I have been attending Balanced Healthcare for a while now. Katheryn is an amazing massage therapist. Staff are great as well. I find them very professional. Premises are always tidy & clean. Very happy with the service & business.

I love this place. I always come here to get a remedial massage from Kathryn Harmer and she has magical fingers. She understands how to release the tension in my body. Her techniques and knowledge is beyond anyone I’ve met before and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a massage. After every massage, my body transformed and it is rejuvenated. My whole body is relaxed and my muscle mobility increases. She takes you on an amazing journey where you finally reach the destination called relaxation. Thank you Kathryn!

Best holistic health clinic we’ve ever been to. Have been seeing Amanda for over 3 years now and could not recommend a better chiropractor. She has seen our son since he was 3 months old and is the most patient and incredibly kind person. We have also used their myotherapist and remedial massage therapists who were all amazing. I came here regularly with an extreme problem with my shoulder. Although it couldn't be diagnosed via X-ray, ultrasound, or MRI, Kathryn was extremely helpful in preventing it from becoming frozen and providing a huge amount of relief from the debilitating pain I was experiencing. Unfortunately I've run out of insurance and while definitely worth the price it's out of my budget until I get next year's insurance. While my shoulder wasn't 'cured' it's definitely better than it was when I first came to balanced healthcare and I'm grateful I found them.

I came in initially due to a back injury and Dr Amanda is the absolute best ! Not only does she do great adjustments but she’s incredibly informative to help me understand more about my body, why the injury has occurred and how adjusting works and how I can mitigate injury in the future. Best of the best absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to adjust their body to be it’s best self!

Wonderful experience at Balanced Healthcare! Right from the booking with Barbara through to the massage with Jasmine, I felt comfortable and knew I was dealing with wonderful people. Jasmine was fantastic and managed to find all the tense spots that needed some serious work - I left feeling mentally 'clear' and very relaxed.
