I LOVE Five Guys! One thing I’ve always thought was awesome was the loads of fries you get with your burger. I guess this location doesn’t really live up to it. I paid $5.45 for this...not even a full container. Most locations fill up the bottom of the bag. Super disappointed.

The 1st time I tried this place I loved it but I didn't know maybe my taste buzzer just changing I don't taste the food the same was the 1st type I tried it lol

Decent food as always and the staff is always friendly. The food comes out in a timely manner and they always give you plenty of fries.

They act like I am inconveniencing them to order a burger. When I gt home the frys were way under cooked, raw and soaked in grease. Its like the fries were cooked some time ago and redipped in the frier after I ordered. When I called they guy said, "well I am not the one who cooked them." $6 for a ball of greasy mess. They have been pretty empty they last few times I've gone. I won't return

Got a burger with mushrooms. This is what I was given. When I complained, the server got an attitude with me. There was no need for the server to be rude. It was my first time at this location. I’m not returning.

The staff at this Five Guys is not customer service oriented. I ordered online for pick up. The guy waited until I arrived to start my order. He looked like an adult man but acted like a child. He was whining about not wanting to be there. He was not friendly in any way. The woman there acknowledged me & was friendly. I was standing at the pick up area & I hear my name being called over by the register. I was a bit confused. It was the same woman who’d acknowledged me waiting for my pick up order & she had my shake. The whole experience was nonsensical. Why wouldn’t she bring my shake over to where I was waiting for my order. Why did they wait until I arrived to make my order. Sort of defeats the purpose of ordering online in advance. But, my biggest gripe is with the adult man child who was just absolutely miserable. He should look for a more suitable job.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever ordered a burger, and they forgot the burger. The Staff apologized profusely, and I was given a refund. I appreciate the courtesy of being offered another meal, but had to get back on the road.

My family & I ordered for delivery tonight and while we received our order "on time", the food was definitely cold and we're only a few minutes away so that was disappointing. The other major upset was that we were missing items from the order - wayyy too much money spent to be missing items!! Very upset with our first visit with this particular location.

Just a little snack. I think I've been to a 5 guys long ago but my kids and I needed just a snack. So I ordered fries and a drink at the lakewood location near colorado mills mall. I was a little taken aback by the prices but knowing how much I got. It was worth the price. The floor was dirty but I did notice the guy was out cleaning tables and I know it's kinda a hard juggle to watch the register and keep the place Clean. Hope to get a burger next time

Very very overpriced. Also even you do dine in they still give you to go bags which is really uncomfortable.

5 Guys is fantastic. If you don't mind a little expense, the hamburgers here are great. As you may have noticed, the guys are a bit on the pricy side. I would bet the average cost per person could easily exceed $20. If you want an excellent hamburger and fries, it's very hard to beat 5 Guys.

Getting expensive to eat here. $12 for just a bacon burger with little bacon then $5 for a small cup of fries. Being like $18 for 1 person, then you ask for a cup for water and they give the tiny one that the small fries come in. Ask for a bigger cup and the policy says no for water and you just paid $18 for a burger and a handful of fries. I mean good fresh ingredients but man stingy on water. Then it might of been $3-$5 for a larger cup.

Personally I prefer take out from Five Guys. The food is delicious. The burgers are good and they definitely don't skimp on toppings! The fries are addictive and the portions are huge. A "little" fry is definitely enough for two. The shakes are very thick and rich. However, due to the design of the restaurant, the grease is everywhere. If you stay and eat all your clothes end up smelling like burger grease. Not great. So for your best Five Guys experience, take out is the way to go.

I come here more often than I'd like too admit. Excellent service and of course their food is great! Out of the many times I've been there, they only messed up my order once and they gave me another burger, no questions asked.

Ordered online, arrived early and waited just minutes. Nice and hot prepared food! Was delicious and hamburgers were prepared properly. Always enjoy a good order from Five Guys.

5 Guys is always a fantastic burger! Though the price feels steeper every time I go. Definitely my go too if I am in the mood for an amazing burger!

Fast, fresh, good. We got a veggie sandwich and a burger with all fixings- messy and delicious. We split a small fry and shake, so it was a very filling meal.

The burger was really good. All the food tasted awesome, way better than other burger chains.

This is our Burger place. Double meat, bacon, and cheese on lettuce wrap. Consistently great burgers and service.

Great Burgers. Who can resist Cajun fries! All served quickly by very friendly staff. Highly recommend

This place is fantastic. I have ordered ahead and also upon arrival and have always been pleased with the results. The team is very friendly and they make you feel welcome with a personal greeting. The fries are ALWAYS hot. The burgers are delicious and tailored to your tastes. It is an all-around great experience and I treat myself with 5 Guys whenever I get the chance.

It was Ok as fast food goes but the price for a burger, fries and a Coke was higher than my neighborhood restaurant that serves five star Elk and beef burgers.

The quality of this location has fallen dramatically recently. I’ve never had a problem with getting well done fried up until my last two visits. And I’ve been going to five guys for years. When I asked why, the manager said it hallow’s them out? Why would a manager refuse such a simple request? He said, “we’ll make sure they hot and crispy”… they were more like limp and soggy. Their burgers are just as bad, my burger was a soggy mess and fell apart and I didn’t even take it to go! Customer service goes a long way in my book, this place is doesn’t know the meaning of the term

Got charged 35 dollars for two hamburgers after a 12 work day to get home to see my reciept. They upcharged us for double patties. 35 dollars for two hamburgers and an order of fries. I should have been paying attention but it's not my job to work their register. I'll be back tomorrow for my refund.

Finally tried this place for the first time and definitely not impressed. Way too expensive. 11 or 12 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger and got home to discover they didn't even put any bacon on it. Also, why wrap the burger in aluminum foil? Took me about 30 mins to drive home and when I unwrapped it parts of the bun were already so wet and soggy it was ridiculous.
