Yoga was completely new territory for me. Since my knee joints are broken, I asked several yoga teachers and each time I received the answer, "Do another compensatory sport." Not with Bettina Thomas. She discussed all the options with me in a long, very friendly telephone conversation. That's how I ended up in a quiet yoga group for pensioners that was perfect for me. I was very impressed by the house in Kleinmachnow with the beautiful room, as well as the harmony and quality of the course. Bettina is a very warm-hearted, loving and empathetic teacher who knows her craft. Even the most stressed souls can switch off here and still get out of breath. I wouldn't have thought :-) My conclusion: Bettina's yoga school is simply an oasis to relieve stress and feel good. Just give us a call and you will receive a warm welcome. Claudia, Stahnsdorf

Thank you very much for the great Yin yoga lessons. Exactly what I was looking for. Gitti leads the class with a pleasant voice and offers varied, interesting yoga positions that can be modified individually, depending on your personal options. The room has a warm atmosphere and offers enough space. The equipment is provided, but having your own mat is an additional advantage. If the time is right for a longer period of time, I'll book a subscription; until then, a spontaneous drop-in ticket is great. The Hath yoga was also great, but Yin yoga is my favorite. Thanks to you.

Spoiled for choice, so many offers and options. Since Corona, the opportunities to do yoga have grown enormously. The online offerings in particular were a blessing. During this time I also got to know Bettina and her Anusara style. It's unbelievable how much experience, skill, passion and attention to detail this woman teaches with. Other people on her team are also exceptional and noticeably influenced by her. It's not just the ambience that pleases, but above all the competence and professionalism of the execution. Her own style, the embedding in her narratives and her knowledge are evidence of decades of experience that she has gained on her travels. Incredible. Daste dart nakonad. (Persian proverb: "May your hands never hurt"). Basically, this expresses gratitude. You really feel it when you sit down after a yoga session Bettina - whether online or, even better, live in her rooms - is refreshed again. The body and also the soul have recharged. This is something you should experience! PS: However, I deduct one point for the sound quality at the time. But it's best to experience it live.

After some trial and error, I ended up with Bettina and am happy. Wonderful studio, pure relaxation as soon as you step over the threshold... and Bettina is such an incredibly likeable, intelligent and empathetic person who adapts to each course participant individually... I'm now seriously considering doing yoga teacher training with her, which I would never have dreamed of! Highest recommendation and biggest thanks!

I would like to express my enormous gratitude. In Bettina I have an extremely competent colleague who supports me invaluablely with her specialist knowledge and approachable manner. Not only did she professionally accompany my book and the course: “Learn to meditate in tantric, ways to achieve happiness” as an editor. Her philosophical and practical expertise in yoga is remarkable. I am grateful for the many valuable impulses and inputs she has given me over the last few years. She is not only a valued colleague, but also my teacher!

For me the best thing I finally found after a long search! Everything is perfect for me: the room (warm, light-flooded, modern and equally comfortable), the trainers (competent and approachable) and the quality (very individually tailored and professional) For me: YOGA AT ITS BEST

I came from Pilates and have now fallen into yoga. Bettina is such a great and approachable teacher who teaches wonderfully. The lessons are different every time and framed around a theme. I'm absolutely thrilled and I encourage anyone who wants to start yoga to take a trial lesson with Bettina. Absolutely and unreservedly recommended!

I can unreservedly recommend the Kleinmachnow yoga school and especially Lena’s courses in every respect! The atmosphere in Lena's course is very warm, you feel in good hands and relaxed from the first moment. Since Lena explains all the exercises very well and demonstrates them clearly, even as a yoga beginner I was able to take part right from the start and have learned a lot since then. It's also great to be able to take part in the courses online, which always worked smoothly for me from a technical point of view.

Here you can experience yoga in its origins. The deep philosophy permeates the Hatha Yoga classes and especially the training, which approaches and carries from the essence of yoga to the modern practice of asana, pranayama and dhyana :-)

Thanks to Bettina T.'s fantastic studio management, the yoga school has excellent teachers for every direction and for every physical condition. YinYoga at Gitti is for me, who is currently... can stretch rather than strengthen, a wonderful solution. The best yoga school I know.

Bettina Thomas offers many different yoga classes in beautifully designed rooms at the Kleinmachnow yoga school. There is something suitable for everyone. Bettina knows how to meet everyone where they are. Thanks to her extensive experience, she can adapt to the practitioners with a lot of empathy, encourage and support them. After every class I go home with a relaxed smile. Thanks for that!
