Such a scammers!!! Fake marketers!! I have taken the membership card from the executives, who come to my office and said that if you bought this membership card for only 3 hundred rupees you will get one tooth cleaning and shining session for free and 1 year of tooth x-ray free from any branch... On sunday 5/feb, I booked an appointment for tooth cleaning and shining in Vaishali sector -4 ghaziabad, and they have taken 990 rupees extra for cleaning, I clearly mentioned that I have taken your corporate membership card and your executives clearly mentioned that one time of tooth cleaning and shining is cover under this card, but they denied, and take ,990 extra for that session, the thing is if I have to pay 990 for cleaning so why their executives didn't mention this while selling the subscription?? They need to mention that you have to pay extra charges for cleaning means, I was not happy with this service while selling your membership you say that sir it is free of cost you just need to pay 300 rupees only, and once a customer visited your outlet after everything you need to pay extra 990 for cleaning.....this is fake marketing...... if I have to 990+300 for one time cleaning so I will go to another dentist, what are the means of fake promotion, why should I buy your subscription card? I have also mentioned this this on their website in customer support, but I didn't get any response!!!! I have a very bad experience with this outlet! Please be aware from these scammers!!

One star is also more for this clove chain of dental clinics. Doctors keep changing. Doctors are all fresh passout from private colleges who are actually getting trainning here. So don't recommend this place to anyone for getting dental treatment of their loved ones. THERE CHARGES ARE TOO MUCH, VERY EPENSIVE SO WHEN WE ARE SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY AND TIME THEN WHY NOT TO GET TREATMENT FROM EXPERIENCED DOCTORS. MOREOVER IN FUTURE IF HAVE SOME PROBLEM ATLEAST CAN VISIT TO THE SAME DOCTOR BUT HERE IN CLOVE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AS DOCTORS WHEN GET SUFFICIENT TRAINNING LEAVE THIS PLACE.

Dr. Anshu. Mudgal had been very friendly, did provide me enough time to see if she could avoid root canal if not necessary and did a Wonderful job in the end.

Okay. Had to edit whole of my previous review out as I was forced to write a review right after a cavity filling while waiting for my ride home. My conscience cannot let me post a dishonest review though. So, it's been a whole month now and the only teeth I'm experiencing pain with are the ones that had suspected cavities arising and got treated. Ironically, I had no pain, whatsoever, before I got them filled up. I just went for a normal clean-up when I was told I might have initial stage of cavity formation. So to prevent further damage, I asked the dentist to fill it up ASAP. And now eating normal food has become near to impossible from the side of my mouth I got my teeth treated at. Thank goodness I did not get the next 4 teeth I was told later on also had cavities starting to form, otherwise my whole mouth would have been rendered useless by now. So yeah.. that was my personal experience. Also, the place is understaffed and closes down before 6 PM. So not in favour of people who have 9-5 jobs throughout the week. But the staff is courteous though. I'll give them that. Though, it's upto you to decide if you want to visit a dental clinic for dental expertise or just courteous behaviour clubbed with amateurish job on the most expensive bones of your body. My personal suggestion would be to go traditionally for a dentist advised or trusted by your friends or colleagues (if you're new to the city). Going on a whim by following Google reviews has costed me my ability to chew on food items I earlier used to enjoy without even thinking twice.

I visited this facility and had a appointment with Dr Priya awasthi. She is a very comfortable and a relaxed doctor. She showed me pre and post procedure evidences and explained ever aspect of situation at hand, that made me very comfortable and assured. This removed the sence of doctor's fear in me. Now I am a happy person with a clean and BIG SMILE.

Dr.Ashima Bhatnagar was good. The clinic is clean efficient and neat. Staff is helpful and courteous. Do figure out the directions before visiting, they are a bit confusing. Overall, a great experience.

Had a tooth extraction surgery recently, the experience is totally amazing. The doctors were really helpful, they explained the entire process and supportive. The surgeon Dr Abhishek Rai and the Dentist Anshu Mudgal are doctors that you can blindly trust for any dental issues. Doctor Piyali is a great person and is very good at explaining what needs to be done and how should one go about doing it. Sachin (The staff fellow) is super helpful with coordinating everything. I actually couldn't figure out the parking of the place and I called Sachin up and he immediately sorted that out for me. On and all, it was a wonderful experience. Also, luckily I had my appointment on a not-so-busy day and I got the doctor available to me the moment I reached the premises. Highly recommended to book an appointment well in advance.
