usually
have
quite
a
bad
experience
here
as
the
staff
at
reception
is
generally
unhelpful
and
it
is
impossible
to
get
an
appointment
unless
you
have
hours
to
spend
on
the
phone
and
listen
to
music
while
you
wait.
Today
they
took
it
to
another
level,
so
I
decided
to
write
a
review.
I
went
in
on
7
June
2018
at
9:45am
to
show
a
letter
from
a
specialist
and
ask
for
a
GP
referral.
The
letter
I
showed
them
was
on
my
phone
and
the
receptionist
was
adamant
she
needed
it
in
hard
copy,
so
she
could
scan
it
an
upload
to
the
system.
I
offered
to
send
it
through
in
an
email,
so
she
didn't
need
to
worry
about
scanning.
The
answer
of
the
receptionist
was
that
THEY
DIDN'T
HAVE
THE
TECHNOLOGY
TO
RECEIVE
EMAILS.
In
2018!!!!
It
was
so
obvious
that
she
just
simply
didn't
care,
that
I
turned
around
and
went
to
the
library
around
the
corner
and
they
were
kind
enough
to
help
me
to
print
it
out.
I
returned
with
the
letter
and
stood
in
a
queue
of
5
people.
The
receptionist
asked
loudly
one
after
the
other
their
date
of
birth,
name,
and
the
reason
why
they
wanted
an
appointment.
All
highly
sensitive
information
that
shouldn't
be
shouted
out
in
public!
Well,
I
suppose
they
haven't
heard
of
the
new
GDPR
rules
yet.
It
was
probably
sent
to
them
via
email,
so,
you
know...
