I really like that they have a variety of massage therapists and so they have openings every couple of days. While I don’t love all the massage therapists, I do think they have all been professional and would recommend them to others. I have m favorite MTs that I won’t mention because every body needs different things to feel relaxed, so who I find great for me might not be good for others. However I do love that they have a lot of people to choose from and also thus means you can get an appointment pretty fast. There are plenty of rooms also and it’s kind of fun being in different ones every so often.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences for two years at East Bridge - the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, and the therapists (I see Kumi regularly but have seen two other folks that were also excellent) are kind, professional, and super talented. Would highly recommend for anyone with medical massage needs.

I like this business, the building is a converted house, 3 or 4 floors, comfortable and clean, with free parking. The staff are courteous, and very skilled in insurance billings. They offer appointments 7 days a week I have been suffering with mid back pain for months. I received services elsewhere with mixed results. The therapists here, especially Anne and Tracie have been helpful. They have excellent technique and are responsive. The office is very busy, sometimes they are booked out quite a ways. However, they have excellent communications, sending out cancellation emails almost daily.

I sought help at EBM after a car crashed into mine which resulted in some serious back pain. The care and brilliant skills of the therapists — each who have differing styles— have been amazing. Their beautifully renovated old Portland building is a bonus!

Been coming here for a year. This is the best one! Comfortable environment, professional and friendly staff and massagers, I have nothing to complain about. I find myself looking forward to my appointment every other week and now I’ve renewed my health insurance I’m going to come next year too!

Absolutely phenomenal every time! Scheduling is easy and the hours of operation are fantastic and should be modeled by more healthcare providers.
