    Simply the worst there is. Drivers just don’t bother checking at the door, and drop the package directly at a parcel shop. Better yet, sometimes the parcel is nowhere to be found. Tracking numbers don’t work on the website. Phone lines constantly busy. Avoid at all cost if you can.

    Pretty much the worst in every possible way. The latest they could not deliver 2 packages claiming incorrect address whilst they changed the address themselves adding several more digits to the door number (visible in the tracking). When contacted could not do anything and could not explain why they changed the address. Scam?

    Terrible. Just terrible. Stayed a whole day at my house because they said that the package would be delivered between 11 and 12. However, instead of even having the decency to give me a heads up that they had a problem with the address, they decided to wait until past 5pm to change the status of my delivery to "in the delivery center". With no phone number to call, i sent a request to the customer service but, of course, with no response. Now I'll have to go personally pick up my package in one of their delivery shops during office hours in 3 DAYS! I understand that it is complicated to run a delivery company (as it is to run any company what so ever) but at leats have the decency to have good customer service.

    Every single time: 1. a notice is left in my mailbox when I'm actually working from home 2. The number on the paper doesn't work on their website or when I call them by phone 3. The person I talk to on the phone asks me for a mystery number that would have been provided by the sender. Such number doesn't exist. I wonder how DPD still exists since it is incapable of delivering parcels. One star only because Google doesn't allow zero star in the reviews.

    Your delivery services are despicable - the driver does not even bother to ring the bell eventhough the recipient is at home. They simply leave a note in the mailbox telling you that you were not present - happens every time. How do you train you staff? Now I have to drive all the way across town to pick up a package that could have easily been dropped off today when I was home. NEVER AGAIN

    They don't even deserve 1 star! I stayed staring out of my window for hours, waiting for my package... Finally i see the car but even though i was giving him signs he didn't stop!!! And when i call them they say my address was incorrect. I ask them to repeat my address which was correct.... Then they tell me because i live in an apartment they didn't find my name.... C'mon in my house there are only 4 flats each of them has a bell and a letter box.... The driver didn't stop, never came to my door and now i can't work because i needed my package to be delivered TODAY!!! Anyway, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BAD SERVICE !!!!

    Slow, careless, irresponsible. Companies who do business with DPD and send packages to their clients should know that irresponsible approach of DPD will effect how customers percieve their own businesses. They have one simple task, to bring a package from point A to point B, but they can't even be bothered to ring a door bell, just leave the package wherever they can, and that's when they have decency to even come to your place, often they just mark you were not at home without even passing by.

    Bad, maybe the worst delivery service ever. Driver never rang the bell of the building. Just declared that I’m absent. I called DPD twice in the day to warn them that the delivery has to happen the same day as I needed it urgently. They don’t deliver on Saturdays or weekends. Honestly, it’s same level of service like the standard post just more expensive. !!! And the operators are rude claiming that I wasn’t at home… Surprisingly or not, there is no notice in the mailbox from the DPD driver proving he was at the address!

    DPD is as bad as it can get, I'm surprised they're still in business! I ordered one Amazon item to be delivered to a DPD point, in order to make this guy's job easier, and still, they failed 3 times to deliver it! On a 4th ocasion they dared to say that I changed the address to be delivered...absolutely not true. If something is to be delivered by them, it will simply not arrive....I wonder what managers/ supervisors are doing in that company... Message to companies: please stop using this shipper, the world has already a lot of problems to deal with, no need to keep adding more by using this courier..

If individuals and other companies would have read few reviews first, BTW the reviews on other sites are as bad as here, those jokers would have long gone. I ordered a EV-charger from AliExpress, and this one was shipped from France. The seller used chronopost, I assume they are better known in France. Chronopost outsourced to DPD.lu, ant there all the “fun” started. Apparently they tried to deliver twice, we all here know that’s just a joke. I have a camera installed basically only to check on those Wanna-be delivery companies. Officially something with the address not conform, well it’s the same address saved in AliExpress for a decade now, and I received hundreds of parcels without an issue. The big difference, most of those parcels came straight from China, and the last delivery company is in 99% the state postal service. When I looked this morning in their tracking history. The package was marked as delivered. Not saying to whom it was delivered. Fortunately the tracking number works for chronopost as well, and I know it’s returned to the sender. Now, I need to check whatever I get refunded or he’ll try his luck again with those I….!! I checked with the regulating body in Luxembourg, ILR.lu, however the process is rather complicated, so that such jokers are going first bankrupt rather than getting stripped of their operating licenses. No e-mail is provided for a complaint, but only an online form. An e-mail could be later used as evidence, for an ILR complaint, or other legal matters should it become necessary.     Absolutely horrible experience, the worse of my life, they actually made me have a mental breakdown. I ordered a matress on 13/11/2020, delivery was scheduled for 30/11/2020. No contact, no track of goods, nothing. I tried to call them, again nothing, numbers aren't good, due to COVID 19, their customer service is limited. Anyways, I went back to the vendor and asked if i can go there personally to pick my matress up. The vendor called them (10/12/2020), told them i will come over, they confirmed the address and that i can come. After driving 1h, they had a printed notice that the parcel retrieval is not available today. I went inside and asked them to give me my parcel as i drove 1h and they previously confirmed on the phone to the vendor that i can pick it up. No apologies nothing, they were insisting that they can't do anything and i can't have my parcel. I started crying, having a breakdown there, other employees came and kicked me out. I was threatening them that I will call the police. While i was crying in my car outside, waiting to calm down so i can drive back home (another hour), an employee came and in less then 5 minutes gave me my parcel. Of course, again, no apologies, no reimbursement for the drive and the fact that they failed to deliver it at my place, nothing.

    Utter disappointed by everything related to their proces. Help desk providing conflicting information than what their automated emails say, mobile application showing different status for the package in different screens, package marked as delivered but nowhere to be found. They're only good advise is to contact seller to ask a refund. I will rather cancel all future orders from shops if I see that the carrier will be DPD

    Delivery person doesn’t deliver the parcel to the house but to a dpd partner in a different city (despite having many in the same street where I live). Without a car, taking an entire day off work, it’s impossible to pick this up, so it will need to be returned to sender and reordered until hopefully at the next attempt there will be a different delivery person who actually delivers it to the requested address. I’ve already mentioned it to the store that they should consider changing their delivery partner, as this is in no one’s interest - except for Dpd.

    Their service is a SHAME. I am expecting a parcel to be delivered to one of their DPD pick-up point since a week and the tracking shows that the address is not correct...are you kidding?Try to find a better excuse...The parcel is stucked in Bettembourg and maybe it will return back to Netherlands..I payed also for delivery for something they don't want to take care of...customer service useless as nobody answer to my email...worst service ever!!

    My packages never arrive. When i call i must make a new delivery-date because they always find the same excuse: "Your adress doesn't exist." And than the delivery doesn't come anyway. I lost already over 100€ because of this "service". This company DPD is the biggest mess and in my opinion they should stop to work in Luxembourg. Honestly i think, they don't even know in which country they work. When i see the comments here, i ask myself if they fail systematically.

    Today my package was sent back to the sender without an attempt to deliver it at the given adresse. It was in the depot and was sent back without an explanation and without trying to contact anyone. Now the package is sent back to the south of France to be resent to me in a few days. So much for the sustainability of dpd services. After some investigaton, the relay point I was able to chose when the package was ordered does not even exist anymore. The owner of the new shop at the adress even explained to me that he has tried to delet the adress from the relai points for several months now. DPD just does not do it. As i suspected that something was wrong with my delivery, i tried to check the status of my package, but the tracking number given to me did not give any result. Trying to reach dpd by phone was impossible for whathever reason. Please update your relai points. This is miserable

    After several disastrous experiences in the last months, I try to avoid having something delivered by DPD. The delivery takes weeks, that is, if your package arrives at all. The information on the track and trace is wrong and there is no way to find out where your package is as the customer service seems overwrought, which is to be expected.

    Parcel was meant to arrive Monday- was told that the driver couldn't find the address even though we live in the middle of the city. Google Maps apparently isn't used by the drivers... not even a phone call from the driver to ask where it was. After 30 min on hold finally got through to the operator who said it won't be possible to deliver it until the following monday and due to covid I am not able to go pick up the parcel. This company has one job...deliver parcels and they can't get that right. I'm not surprised they have this many negative reviews.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible, terrible service, to be avoided at any cost. Literally never had a smooth delivery when these guys were involved. They even left notices of packages not delivered because there was nobody at home, when it’s not true as I was waiting for them to arrive and I know the doorbell was perfectly working. Cherry on top, on the notice there’s no indication of the name and address of the pickup parcel where it was delivered. I called, and for them it was absolutely ok and they did not even apologize (worth to mention, also very rude client service). Really don’t deserve even one single star.

    They generally DO NOT deliver. they make no attempt of delivery leaving note that you were not home - when you were! they do not ring the bell, call phone or nothing. Whats more, they e.g. left me note that I can pick up it at given location (some shop) - but as I was informed there they never delivered there as well. so getting your package is NOT POSSIBLE. avoid DPD in Luxembourg!!

    I gave one star because it is not possible to give 0 or -2! They make no attempt to deliver leaving a note saying you weren't home when you were! I watched the delivery guy last time and while he was writing his famous note I showed up and he started struggling to find an answer, it's a shame!

    After being away from home for a maximum of 20 minutes I find the parcel outside the mailbox torn and the contents stolen. 1) the package could fit n the letter box so if it had been positioned correctly no one from outside could see it. 2) the package will have remained at the entrance for a maximum of 15 minutes. 3) I live at the end of a closed road where no one passes and in the building where I live we are less than 10 families.     Because I can't make 0 star ! Not professionnel at all and rude. Unbelievable they still exist. I ordered a parcel from France to be received in a shop in Lux. The seller told me I had 14 days to pick it up at the shop but DPD unilaterally decides on the fact the customer has less than 7 days to pick it up. Illegal and with no common sense at all. So now the parcel is sent back to France, they are so useless

    Absolutely terrible service. I am waiting for a parcel for 3 weeks now. I got a message that the address is incorrect (which is not true, because we get all other packages normally). And we are always home, because teleworking. I wrote 6 emails and now they are returning my package to another country (senders)! Outrageous service, no one answers at all! Deeply, deeply dissapointed. And I do not know who is going to cover the costs of my already paid parcel and the sending, waiting and nerves.

    Definitely one of the worst delivery services. they just want you to pick it up yourself, so they dont ring the bell, or wait more than a few seconds to drive away. I've waited by the door for 3 packages and still managed to miss one. no ring, no call, nothing.

    DO NOT USE DPD. Truly appalling service, our package was (yet again) delivered to the wrong address, and they accused us of malingering afterwards. But refused to send us a copy of the delivery statement.... Their customer service is condescending and poorly trained, even threatening and actually lying, their delivery guys are poor creatures being exploited by a company who does not care, and identifying correct house numbers is beyond them. I have now started to ask any company I order from to cancel the order if it's being sent thru DPD, as it's not worth the hassle.

    Ridiculous!! I got a parcel notice while I was at home. Then the pickup point didn't have it the day after. I left for 5 days and the pickup point didn't have it yet. So I called the service and they told me they had it in their depot, and that they were about to ship it back to the expeditor, but that they could organize a new expedition to the pickup point on that day. But on that evening, the pickup point still didn't have it. The day after it was sent back to the expeditor, regardless of the calls I made the day before to NOT do it. Totally unable to solve problems. I recommend the good employees to find a new job since this company will probably fail soon.

    Had an order placed, got redirected, went to their website to have it sent to a pickup location in the city. When I arrived in Luxembourg to pick it up, the parcel never arrived despite the system stating the parcel was delivered. Spent lots of money to call them 5 times, but nobody picked up the phone. Send 2 emails and no reply. Went to the pick up location twice but to no avail. Will be submitting a report to he higher management.

    So I really hope someone reflects on these reviews! It is the worst courier service I’ve ever seen! Every time when ordering something I get stressed when seeing DPD service as I know it will be a hassle! They are lying that nobody was home or say that parcel was delivered when it was not! I got paper with nothing on it! Where my parcel is, when I can take it!!! Nothing!!! This service should be really reviewed by someone or completely shut down!!! It is horrible what they doing with people’s parcels (by the comments it’s alot!)!

    The parcel order was not delivered on day and time expected, while I was waiting the entire day at home. I have called their local service support in Luxembourg and was informed that they encontered issues with address. not even a phone call to confirm details was performed. Also, never encontered any delivery issue with other delivery companies. a few days later parcel was still not delivered, I called again and they informed they would update there records to perform delivery the next day (confirming they missed the initial call request/details). This isn't acceptable from a local company performing services in Luxembourg, and would highly recommend they sell their business to an organized and professional comapny such as Post or any other that knows how to provide right level of quality services. Also, I will avoid ordering something if the seller is using DPD as service delivery going forward as based on other reviews they are not keen to improve their services.

    DPD is proper bad. No one answers calls or emails. Although they have your contact information they don't make use of it. Impossible to get a parcel that you actually fully pay for, then finally you end up having to pick it up yourself, and you have to take off time from work because they're closed or impossible to reach outside office hours. Ridiculous

It's not written where they have delivered my package and I have tried many times to call to the customer service number which don't ever pick up. The package reference number doesn't work on their website either so I can't track it. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.
