Very cool but our first room had a smoker in it before us but the staff helped us get a new one without the smoke. Rooms with uneven numbers have a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are nice as well.

Beds n breakfast could be better but loved everything else about our stay. Def enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Had to add that sis left her purse with everything in it and they mailed it right to us...Thank You very much.

Pros: Super clean! Very quiet! The beds were so comfortable! The area is safe (close to many shops, restaurants, etc.). Even numbered rooms have great mountain views. The hot tub and pool were clean. The fitness room was sufficient for a decent workout. Parking was convenient. Cons: The pool was a little chilly. The breakfast options were varied but not very healthy (biscuits + gravy, pancakes). The eggs were cold and the bananas weren't ripe. The bathroom fan is super loud and connected to the light switch, so there was no option to not use it. Overall this hotel was super comfortable and we would stay again, although we might choose to have breakfast at the iHop next door rather than at the hotel. Staff were professional.

I was very excited to stay here because it was so close to the outlets. Plus it was pet friendly. The girl at the front was very nice when I checked in. We went to our room and it smelled AWFUL!!! I wasn’t that upset because to be fair it was a pet friendly room. We opened the windows. I went to the front desk and tried to buy something to mask the smell but the clerk gave me their “carpet spray”. I would NEVER ask for a new room. All she said was “sorry about that”. We we went to dinner and I brushed it off. When I went to put my food in fridge I discovered there was already someone else’s food in it Around 11 pm I was woke up because my husband had to call maintenance because the toilet broke. The next morning I checked my account and I was charged more than I was quoted. I called and asked for a manager to call me. When she called she said “she knew for a fact” that the clerk offered me a new room when I complained about the smell and declined the offer!!!! That DID NOT happen. I would have gladly taken it as we had only been there for 5 minutes. She told me she didn’t believe me. I told her I would like to check out. I got back to the room in 4 minutes and they had already canceled my key with all of our belongings and puppy INSIDE! Worst service I have ever had!!! Go to comfort Suites!! So much better!

I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but this hotel checked a lot of boxes for me. First - it was quiet and by that I mean silent. Beds were nothing great but room HVAC worked fine and the in room coffee was great. Given the location, quietness, and reasonable price, 5 star.

Cozy hotel and nice location. The breakfast was good but the server couldn't keep up fast enough with bringing out the food. And the pool was freezing cold. Other than that it was nice.

Convenient to IH-25 (but still quiet) and restaurants. Good beds, shower, towels, AC … Keurig in the room. Not five-star, but it’s not a resort, it’s a comfy stop.

Really nice breakfast, clean rooms, quirky, noisy lights but literally the only thing I can complain about. Highly recommend.

To be fair, most of the front desk staff are fairly worthless. They don't even lift their eyes to say hello or acknowledge you. BUT, Drew and Bette set the bar high and have been really great reps for this company. I would also mention the cleaning crew are all excellent. Lolita especially has been a true and hard work ethic for this facility during my two-week stay.

Cleanest hotel I've ever been to. The hotel room even smelled fresh & clean! Spacious rooms and very quiet hotel. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the wifi connection in my room was terrible.

Great BW experience. We have our pet and we had a clean room. Shower pressure was good and the AC/heating unit had a constant fan. The location is beautiful. Breakfast was convenient and good. No complaints or constructive feedback except that the parking lot is not well plowed for snow and we both fell on the ice with minor injuries.

It was very relaxing, per the quiet hallways, easy access for handicap, and very friendly staff. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh omelets, tasty potatoes, big sausage links and yummy green chile.

Room was very clean, internet worked great. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Only complaint was cold breakfast and no creamer for coffee, only flavored creamer

Very clean and quiet. Had my dog and received a very convenient room on the first floor near the outside dog area. Great breakfast. Would stay there again.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was given a room on the bottom level because I had a dog. The location of the room faced the front door and lobby area. Our dog barked every few minutes for an hour. Thankfully I was able to take my dog to our friends house in Castle Rock across town for the rest of the night. The worst part of our stay was the king size bed which was completely worn in with no support whatsoever. I tossed and turned all night and got up super early because I couldn't sleep. From the second I got out of the bed my lower back was so stiff I could hardly move. I has taken 2 days for my back to feel better. I am 52 with no known back issues. The next morning I asked if there was any way to get the dog deposit of $40 back since we were unable to keep the dog in the room overnight. I was told no because they would need to sanitize the room since our dog had been in the room already. I am very disappointed overall and would not risk staying at this hotel ever again. Neither will I give a recommendation for someone else to stay here.

Clean and comfortable property. Rooms are nice sized with a good-sized television for the space and comfortable beds. The property was quiet most of the time. The pool area was large and clean with lift chairs for both the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was hot and fresh every day with a variety of foods and beverages that changed daily. 24-hour coffee and decaf bar was a nice extra. Every member of staff was kind and helpful. The front desk went the extra mile for me when unexpected illness among my party delayed my arrival by a day. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean room, comfy bed and lots of pillows! Josh at the front desk was excellent. He helped me correct an error I made on my reservation without hesitation. Thank you, Josh! We'll be back!

Was there for a wedding at the nearby castle. Room was very comfortable. Buying Hot Hands in the small, convenient store by the check in desk was a godsend because the ceremony was outside. Daily breakfast was outstanding. Great location, close to so many fun places.

Aweful! Carpets are dingy terrible dingy and rooms smell weird! Like body odors and cigarettes no hair dryer in room Every time I book there is some problem Like “ they charge me twice or $56 on sundries!” This was a nice place I think they are just letting it deteriorate terribly and are changing the same prices as if it was a nice property

Clean and friendly Best Western. Good price with several options for dining within walking distance. Pet friendly rooms that did not smell!

Left my wallet in the drawer and was taking by house keeping. If it was just the wallet it would have been fine but the fact that there was 3k cash in there is the reason no one saw it. Then they try to call me stupid saying maybe I misplaced it. Our workers here are so honest. They would never do that. Well very simple. My wallets in the drawer I know exactly where I put it. I didn’t go anywhere with it and your housekeeer is the only one that’s been in the room.

Staff was great and are the only reason I went as high as 2 stars. Free breakfast was ok, but this hotel is very dated and needs updating. Furniture in the suites is old and in rough shape. Our suite had an odor coming from the sofa bed that was so off-putting that it couldn’t be slept on. Our repeated (2) complaints to the front desk resulted first being offered another room which was not clean (dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty) and also being offered a spray for the couch that they use for pet smells and stains. The window blind on the balcony door of our suite was broken and we were given paper clips to hold it up in an open position to let light into the room. Same thing in the other suite we were offered. We were there for a long stay and no manager contacted us to address our concerns. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Decent place right next door to Bubbles liquor world. Quite convenient for weddings. They even have a pool and hot tub that doesn’t smell. Cleanliness 10/10
