I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Karen Gonzalez. She is amazing with her "attention to detail" while she is examining you in her office. Nothing slips by her "eagle eye" regarding your helath. It is really obvious how much she is concerned about her patients. I feel safe being under her care. She always has time to explain or provide any information I may need. The rest of the staff have always been very professional, kind and caring. This is a great team of health care providers and I certainly hope they are there for a very long time!

I just started with Intermountain Healthcare and I am more than impressed with their professional and customer service. It's nice that they only treat Seniors and listen to our needs. I was able to get blood work done in their office by Quest personnel. My new Dr. Karen Gonzalez is so amazing and knowledgeable. Between her and her assistant Melissa, I really feel I am in good hands. The entire staff are upbeat and make you feel glad you are there.

I had my first visit with my new primary care team, Dr. Sunita Kalra is great. My previous primary care group had such terrible office staff, appointments and referrals were a nightmare to endure. I no longer have to worry about that, Dr. Karla's office is conveniently located, getting an appointment was super easy, and the appearance of the office is clean and modern. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse who took my vitals was warm and friendly and so was the lab tech who took my blood. She was so gentle and found my vein with no trouble. I am extremely happy I made the switch to Intermountain Healthcare and feel I am in very capable hands.

The time was longer than I expected but that is because Dr Kalra took her time and went through my health records and then she asked me if I had any questions. It was refreshing to have a doctor actually listen and talk to me and not just rush. I changed my pcp to her after the visit and my husband liked her too and he will be changing to her as well!! The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful too

Dr. Karen Gonzalez is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She explains anything that concerns me, makes sure that I'm getting any tests that are necessary and I couldn't be happier to have her watching over my health. To make my visit even more valuable, her staff is always kind, thoughtful and prompt in communication with me regarding any instructions and setting up the next appointment. I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive on every visit. Also, another "perk" of being with this group is that they are always just a phone call away!

I always have a positive visit. When I am greeted the staff is always very courteous. Marie always greets me with a smile and ask how I am doing and was very helpful when I called with a problem. Dr. Karla has always been there to answer my questions and help me through my tough times. She takes her time during my visits to make sure I am ok if I need anything. I think she is the best doctor I have had.

The entire staff were very professional and high quality... Dr. Kalra was very thorough, and took the time necessary to address any concerns I may have..And its great being able to have Lab work done on site at there office to..and wait time was short as well and made me feel very welcomed..

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. I was able to get all my tests done for pre-surgery done in 2 hours mostly because of the efficiency of the doctor and staff. The doctor , PA, called me to go over the results. I appreciate his concern for my health and his advise.

My former doctor retired and I searched online for a new physician. I was very impressed with Dr. Kalra's review. I have seen her twice. She is very nice and easy to talk to and I feel comfortable with her. Dr. Kalra listens to my concerns. The doctor gives me feedback and recommends different procedures for my ailments. I feel very lucky to have her for my new doctor. One thing that is really helpful is to write down everything you want to discuss with the doctor beforehand. It makes everything go smoothly. Her staff is very patient and kind too. Thank you Dr. Kalra!

I was seen at my appointment time. The personal at my doctors office are efficient and courteous, always!! The offices are always clean. The nurses I come into contact are very courteous & know their business well. My injections are always pain free, always. My PA Is terrific !!!!!

My visits with Dr. Kalra are always positive, she takes the time to listen and go into detail about my Care plan. Additionally Maria and Katrina are a great compliment to the team. Actually, the entire team is great. Never have I been rushed and all questions are answered, She cares and is tops in my book,

I had a very good appointment and Dr. Kalra, along with her Staff took very good care of Me. All of my needs were met. Also I was having a problem with my Ears and Hearing, they cleaned the Wax from my Ears , I am now so much better, It is such a pleasure to go to the Dr. and have such a great Great Experience. I had doctor appt to discuss my blood pressure & bloodwork. Doctor never came in room to talk with me about it or my bloodwork. Nurse talked to me instead. I spoke with doctor on my way out in hallway briefly. Very disappointing. 8/21/2020 When I went in for blood pressure check, I had a positive experience 137/79. Didn't speak with doctor. Nurse was friendly as usual and prompt. Was in waiting room only 3 minutes.

Everybody was great

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I needed a referral and they called me the following day which was very fast. They made me feel like they cared about me as a patient. Ivy made me feel very comfortable and was very caring. Dr. Nader was also extremely helpful!

This rating is strictly for the quest employee Mary. My mother has to get blood work done very often and this clinic has an on-site lab. I've heard complaints about Mary from my mother for years and was angered myself with the way my mother was handled. Mary was very rough and missed the vein during the procedure. She then proceeded to search for the vein with a needle hitting a nerve and causing my mom to cry out, when I asked her to stop she had an attitude. Afterwards, my mom's arm was bruised and she complained of nerve pain. If it wasn't for her doctor that she loves we would find her a new clinic completely. Mary should not work with elderly patients. She is rough and rude and may cause someone serious damage.

Maria gets you all set up for the Dr to come in and attend to you - then Dr. Kalra walks in and touches on all your lab results from the previous week a and asks a few questions - they are a wonderful team. I will remain a patient as long as I breathe.

I really do like the doctors and staff at tjis location. The doctor I had, was Sunita Kalra who is young, smart and oprn to talk. First time I have loved talking to a doctor in YEARS. the Medical Assistants were great as well. Cant say enough good stuff.

Dr. Gonzalez is great! She spends time with her patients and cares about their issues. I appreciate her concern and her immediate action to provide excellent service and submit referrals when appropriate.

Maximum wait time has onlly been 10 minutes. Very thorough and extremely pleasant. Providers take time to listen to you and refer or prescribe meds as necessary. Having Quest in-office is a big help.

Seen in timely manner, not left in waiting room long at all! All staff I encountered were extremely nice. All around a good experience. Dr. Karen Gonzales took care of all my needs.

Because of this Pandemic, we're having to adjust to doing things different to protect ourselves and our friends and families. I was greeted by a very pleasant gal in the nearly empty lobby who helped me log in via my phone. She explained it was their new "contactless" checkin. I was impressed and pleased with the way the office was protecting me and other patients with their new check-in and not being in a packed lobby. As usual, I didn't have to wait very long before called into the back to see my doctor; I always appreciate that. I had a thorough visit with my doctor and knew when I left, what I had to follow up on. From the gal who greets you in the lobby (hopefully temporary) to the gals in the front office, the nurses and finally the doctors, you couldn't be in better hands than those who work in the Intermountain Healthcare office.

Great staff! Got in right on time. Nurse practitioner Quinesares was excellent. Helped with all my new paperwork, explained what the facility offers and let me know that she was regularly available if any health concerns arose. My wife will be switching over as well. Thanks to all.

Shalom Hadid is an outstanding provider. He listens and makes you feel like you have a voice in your treatment plan. He addressed all of my questions and explained all of my concerns. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I always have a great visit with Dr. Kalra. She see's to all of my problems and spend time listening.

This visit was just for a blood draw but I was greeted at the door with a temperature check. Everyone was wearing masks and the waiting room chairs were strategically placed for social distancing. Requested and got a flu shot while there with no problem.
