Good Place for childrens but they should upgrade the area with latest and some new games, only 3-4 options are there for fun and all others are just video games. My child enjoyed more at playtown ( i added some pictures of that also, which is at same floor and also reasonable) as compared to the funcity. In playtown childrens are under supervision so, one can left there children at playtown and do there shopping or fun. Also a better option for gaming and fun because they have latest consoles or system which is at the upper floor of the funcity i forgeted the name of the company so please find it and enjoy.

Nice kids area with a lot of games. Staff was good and well mannered . My kid enjoyed it a lot. The Byjus and some other travel portal agents were the only negative.

Are your kids bored of the shopping? Take them to Fun City on the top floor of Ambience Mall, gurgaon, a play zone which will keep them occupied and make them forget their crankiness. This place overall is good with multiple game options for Kids of all age but on weekends this place is highly chaotic. There is a lot of rush and because of which the Air conditioners don't seem effective at all. Since all people need to just punch the Fun city card and play games on their own there is no management of crowd in the premises. This can get really irritating sometimes specially if you are carrying a small kid with You.

The experience was just too great that really can't be expressed just in words . Amazing place for kids,adults and even elders too. This place is on the 3rd floor of the ambience mall .And is right opposite the food court .Hence you can explore multiple options to grab food too.

It's quiet costly but worth if your kids wants to have fun. The rides here are so lesser with respect to time. I only liked the fun house...good to one spend in high energy. The place is not good for kids less than 3 years. Though a small fun area is available next to escalator at the end of this floor only.

This place was fun to go with kids, even with the kids ride, there are many games which any adult can play or accompany it with their child. There are many exciting rewards also which gets redeemed in your card, so it's a good deal to go there once in a week or month

While there are lots of consoles and activities, It's quite run down. Many consoles don't work very effectively. Options to buy stuff from coupons earned are very limited and boring.

Horrible experience. Not that many games. When my friend and I visited funcity, a pickpocket stole our card, and they passed us through a big headache of 45 min to get a new one, during which we had to stand at the side, miserably waiting for them to sort their systems. When they finally sorted themselves out, half our money had been withdrawn, and they refused to refund it, despite them checking the balance at the beginning of the process. The staff wasn’t bothered at all, and the service we were provided was utterly pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

This is the worst arcade I have ever been in, all the games are rigid, and their technician gave excuses that the game works like this only, timezone is a way more better than this, I had a very bad experience and I will never recommend this to anyone. Plzz don't go there, I wasted my 2500 rupees that was not worth it. At last I will only say that they are FRAUD, I am writing this review while sitting in foodcourt. Plz plz plz, don't visit this arcade the are totally not worth your money. They are FRAUDDDD.....

Amazing place for kids. You have to get card made for min Rs 1000. The rides/games are adequate. The playing area @300 rs per HR is also amazing.

A fun and nice place to be. Kids love it so you love it too. Plenty of games to enjoy. I think its best for kids with 5-10 age group. 1000 was minimum amount which could bother some. Plus point being situated in Ambience mall. Place is generally crowded which also makes it more fun. Enjoy here.

Gaming zone in Ambience Mall Gurgaon is a great place to have fun with friends and family. I had kept birthday party of my child, he and his friends enjoyed a lot. The staf is friendly and the place is well maintained🥳I would recomend to visit.

Excellent play area, my kids loved it. The cost is 600 rupees per kid and men are not allowed inside. But it was clean and well maintained.

Rude staff !!!! They don’t value customers ! Yesterday our game shutdown in the middle because it was 10 o clock ⏰,they didn’t even inform us ! Same way 1 month back same happened when we got recharge for kids play area ! I mean I understand the rules,but they should do proper announcements!
