    Macy's at fox valley mall has some good designers collection it also has huge inventory. Employees are always friendly a f willing to help out.

    Tough times for retail, but Macy's is still hanging in there! Their Last Act area has amazing prices for quality items if you are willing to hunt through the inventory. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Store was clean, brightly lit, and organized. Online ordering is efficient too and orders can be delivered & returned here.

    I was looking for some dress shirts so went to Macy’s at Fox Valley. As soon as we entered the mens section we were greeted by Diane D. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about dress shirts. She was kind enough to take my measurements to suggest perfect dress shirts from a few brands. Thank you for the good experience. Big shout out to Diane D for her customer service that made my shopping a five star experience.

    Worst Macy's I've ever been to. This mall has really gone downhill over the years since I've not been in the area. I'm absolutely never coming back to this mall again including the Macy's. I could not find anything in my size and the employees weren't helpful or friendly. And I couldn't even find them half the time. Big messy store with these people running around organizing but not paying no mind to the customers trying to spend their bonus check they just got. It's all right though y'all just saves me $500 I'm going to just wait until Black Friday and buy stuff online. One more nail in the coffin of box store businesses. I'm going to have to opt to go online even though I like to support local because the store just really had no options at all.

    Macy’s department store is very good for me. Never had a bad experience with sales people. But this time I have to give a lot of praise to the sales woman in the sunglasses department. She was very nice and tasty, and pleasant . They had a special bonus on this day. Buy one pair glasses and the others are half price of mine. Because she was as it I say, I bought three pair of sunglasses. Macy’s remains my favorite department store. Thanks him for the great personnel.

    Disappointed. I understand that as consumers we sometimes forget how to put things back where they belong. These are simple yet irritating “first impressions” of a store (see my pictures below). However, what I am not seeing is any help or assistance from anyone , no attempt to try and clear the isles and free up the clutter.Only 2 registers were open with long lines. It seems like the store way in disarray. Just some courteous help is all I ask..

    Went to Macy's to return some online purchases. Very easy prices, well organized service counter. Friendly staff. Line moved quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Would not hesitate to order online again knowing in-person returns are a breeze!

    Looking for a hostess gift of specialty food. Other than chocolate, in which more than half had unmarked pricing, there were no other items to choose from and the only reason they were there is because of Christmas being around the corner. I did have a wonderful sales lady help me find what little there was. I am sorry I didn't get her name to send a note of appreciation. She worked on the lower level in Houseware. I think she may have been from India.

    This Macys location is okay, the stock can be improved significantly, the store associates are mostly friendly except for some at the luxury items like Perfumes and watches. Cleanliness needs to be improved as well. Hope they increase the number of associates at multiple levels and keep everything organized!

    I had not been to this location since well before homecoming (so August 2023), and there were definitely challenges at that time. Lots and lots of tightly packed clothing racks that very obviously needed to be zoned. It was kind of a mess. Dressing rooms on the second floor where the dresses are located were disgusting. Next time we returned was Saturday Nov 25, 2023. We were there around 1030 (so 1/2 hour after opening). It was so, so bad. Like clothes all over the floor, racks were unshoppable because there were way too many clothes per rack, etc. It was just sad because there didn't seem to be a lot of recovery from the day before. I don't know... maybe they are not allowing enough payroll to staff to the need. It was a shame too because we came to shop, but I refuse to 'dig' for merchandise at a department store. I mean, I have been to Goodwill's that have been zoned better with better merchandising presentations. I will say, though, that the blanket we purchased from the home store on the bottom floor was a great value and the associate was very friendly. Overall it was a 3/5 experience.

    The staff was friendly and the place was well organized. We had to return some stuff and it went quickly and smoothly. It had a lot of different brands that I liked. I recommend checking out the Last Act section for some nice deals. The clothes there were still pretty high quality and they were discounted by a lot. The fitting rooms were also nice. Some of the prices were a little expensive however. The area around the store was also pretty desolate. It connected into the mall nicely.

    Some of the associates at the fragrance department didn't bother to help me or ask if I needed assistance and it was intentional. I was on the opposite side of the counters, maybe three feet infront of them, lingering, and they would walk past me and ask someone else if they were in need of assistance, which was weird. I'm a big fragrance person, so I knew what I wanted and had questions about availability and to sample certain products, but only one associate answered my questions and directed me to the Mugler products in question. And once I got there, again was I ignored by the other employees, and passed by to help another. To the older hispanic lady that helped me... thank you... you are the true mvp.

    Very disorganized, I came looking for some new jeans and they were all mixed together basically thrown into piles. Disorganization is a commonality throughout the store. They have a decent selection, but good luck finding what you want.

    I have a lot of nice pretty beautiful things but really expensive I wanted to buy a comforter with a twin bed and the lowest that there are price was 79 and then it went the highest was over $250 $250 just for a comforter and a fitted sheet that's a little pricey

    I want there to pick up a bottle of sauvage colone and it just seems to me, as over priced as Macy's is, the service is very subpar and I spent over 240 bucks and all I got for a gift was a few samples. I think I'll get my colone from somewhere else from now on.

    I really like the main level. Jewelry, shoes, makeup and perfume along with bags. Second level is kind of busy and messy this level has clothing and the bathrooms are up there. Lower level is home goods .

    I asked an employee if they have toys. She responded with...In the toy section. Well I guess I should have asked where is your toy section. Then going in and out of the store with all of the perfume smells made me feel ill.

    I am a regular customer of the shiseido counter over at fox valley Macy's. Last time I was there, I know the store was busy. Customer service should remain at its best no matter what. I couldn't get over my experience because I was directed to an adjacent counter where a woman was going to check me out. A simple question from me did not deserve a rude attitude from her. I asked if there were small items to go with my purchase. In the past, I would be given Other "must try" items, which I would purchase in the future if the product was ok with my skin. The woman was entirely ruse as she spoke in a loud tone saying there are no free items here! I did t mean to ask for free items as I would be given by shiseido representatives in the past. That rude woman should not even be there! I hope this review gets to who should decide if that woman should go.

    Love this place. Tons of branded wears. I can spend all day here searching for good deals.One of the most beautiful shops to visit. . It's a whole experience to be here and Macy's does it well.

    Wife found a purse that was marked at $50, but when she went to check out, it rang up at just under $30! It was hard to find a checkout person, and when we did, the cashier seemed to be speaking with some friends/family. The employee told them to wait and helped my wife right away. She offered us the store credit card and did NOT push us when we declined to sign up. The credit card reader laid flat on the counter causing my short wife to step up her tip toes over and over again in order to read it due to light glare. Overall pleasant experience.

    We were at the Macy's Fox Valley, Aurora location today. It was a wonderful experience.Anju, our sales associate was excellent and went out of her way to accommodate us! I've rarely had such a helpful and friendly sales person!!

    I wish they had a better selection in women's shoes. Most of them were the super trendy styles. Not everyone likes those. Diane in the shoe department was so nice and super helpful. Great customer service. Also Kakoli and Liliana were very helpful and friendly as well.

👍👍 This is an excellent store! They have a huge variety of products and carry plus size lingerie. Gotta love that. Their markdown section is full of great finds, too. And the staff is absolutely among the best out there. So kind and knowledgeable and really genuinely helpful. 10/10 will go again.
