A great experience with Melbourne Jewelers Werribee store. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought a Khalsa watch last year and needed to replace the battery and they replaced the battery at no cost. I recommend others to visit them.

Stunning locket! I’ve been looking for a long time and this one is perfect. It’s actually yellow gold but as I don’t wear yellow gold I opted to get rhodium plating done which they do in store. It turned out amazing! As you can see it looks like it’s white gold! I especially love the gorgeous diamond butterfly 🦋

Staff were very polite and had great knowledge in their products. The signet i chose needed to be made from scratch due to sizing requirements, causing a delay in ETA. Wow what an amazing experience my partner and I had from summer! We came at 5pm on Wednesday looking for wedding bands and summer went above and beyond, her customer service was incredible and made sure we had many different options. The shop assistant was perfectly fine, however, while I understand the need to Collect your own customer database, I personally don’t think it should be tied up with product warranty. It doesn’t give the customer the option to opt out. This will effect my decision to come back to your business

I wanted a men’s ring with aquamarine stones inset in the band - many jewellers were able to offer diamonds but I had no luck getting aquamarine - I all but gave up on getting the ring I wanted - then I found Melbourne Jewellers who were amazing- big thanks to Summer who went above and beyond to arrange for the ring to be custom made for me. Melbourne Jewellers were able to design the ring for me in store using some nifty software so I was able to see what the end result was going to look like and the ring came back looking fantastic - very pleased to have found Melbourne Jewellers - big thanks from Kevin
