With
all
honesty,
I
do
not
understand
all
the
positive
reviews.
The
register
process
was
one
of
the
most
disastrous
I
have
ever
experienced.
My
wife
and
I
signed
up
last
year
and
we
wanted
to
do
Cuban
Salsa
(slightly
different
than
Linear
Salsa)
and
it
really
seemed
like
the
woman
answering
my
e-mails,
the
teachers
and
the
website
were
not
in
the
same
page
as
to
which
days
were
for
which
Salsa
variation.
Then,
there's
the
issue
of
having
to
wait
between
1
or
2
weeks
to
get
an
answer
to
our
e-mails.
The
dance
school
has
no
reception
or
phone
number
to
call,
so
after
waiting
for
more
than
a
week
for
a
reply
to
an
important
question
about
a
course
that
was
just
about
to
start,
we
had
no
choice
but
to
go
to
the
school
and
hope
that
one
of
the
teachers
could
answer
it.
Thankfully,
we
found
one
who
did,
but
this
is
not
the
way
communication
should
be
handeled!
It
is
our
information
that
the
person
answering
the
e-mails
was
only
working
part
time,
but
if
that's
the
case,
they
should
consider
hiring
someone
full
time.
After
all
this
headache,
and
given
the
brilliant
reviews,
we
had
high
hopes
on
the
quality
of
the
classes,
but
those
were
simply
"ok".
The
atmosphere
during
the
class
was
good
and
we
did
learn
some
things,
but
the
teachers
looked
inconfident
and
clumsy
at
some
points.
This
is
not
the
worst
dance
school
ever,
but
it's
a
far
cry
from
the
4,8
rating
I'm
seeing.
They
really
need
to
work
on
their
registration
system
and
internal
communication.
