Absolutely
horrible
experience,
the
worse
of
my
life,
they
actually
made
me
have
a
mental
breakdown.
I
ordered
a
matress
on
13/11/2020,
delivery
was
scheduled
for
30/11/2020.
No
contact,
no
track
of
goods,
nothing.
I
tried
to
call
them,
again
nothing,
numbers
aren't
good,
due
to
COVID
19,
their
customer
service
is
limited.
Anyways,
I
went
back
to
the
vendor
and
asked
if
i
can
go
there
personally
to
pick
my
matress
up.
The
vendor
called
them
(10/12/2020),
told
them
i
will
come
over,
they
confirmed
the
address
and
that
i
can
come.
After
driving
1h,
they
had
a
printed
notice
that
the
parcel
retrieval
is
not
available
today.
I
went
inside
and
asked
them
to
give
me
my
parcel
as
i
drove
1h
and
they
previously
confirmed
on
the
phone
to
the
vendor
that
i
can
pick
it
up.
No
apologies
nothing,
they
were
insisting
that
they
can't
do
anything
and
i
can't
have
my
parcel.
I
started
crying,
having
a
breakdown
there,
other
employees
came
and
kicked
me
out.
I
was
threatening
them
that
I
will
call
the
police.
While
i
was
crying
in
my
car
outside,
waiting
to
calm
down
so
i
can
drive
back
home
(another
hour),
an
employee
came
and
in
less
then
5
minutes
gave
me
my
parcel.
Of
course,
again,
no
apologies,
no
reimbursement
for
the
drive
and
the
fact
that
they
failed
to
deliver
it
at
my
place,
nothing.
