The Cranford office was great! Everyone was friendly and professional with zero wait time. The entire staff really makes you feel at ease and they take the time to focus on you and your needs as a patient.

Vanguard Medical Group is a great medical office! They are very accommodating and schedule appointments quickly. Everyone is very nice and polite. And Dr. Sarah Wistreich is extremely concerned about giving you the best care to keep you healthy! I highly recommend this office in a great, convenient location.

I have been a patient here for years and I have never received service like i did this week from the front office staff. they have the worst customer service skills ever. and their whole front office should be fired. They are rude and disrespectful and they don't care at all. Stay away from this disaster of place.

Dr. Wistreich was very thorough when explaining my 1 year old daughters' milestones. She was very kind, informative, and caring. Her bed side manner was excellent too. She explained all 3 vaccines that were needed.

Dr Grossman is amazing ! It took me so long to find a dr I liked but I hit the jackpot at this facility !!! He helped me with everything referred me to all places I needed and made sure he verified all my recent information. Definitely recommend this medical facility !

Went in for my first visit today, and had a great experience with Melissa and Dr Igor. Almost no waiting time in the lobby, and everyone was friendly and accommodating to me. Glad to have finally found a doctor's office that will work well for me!

Absolutely the worst customer service rude they don’t care about you it’s all about money to them. I’m a patient there. I had a Workmen’s Comp. injury. Went to get checked by my primary to get medication as needed because I was stuck with a needle and they refused to take me and said they don’t take Workmen’s Comp. after they made the appointment to call me information for Workmen’s Comp. claim number insurance information.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to dr. Weistrich. She has a great bedside manner. The doctor was thorough and made helpful suggestions on behavioral changes. I highly recommend her and the other physicians in the group.
