Beautiful atmosphere, loved the decor. Our waitress was phenomenal, I wish I remembered her name... (Bring up deviled eggs and i am sure she will know who she is) We both ordered burgers, I got the Durango *pictured up close in photo* and she got the Smokehouse Cheddar. I was so thankful that I didn't have to listen to my girlfriend complain...she's very picky about her burgers 🤣 they were delicious though. We will be returning in the future.

First time diner here, the location in Erie PA. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere, everyone was very friendly. Ordered the Peppercorn Steak with a side of shrimp and Pecan Beans. It was all just perfect! The steak was cooked exactly as it should be, and the beans were amazing! The shrimp was seasoned so nicely. Will be coming back!

The atmosphere was comfy elegant. The service was Great, Amanda. (I kept forgetting her name) I order the FireBirds Chicken Pasta and side of greens type salad. Wow! I am sooo going back. The prices did not hurt. Very Pleased!

I have had prime rib and Cajun ribeye in the past. But today stopped in for lunch I had club sandwich, tater tots. I got a side of awesome ranch dressing to dip my tots in, at the waiters suggestion. And a tastey, balanced cocktail.

Very good food, friendly and professional servers, atmosphere has fun yet classy ambience. Variety of seating -- comfortable high tables, low tables, booths. Handful of draft beers from locally crafted and national brands. Try the lobster spinach queso appetizer.

Fanciest food in town, and it really seems like a great place for everybody in the family no matter your tastes. Large servings, great cocktails, what more could you ask for?

some take out from Firebirds( a national chain of steakhouses) I try to get Deviled-Eggs whenever possible. tasty ( a bit runny). but the bacon and fresh jalapeño is a nice touch. The onion rings were crunchy and skinny my favorite. solid meal for a hotel room meal

Not much went right. We had a reservation and were sat quickly, but at a table that had no place settings and all other empty tables had some. Bread came and still no setting until we asked. Food came and my partner asked for more water and got some and my glass was less than half full and I got none and flagged another waitress for some. The salad was good but shrimp on the salad was greasy and undercooked. Overall not great food or experience.

Our server was Bernadette..girl was hustlin.. onion rings were awesome!! Ribs fantastic!! N dessert was magnificent...!! Could make this my fav if located on east side....lol.. great dining experience...

Was traveling to Erie and Would never come here again. I don’t usually say that about places but the hostess made us wait a long time when they were clearly very staffed (More workers than people.) The online reservation only said 10-15 minutes. Also, sat us at a booth with crumbs all over it and no clean silverware on the table. (I don’t think it had been wiped down). We got our appetizer in a timely manner, asked for more bread and never got it until our bill came at the end. I seen other tables were getting bread the whole time. Our server never came back to take our dirty plates until we were completely done eating. She wasn’t busy because you can see all the employees hanging out on the cook line. This one seemed to be overly friendly with one of the man servers. So the table was full of stuff. It was just a terrible experience and I would not recommend going there. I have local restaurants in my area with amazing service and excellent food. This restaurant was pretty overpriced compared to others.

Food was really not very good,except the cheesecake. The only redeeming thing was the great server. I feel like there was a novice cook working the day we went. Filet was overcooked and potatoes were a mushy sticky consistency. I have had a few very good meals here,but very pricey for what is served.

I was a guest of someone for lunch. The food choices on the menu were limited if you are diet restricted. I found a Caprese Chicken Pasta...that was excellent. My companion ordered the grilled salmon. She was disappointed in the serving size compared to the price of her salmon. I had some leftover pasta and asked for a takeout container so I could take my pasta home. I was given a container and a plastic bag to carry it home in. When I arrived home, the pasta had melted thru the container and was in the plastic bag. I called the Manager, Chris and he offered a replacement order of pasta for me. I accepted his offer and thanked him for his excellent customer service. The atmosphere here is loud and it was chilly inside the dining room.

We drove all the way from Akron, Ohio, to this place, and it was so worth it! The service and food were outstanding! The atmosphere can not be better, and this has to be one of the best restaurants in Pennsylvania! We came here to celebrate not only our friend's birthday but also the engagement with my fiancée and us getting a house. This was something I will never forget!

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. I found Firebirds Wood Fired Grill through a Google search and we decided to give it a shot. The food and service were exceptional. Although the prices were a little on the expensive side, the apps, meal, and service made the cost much more worth it. Not something we could afford on a regular basis, but worth it for a special occasion.

Great food and service! Check out the Insiders club for birthday savings! Our food is always good...the chicken tortilla soup is amazing and hubby loved his burger.. Bring a sweater though, it was pretty chilly on our last visit! We asked for the heat to be turned up, but didn't seem to have made a difference if they did it. Overall, great experience!

Very personable waitress from Emily or Emma? We asked for a recommendation and she opted for the prime rib, great choice! Only complaint is the wait took too long after making a reservation online. We would come again overall. Also, don’t skip on the appetizers.

Waited 40 minutes for lunch order while everyone around us was promptly served. Food arrived with hair in 2 of our orders. Half our party left hungry. Hope you have better luck but we will never be back.

This place was a huge highlight of our trip. The service was top notch and the steaks are amazing probably one of the best Iv ever had. The management also went above and beyond of any place Iv ever seen definitely a A+ restaurant and would drive 2 hrs again just for this dinner. I was that impressed by the place. It’s very warm and inviting to come enjoy dinner in and dessert was also top notch. Make this place a must Stop on your list you will not be disappointed

The food is consistently fantastic and so is the service. Perfect for a special occasion or a quick lunch, great wine list, great cocktails, decent beer list. You pay a little for the atmosphere, but definitely worth it. Our server most recently was Megs and she didnt miss a beat. Only chain restaurant I've gone back to thrice.

Here again today. Specials : All American Cheeseburger and Steak and Ribs were fantastic. Kilian C was our server. Good always good. Service was good as well, server forgot a couple requests but rebounded to get quickly. Great smile. Atmosphere was good as well. Only knock was we had a reservation for 4:30, arrived at 4:30, and told we had to wait. Sent to the bar. There were open tables and a couple booths but three hostesses couldn't make a decision. Sometimes more is not better. It was like NFL referees discussing a penalty call. Too many heads in the game.

They forgot sauce on the wings, ketchup for the fries, butter for the bread, flatware and napkins. The salads were fine for fastfood, basically lots of chopped lettuce Nothing else. Not restaurant quality or what I expect for the price. Baked potato toppings were all in one cup with bacon though I asked for none. So, I couldn't have any of the toppings. Definitely wouldn't go again it was fast causal quality food for nice restaurant prices.

My friends and I go here every year for my birthday, the food is always so good, and this is my number 1 choice. And they can always accommodate reservations for larger parties. Also, when you dhow up for your rez, you don't have to wait. They are ready for you. This year we got seated but no one came to serve us for about 10 minutes. We eventually asked for a waiter. The manager came over and took 2 appetizers off of our bill for the inconvenience. Very nice, we didn't even have to ask, phenomenal customer service, and allowed for the rest of our evening to go great! My fiance recommends the kicking chicken sandwich, apparently it's the best sandwich in the world. I recommend their ahi tuna appetizer and the tuna salad as well. A+++ I have gotten the salmon dinner here before also A+++ Sorry no pictures, I was a bit lake drunk and very hungry. ☺️

Sophisticated dining atmosphere and high end food to back it up. We ordered the Cajun steak and Salmon entrées, which went above and beyond our expectations. The last key piece to make our night perfect was our server Megan. She was knowledgeable on the dinner and drink menu, giving us the best recommendations for our first time dining here. Don’t miss out on this spot (and when you go, try the ‘Hot off the Grill’ beverage— you won’t regret it!)

My server Rebecca was amazing! The food is excellent and the espresso martini a perfect after dinner treat! Careful I might steal her! I am a restaurant General manager so I’m kinda picky! Rebecca and Firebirds exceeded my expectations ❤️😋

Food is good just overly priced. The queso is very good. The spicy pasta is good, though last time it was overly salty. They remade it but that first dish was rough. The place is pretty loud, but it's a environment for selected occasions in my opinion.

Plastic in the lobster Queso dip, chicken came out cold on the salad and my medium well burger well...you be the judge. Adjusted Stars since they did comp the meal. P.S. Marisa is a Great Waitress and the Manager Tyler is really nice and has made us want to come back. 5 Layer Lemon Cake is A Maz Ing.
