I recently visited North Atlanta ENT & Allergy for a medical issue, and I was very disappointed with my experience. The doctor seemed rushed and only spent a few minutes with me. I had to write down my questions in advance, and I was lucky if I got to ask them all. The doctor even said things while leaving the room, which made me feel like he wasn't really listening to me. The instructions for my medications were not clear, and I had to call back and leave a voicemail to get a clarification. Today, they surprisingly said that they would be shipping me some medication. I don't understand why they would do this instead of sending it to my pharmacy. On the day of my surgery, I was told that I needed to have someone designated to pick me up. They wouldn't even let me go in for surgery without seeing the person, and then the person had to leave to do their chores before they could come back to pick me up. Overall, I felt like I was in a car repair shop where I came in for an oil change and got the engine replaced. I would not recommend North Atlanta ENT & Allergy to anyone.

Loved my visit here today for a quick check up. The staff was super efficient and friendly. The doctor was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I felt heard and had all of my questions and concerns addressed. Very nice people and I'll definitely be back if I need any further help. This office visit was a nice breath of fresh air compared to most of my other doctor visits!

I had the best experience possible with Dr. Joel Hoffman and his staff. Sally was also incredible and attentive. He came highly recommended from other doctors and physicians offices so I went! He has his own surgical center within their building so I was always going to the same place, saw the same helpful staff, and everything from intro to post-op was all the same place. The surgery and recovery was flawless, the office called to check in on me, day of surgery was smooth, all staff was attentive and did anything they could to make you comfortable. I couldn’t be happier. Now I’m sleeping like a champ, I haven’t had another cold or allergy symptoms since my deviated septum correction. I highly recommend Dr. Joel Hoffman to anyone.

Everyone in the office, from front staff to doctors, are super nice. We've received top notch care. My kids love seeing Sally and Dr. Hoffman. Dr. Hoffman has now done 2 surgeries on my kid, and we've had great results from both.

Dr hoffman, is a great dr. Talks to you about all your issues, gets background on you before he does anything. He only orders testing when he determines that you need it. He is out for the patient and making sure you get better. He is open and accessible for questions and feedback. I recommend dr hoffman to everyone. I have been going to his practice for 12 years now.

Dr. Hoffman was outstanding! Very caring, attentive, and professional. Next day after surgery, I had questions about some issues I was experiencing. He immediately called back and resolved the issue, and then followed up again to be sure all was taken care if. Even though he was leaving for vacation, he provided his personal number in case I needed him again. That was definitely over and above regular care! He was fantastic!!

We love Dr Hoffman! The most patient, thorough, kind ENT we have ever seen. He has worked wonders for my children and we will forever recommend him!!

I had a Peritonsillar abscess and Dr. Hoffman fit me in same day. He recognized the problem immediately and got it taken care of. He did a thorough follow up helping me through the whole thing. The nurses at his office were so nice and comforting. So appreciative of the care I was able to get.
