When
it
comes
to
ordering
bigger
appliances
from
Flipkart,
i
always
felt
a
bit
nervous
when
i
started
thinking
about
the
safe
transit
of
goods
from
the
source
to
destination.
Of
course,
all
of
the
popular
online
sellers
do
provide
refund
and
replacement
guarantee
for
goods
damaged
during
the
transit.
However
the
whole
replacement/Return
process
would
take
some
time
to
get
into
action
as
per
reviews
of
experienced
users.
Thats
why
i
never
had
purchased
any
larger
appliances
from
Flipkart
till
now.
However,
just
like
we
say,
there
would
be
a
first
time
for
everything.
I
was
left
with
no
other
alternative
options
other
than
placing
an
order
for
Mi
4X
43
inch
TV
from
Flipkart
due
to
the
fact
that
the
product
wasn't
available
with
any
of
the
nearby
Mi
Stores
or
Home
Appliance
Dealers.
Also
Flipkart
was
offering
a
handful
of
discounts
for
the
same
(During
Diwali
Sale)
which
never
let
me
think
twice.
After
i
placed
the
order,
all
i
did
was
praying
to
god
to
be
kind
enough
to
choose
Flipkart
in-house
Logistics
division
(E-kart
Logistics)
as
the
transportation
service
provider
for
my
case.
However,
to
my
surprise
when
i
got
to
know
that
the
product
was
shipped
through
Delhivery
Pvt
Ltd,
i
was
a
bit
skeptical
at
first.
Product
got
shipped
from
Coimbatore
Hub
and
i
was
keenly
tracking
the
product
movement
all
through
the
day.
It
got
reached
in
Aluva
Hub
by
Day
1
evening.
I
got
very
happy
when
i
saw
the
product
reached
Kothamangalam(Destination
Town)
on
Day
2
morning
itself.
The
delivery
agent
called
me
in
the
morning
of
Day
2
itself
and
asked
for
a
convenient
time
for
the
delivery.
I
was
only
available
afternoon
to
which
they
politely
said
OK.
After
finishing
up
their
deliveries
in
and
around
Kothamangalam
Region,
they
called
me
and
i
guided
them
to
reach
my
nearest
known
landmark.
After
that
i
personally
got
there
to
bring
them
home
for
easy
movement.
It
was
a
heavy
rainy
day,
They
came
in
a
Goods-Ape
rickshaw
with
well
covered
top
and
all.
When
they
reached
my
home,
they
unloaded
the
package
and
helped
me
bring
the
package
inside.
Finally
they
even
advised
me
not
to
open
the
package
myself
as
the
installation
engineer
is
the
man
to
do
that
part.
In
case
of
any
damage
happened
during
the
shipment,
the
installation
engineer
should
report
it
to
the
flipkart
for
the
replacement/return
process
to
begin.
really
glad
and
would
like
to
appreciate
the
part
that
they
were
kind
enough
to
share
me
this
piece
of
helpful
information.
Overall
it
was
a
nice
experience...
As
everyone
say,
First
impression
is
about
to
be
your
best
touching
one.
Luckily
mine
was
marvelous.
