Mistakes happen but there was no one else besides us, so there was no rush. Friendly staff, protected with all PPE. Fresh, varied and abundant ingredients.

Whole dried tomatoes and no knife to cut them… how can you eat them in one bite???! 3. Rice that was just bad or old 4. I asked for crispy onions and ginger and they didn't give them 5. Sono andata un sabato sera, arrivo per le ore 21, il centro commerciale con la ristorazione chiude per le ore 22. Ho dovuto aspettare 10 min prima che qualcuno mi degnasse di uno sguardo e mi sono poi sentita dire che il posto era in chiusura. Per non parlare del pesce che puzzava e della ragazza che spruzzava lo spray disinfettante per pulire il ripiano con accanto il cibo. Da rivedere nome igieniche, personale e prodotti.

L'aggettivo "Scadente" è un complimento. I prodotti di pessima qualità. Personale svogliato. Non lo consiglierei nemmeno alla persona che odio di più.

Ma c’è qualcuno che controlla il proprio personale? Sono andato alle 21, peraltro dipendente del centro commerciale, mi è stato risposto: “sono sola devo cominciare a far chiusura non posso farla”. Ma stiamo scherzando? Da licenziare in tronco. Esiste un’azienda seria dietro questa pokeria? Vergognoso. Lasciatela senza stipendio, vediamo quanta voglia ha ancora di non lavorare.

Very unfriendly product, especially the fish changes flavor depending on the day.

I stopped by last night with my boyfriend after 9pm and I didn't expect to find the store still so well stocked. The boy who served us was not only very kind, friendly and very helpful in advising us on product choices. (I'm vegan) The food was good but above all very fresh! We give 5 stars mainly for the impeccable service.

I don't know how it's possible but at 3pm they told me they couldn't poke me because the "service" was closed; we were actually packing up some packages and they didn't feel like doing it to me. Advice to poker: change orders

Fantastic food... poke of all tastes... Fish always fresh... maximum cleanliness... the girls were very friendly and prepared for every request... I had a really good time... I recommend it to everybody

Rude staff is an understatement! She snorts on the food, receipt in the rice while she fills the bowl, she says that you can't stop in front of the food preparation because the director of Orio passes by and complains, but the director sees that she uses the same spoon to take different foods (food contamination) , do you see that flies are walking around on the food?!? Never again! And then she even allowed herself to make comments to the lady in charge of cleaning, mimicking the gesture that I was out of my mind! Terrible!!!! From dismissal!

I'm sorry to have to write this review because I've always liked it but for a while I think I won't take it anymore. Certainly not after this evening when I opened the poke and found a fly inside, still alive.

I found myself there by chance, very clean and well-kept place! lovely staff and good food! I highly recommend to everyone
