Very poor service. My packet has been in Faridabad for 3rd day now, with 'Out for delivery' since yesterday morning. It is 2.30pm and still not delivered AND importantly no contact no of agent or Customer support.

Pathetic doesn’t define you actually. The only available contact number 0124- is suspended. Delivery guys don’t reply to calls, just pay them and then pray

Very bad service it took all 7 day to normal parcel from Mumbai to Delhi, if we can use Indian post they took ony 3 or 4 days to deliver 100% Dislike 👎

We have been using Delhivery through a direct tie up and through an aggregator for B2B packages. There is an insane amount of calls/emails required to get simple pick-ups and deliveries done. The on ground teams keep changing and it difficult to keep following up with multiple people. We don’t have the bandwidth to manage operations. B2B teams as well via Shiprocket don't turn up to pick packages and we have to keep following up for 3-4 days to get simple packages picked up. If operations was not enough, they start unethical bumping up of shipment costs after few months of packages being delivered WITHOUT a single notification or information on the portal. Is this how companies like Delhivery become after getting business from multiple e commerce companies ? Extremely unprofessional and total monopoly so to say the least. I hope you get a sense of the frustrations with which business accounts are dealing with Delhivery to get simple pick ups and deliveries sorted. Its a shame you're about to merge soon with another large courier company which is going to worsen the situation for small businesses.

I got the message that I got delivered today but still no communication no message neither contact number is mentioned on website. very pathetic service need to improve a lot.very -very poor service.

They don't deliver. You have to go and fetch. Delivery boys hain hee nahi inke pass.

Package was not delivered..... 6 th FEB received at Delhivery office Faridabad. But up to 16 th Feb not delivered. No customer care no....... Very bad experience........

Cheap company, they don't even call the user and don't even provide the delivery executive's contact details.. Even the delivery guy don't reach at the scheduled time and location and changed the status as delivery address close and all

Quite sacred place no Boards or Flex will be there for the office .

After 10 days shipment not delivered and they always mention reason for not delivering on time that customer is not available at given address. They never called me. I tried reaching out to them but they do not have customer care number even.

Pathetic service and no response to the problem for around 48 hrs , didn’t pickup the packet…..their system shows incorrect details that packet not ready etc. Should have used some other company for courier
