing it to Eddie V’s (5/5).. I’d say 3/5.

Ordered the porterhouse stake for 2 to go with medium temp and it was barely cooked at all. Complete uneatable. I tried contacting via their website but they haven’t replied. Really sad experience, I’m sure it would have been delicious otherwise.
