😠 Absolutely horrible service. Not only are the clerks rude, but if you escalate a problem to the manager, they're rude too. This branch is just pathetic. Only people with a government job could be this rude and incompetent and not get fired. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these... The absolute worst location. Had an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a passport, I arrive at my appointment time to see a note on the door that states "passports are canceled for today. Please reschedule online" the nearest appointment is another 2 weeks from today. A simple message, email or phone call to let me know my appointment had been canceled would have been appreciated... Good luck trying to speak to someone about your inconvenience the line is a mile long you'll probably wait for an hour. I would highly recommend they find better management.

Only people with a government job could be this rude and incompetent and not get fired. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these idiots and go to the W. Bloomfield PO. They seem to know how to provide friendly, competent service.

Worst post office ever! I went there to apply for passport and they didn’t have camera available to take passport size photo. I had the appointment in morning and they don’t accept debit card for the payment at morning. The worst part was that I had to go to two Walgreens to take the passports size photo and it costed me $17. After all that, I went to the bank to get the money for the passport because they told me that they only accept cash or check at morning. And after all I went to the post office again and I had to wait there 20 minutes. The twist was the when I when I went to the post office second they did accepted debit card at evening . Overall it made me mad

wait times are ridiculous. One cashier during rush hour. People screaming in the mailroom like they are having a party in the back. We are writing a complaint letter to the higher ups.

The absolute slowest, incompetent station in the state. Pitiful and poorly managed. Impossible to reach the Postmaster Erica and when I did, she was sarcastic and rude and offered no assistance or resolution. The window clerks are scarce but the worst part is nobody apologizes about the 45 min to 1 hour wait. Managers/Supervisors never step in to help, even when the line is into the lobby. USPS should be ashamed allowing this station to operate like this. Disgusting

Very disappointed. This is my first review I have ever left but definitely needs to be addressed. *One person was working with a line going out the door, understandably no one wants to work currently…but if I can not get my mail key for my apartment because “the person who is in charge of the keys is on vacation” then that is a BIG problem. The gentleman could not give me ANY timeframe of when he would be back. I need to get into my mail box ASAP! My apartment stated that the PO owns the mail boxes. I have absolutely no control over receiving my mail at this time. You would think they would have someone cover this job position, knowing how important it is for people to have access to their mail. I will be continuing to try to get ahold of someone who can handle this situation…but at this time I have no help!

No mail delivery at 29625 strathmore on on 18th and 19th of July. Then on 20th delivery made but nothing from missed days, eventhough informed delivery showed few expected mail. No way to contact the post office. 800 number has no matching choices and no choice to talk to anyone...

Needed a passport for my two kids. They Have only a few hours on Saturday. Says I need to come by appointment only. Unable to reach the office by phone. Since this was the only time I could come I just stopped by and had a line of about seven people also doing the same thing as I. The lady directing the line traffic was very helpful though. Had about a forty minute wait unfortunately.

Straight, to the point when handling packages. Obviously they're disgruntled appearing dealing with a crazy increase in workload (an increase in overall crazy) during this pandemic, but big Terry was the man. Knowledgeable and efficient.

Terrible service. Only one person at the service area. I came to collect my mail they were collecting for for me for the last two weeks while I was out of town for the Holiday. It was suppose to be delivered to the house the day after I returned. It was NOT delivered. I asked the postal worker if she could find my mail (no apology for the mix-up or my inconvenience). She went and looked in the back and said it was not there. She did not know where it has. I asked her to check and see if it could be on a mail truck for delivery today. She said she could not do that. I said, "Who can check for me?" She said, "No one. They are all busy getting todays mail out." I said, "How do I get my mail?" She said, "You can fill out a complaint form." She handed me the form....and walked away.

Worst place I have ever been to, I can’t remember her name, she was doing the passport window. Rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She was so prejudice. I made one error on filling out my forms and she walks away and wouldn’t take us. The older man that works there took over and as so kind.

I've been here many times and they always do the job as requested in the quickest way possible.. You can see they don't enjoy their work as they don't always smile.. But as long as they do their job properly I have no complaints. Even during busy hours their service is quick..

I was here for my passport. Terry was the lady who assisted me. She was so helpful and friendly. There were a few us there at once and she handled it well, she had patience and took care of us in good timing! Great service!

This is my home USPS, always had decent experience. Recently had mixed feeling due to one very rude clerk #11 (12/28/22) Luckily some Management person from the back stepped in and solved my complex package address error .Many Blessings for people like this lady who doesn't waste her time at work but proudly represents US people and the institution that she works for( USPS) Merry Christmas

The worst employees, I have filed multiple missing packages and mail incidents and the problem still continues. I was waiting for a package that was delayed for 2 weeks, states it was in mailbox- but of course wasn’t. I saw the mail truck by leasing office, and I was trying to ask her if she was our mail lady and before I could even say a word she yelled at me. Literally yelling just for trying to ask if she was our mail lady, wasn’t being rude to her or anything Along those lines.Took her truck number to contact headquarters because their was no reason for her violent behavior.

horrible place. Was rude from the moment we came in. This girl had an attitude towards my family and I and let another person fill out their passport application paper but wouldn’t let my family and I. This was a horrible experience and I would never come back again. This girl had dark brunette hair with three different hair colors and had braces and was black. She was extremely rude and will never be going back. The mangers need to check their workers and need to fire this girl ASAP. If there are people like that in that office I will never be going back. They need to rehabilitate that whole office. I was very disappointed and hope people will not be going to this place because everyone is very rude there.

Theu all have attitudes and are very incompetent in regards to my packages being sent out or on hold and they can never find them even when they say to come and pick up your package from the Post office.
