😠 I never came across with such bad service. I tried to make an appointment on the phone and there was a 1 hour waiting. Doctor recommended to do the scan on the day and even as there was nobody in the waiting room they said that it wasn't needed to be done on the day. They even charge over 100 dollar...     I never came across with such bad service. I tried to make an appointment on the phone and there was a 1 hour waiting. Doctor recommended to do the scan on the day and even as there was nobody in the waiting room they said that it wasn't needed to be done on the day. They even charge over 100 dollars for an ultrasound which is with the reduction of Medicare. Luckily we changed to another company (capital radiology) and saved over a 100 dollars and had excellent service. Never coming back there and not recommended

    I was happy with both reception and the sonographer. A good experience all in all . Especially the Sonographer she was gentle and Understanding. I would recommend I-MED Radiology Boronia.

    I had an MRI appointment with the MRI performed by Steven. The receptionists were friendly, the appointment was on time and Steven did an excellent job. He kept me fully informed throughout the preparation for the scan and during the scan. He really seemed to care and I felt he did a prefect job. It was quite an involved MRI - about 30 minutes long - and Steven was communicating throughout so I felt if anything went wrong he was there to assist. With such great and professional staff like Steven this is definitely my preferred place to get any scans done. Thank you.

    Called and they were adamant don’t make an appointment for my 3 year old because it’s very quiet after 2 for general x day. Turned up and they said it’s a 40min wait and I should have made an appointment. When I explained what happened they said it’s a call centre and they say the wrong thing all the time. I then asked to make an appointment and they said well it’s for 40min so don’t bother. Then I waited 1 1/2hrs with a 3 year old. In that time 2 people with appointments went ahead of me. Ridiculous system.

    When I book the appointment for ultrasound the receptionist Was so lovely. Was taken in 25 minutes early for my ultrasound. Was happy with the service

    legitimately the most awful experience i’ve had in a medical environment, receptionist was rude, they put my last name in wrong and didn’t even double check with me and claimed that my medicare was wrong, the medical staff who did my x-ray was rude, i was post surgery and she was telling me to take necessary bands off my braces that are legit holding my jaw together, she said like 3 words to me, awful environment, they literally stared at me judgementally as my face is swollen even tho it’s a medical environment??

    Horrible reception service. I waited for 30 mins on a call to speak to someone. An arrogant person picked up and did not want to help my unwell wife. I pleaded with her to help check on my wife's past appointment as the doctor had asked for an urgent scan with the same centre to check against her baseline scan. The receptionist was rude, showed no care or understanding, and did not want to help. She is not fit to be a medical receptionist or manage patients. A robot could replace her.

    I booked an X-ray appointment since I didn’t want to wait as I was only 2 weeks post op and couldn’t sit too long without my foot up. I waited 35 minutes past my booked time! There were lots of walk ins and one who arrived after me went in before me! (Same radiographer) What is the point of making an appointment? Plus the radiographer was quite rough with my operated foot which was sore.
