Very expensive. 25 euros for 4 coffees. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Please be aware that the prices for everything are much! higher if you seat and not take away. I took an espresso and one cake and instead of 5 Euros paid 11 Euros. Never made such an experience before, when espresso cost 1,5 Euros to take away and 4 Euros if you stay 1 Minute and drink it seating! I’m really frustrated.

This place is a scam. We paid over 90 euros for a terrible lunch. Italy is known for its pasta but the pasta tasted like it was heated in a microwave oven. The cheese plate was disgusting. The board itself smelled of mildew and the cheese was moldy (not "aged"). Lemonade cost more than wine. The owner seemed very shady. No one even asked us how our meal tasted. Don't go here!!

Very very expensive for what you get. Food and drink we had was ok but not for the price. Also, as other people mention, no option to pay by card. Not worth the price at all. Avoid

Terrible terrible terrible. The pasta (not fresh pasta) was microwaved (saw it happen) and tasted worse that what I could make with boxed pasta and jarred pesto at home. The pricing was exhorbitant. 3.50€ for a 0.33l bottle of water (other places we have been have not charged more than 1.20€, and the store sells 1.5l bottles for 0.60€.) Ridiculous and made our last day in Florence feel so dumb.

Tourist trap. Overpriced. Bad food. Small portions. Nonexistent service. What is pictured on their menu is different from what is served—a waste of money and time.

Setting: It’s raining heavily in Florence. The very rude and arrogant guy made a drama out of “take away” and said we cannot have a seat outside. By asking a few times what the matter was, we found out it was another price for eating in. Ok, we didn’t know, we just wanted the take away cup to be able to move on with it once the rain stops, so we offered to pay the difference. No, he didn’t want that anymore. And we had food from another shop, he said. Indeed, there are amazing sandwiches at All’Antico Vinaio, I had some of it left over as the portion is huge. Having food in my hand doesn’t mean I am going to eat it, you helpless person without any communication skills. Cheers!

Had 2 focaccia sandwiches and a salad. Not sure why all the bad ratings as you can see prices on menu and see food in display (sitting menu more expensive than take away prices seen in display). Food is pre-made then warmed. I liked my sandwich, my family liked the eggplant salad they had. It isn’t a place I would recommend but also not a place I would tell people to avoid. We also did not order any drinks and based on other reviews that is what makes the bill so large. It proves helpful to ask a few questions, see what the food looks like, and scan a menu before sitting down to eat to know what to expect.

The food was simple but ok, except a burned focaccia. After we saw the bill, we knew we've been trapped. 41 euros for 4 drinks and 3 antipasti, and we couldn't use the card to pay. For change, we had to pay 4 euros extra at the neighbour. The bartenders were arrogant and we think they could rather be criminals.

Awful. Very expensive, when in 100m you get almost half price. Spritz was not even in the menu. We sat, and after 20 min they start closing, how rude and they were so noisy. Stuff was very very rude. we would definitely not recommend that one and we would also advise the staff to go work somewhere else .
