    Abosultey worst experience at this store , got avo burger in different bun , all too cold , chicken strips inside instead of breast and undercooked, asked for extra patty which they didnt have and replaced with quarter chixken piece which was not cooked and was cold just because the store was closing in 15 mins , so whats the point of taking the order ? It was in store order

    Friendly staff; fast service; fresh, hot, high quality food; spacious restaurant with good amount of parking. June 2023 update: Four years later, this Nando's is still as good as ever. I was greeted with a warm smile and courtesy all the way. The restaurant was clean and spacious. My Whole Peri-Peri BBQ-Basted Chicken was perfect: juicy and tender; flavoursome; well basted; crispy; perfect temperature. Consistently the best Nando's I've been to. Only improvement would be the music – it was repetitive and the speakers aren't very clear.

    Ordered half a chicken here with extra basting and it's drier than the sahara desert. I recommend other nandoz for sure, and not to come here unless you want no sauce and dry chicken

    The location is beautiful. Got farms nearby. However, the standard of food and service was just not it. When we arrived, most of the tables were still hosting crumbs, older plates and cutlery. And then the food was served re-heated (for example the cheesy pita was as hard as a rock). I’ve been so various nando’s and this one utterly disappointed me.

    The bathrooms were the worst I’ve seen in a long time! Please hire a cleaner. Although the food was great, it left a sour feeling long after we left, so apart from a good scrub needed, we didn’t have any problems with the kitchen table or food.

    All in all this Nando’s ranks the worst of all the ones I have visited for the following reasons: 1) Dished out the wrong order that delayed us as we had a competition commitment and had to get back soon. Asked for a veggie burger and received a veggie wrap 2) The burger pattie was cold. I don’t know how hard it is to get this right. 3) The staff professionalism was lacking. What can be done? - Staff training with respect to food training and etiquette. I’m giving it a one star because this place was below par in all areas.

    If you're looking for grilled chicken, it's a solid store, but the restaurant definitely needs improvement in terms of clean cutlery and toilet maintenance. Sauce bottles could also do with a wipe down.

    $180 order and told they don’t take cash anymore. I got annoyed and had to go and ask someone else to pay. Whilst I was doing that the guy who served was having a joke to one of the cooks about the situation and taking the mickey out of me. Real professional. Anyway, couldn’t care less about sheep like that. Had to redo the whole order and the lady/man (can’t tell and didn’t ask what their pronouns were) asked me what sauce for kids meal… plain. No sauce. Kids meals come out. All BBQ sauce. I went up to advise and was told no, we asked for BBQ sauce. No. We didn’t. The 3 of us were all standing there and we did not. Nandos all over has gone down hill. The size of the meal for the price you pay is ridiculous. The wraps are done in 3 bites and the large chips is a kids size. Will not be returning to any Nandos ever again. Not just because it’s a rip off and they have terrible service, but because they now decide not to accept legal currency. Any business that goes down this path deserves to fail.

    Arrived at 8:20pm to a store that looked closed. They had started packing up tables etc. We walked in and the kitchen was blasting techno/trance music. It was very loud. Service was fine, food was standard. Atmosphere of this restaurant was terrible, floor and tables were very dirty and slippery. Never nice when they are packing up the tables around you when you are trying to eat dinner. Closing time was 10pm so this was maybe an error on google or a bit premature by the staff. The thing I can't get passed is the techno music being played very loudly throughout the place. Such a strange way to run a restaurant. Probably won't return.

    I second the 1 star reviews. Whoever owns this store seriously needs to reconsider who they're hiring. The service quality and store cleanliness isn't up to scratch. A franchise manager or someone from head office needs to review the standards at this particular Nandos store. The salad we ordered today had old COS lettuce (it was brown). I wish I had of taken a photo, and the staff couldn't even cut cherry tomatoes and cucumbers correctly. It's like a toddler put it together. If your staff have the nerve to send out vegetables that are going off I couldn't imganie what else they're skipping. The food came out so quickly that there was so way that salad was made fresh to order. It was most likely pre made before hand. The store cleanliness is bad. When we arrived a lot of tables needed clearing, and it took the staff atlest 20 minutes to even notice how many dirty tables there were. The young staff member clearing the tables didn't even use spray and whipe to clean down the tables after she removed the plates, or whipe the bottom of the table stand where chicken had fallen onto. Leaving grease marks everywhere. Everything felt like it just needed a really good whipe down!!! I'll just stick with Parkmore or Foutain Gate Nandos next time. Do better.

    Undoubtedly the best restaurant to ever grace the face of the earth. Superfluously kind and attentive staff ensure food is delivered exceptionally quickly, and oh my! Oh my is it good! Overall, without doubt the best dining experience I have ever had the gracious honor of having. 11/10 for this one!

    Nandos burgers are not good here. Massive bun almost no chicken breast. They give you about 1/4 of the breast, barely find the chicken. Also the whole chickens are tiny, only a meal for 1. The chips are only good when cooked in front of you.

    Quick service, lovely outdoor dining area. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the superfood salad with chicken tenders which was crunchy fresh vegetables, quinoa, feta and avocado with dressing on the side, it was fantastic!

    I was working in the factory of a supplier of these sweet potatoes. I never bought from Nandos directly. So, this is the first time. At least they cook and serve pretty well. 💕

    Had a massive Nando's craving, my go too nandos location has let me down recently... thought i'd give them another try.... man was that a mistake! Still too dry... no spice... overcooked chips. Its a pity as this used to be a really good location and is easy to park etc. My entire family were dissapointed, will go to Parkmore instead from now on!

    Really dirty inside. Toilets were disgusting too. Sauce lids were so dirty don't think they have washed or changed them in years. Food wasn't great. My son couldnt eat his burger. I got my wrap and the great proteinder meat was really cold. Had this mushy texture bit like minced cat food. They remade it but came out once everyone finished eating. Couldn't eat it as it still wasn't cooked through properly and I was grossed out by prior wrap. Worst $111 we have spent in a long time and I'm now staying away from nandoes until I can recover but it

    Average service today. Food took ages to come out and was left sitting on the counter top for at least 15 mins. Portion sizes for the chips and broccoli have shrunk. They looked like regular sizes instead of large which we ordered. The store always looks unkept and dirty and the bathroom is a disgrace.

    Great place, large restaurant, good atmosphere, perfect for weeknight dinner. We often go there and their chips size is quite generous compared with others restaurants. Love it, you deserve 5 stars ⭐️

    This Nando’s used to be my go to but it has gone down hill drastically over the last couple of years . You can no longer pay with cash and it is always so filthy. On my last visit I noticed a small brown mouse in the kitchen. I watched one of the workers sweep it up. This place is disgusting and needs to close down.

    Absolutely appalling experience ordering via the Nando's app. Our driver has apparently been waiting 45mins to pick up our order but the driver doesn't answer their phone and there is no way to contact the restaurant. The customer service number had "no-one available to take our call" so had to leave a message. We still have no idea if the restaurant even has our order.

    Nando's is a great unique feed. The chicken is always succulent and spicy, the consistency is good and the peri peri fries are to die for. It's a shame they appear to be closing all their locations.

    We put a big order through the Nando's app for my family Which came up to almost $90 of food. I waited for 50 minutes which is pretty quick for a delivery. After the driver delivered our order it was completely wrong. It was a burger and a drink. Myself and the driver tried calling the restaurant about 4 times and no one answers. You customers service is disgusting. As a restaurant owner myself I think your staff need to be trained better and you need to have a line for your customers to be able to call and inform your restaurants of their mistakes

    This place is getting worse not accepting cash in Australia is disgraceful. Next can only cut a chicken in half even though they have been cutting them in 8 since they opened. Need to stop making stupid ideas or things will go the wrong way and the rest of your stores will start closing down too.

    Easily the worst Nandos I’ve ever been to. First time I tried to go here I couldn’t get on to them via the phone to order or see an option online so I drove down there to find a little bit of scrap paper stating they were shut due to staffing issues- sucked and was a waste of time but I could understand. Second time I went there the chips were cold and lacking seasoning. The lady behind the Bain Marie got upset when queried her about the wait time and poor communication. They also seem to have very poor customer skills and from what I have seen will make no effort to ensure you’re being served. Third time -and bear this in mind if you make an order online and pay, make no mistake- you have not avoided any lining up or speeding up the process whatsoever, you’ll still have to sit in line to tell them you made an order because unlike every other Nandos (and restaurant in general) I’ve been to, they won’t call your order out. Sure you put a name in the online order but don’t expect anyone to use it. They’ll just let you sit there until frustrated you jump in line just to tell them that you are INDEED waiting for an order, not just sitting there for the enjoyable Portuguese background music. Again when I questioned staff about it the lady behind Baine Marie angrily told me everything was my fault and I should have instinctively known that this Nandos was different from all the others. **edit** The young gentleman who was working the register and was the only one who took ANY notice of me when I eventually gave in to the frustration was very understanding and apologetic despite it not being his fault at all. However his managers really need to up their customer service game and after reading other reviews here it seems messages exactly like this are falling on deaf ears. Thankfully I love Nandos so I reckon I’ll just drive the extra 5 mins to Parkmore from now on. I’ve never had any issues there. Anyway, thanks for coming to my TED talk.

    Took 40 minutes on just waiting for 2 chicken wraps for take away. when I recieved my order the wrap was soggy and leaked quite a lot over my pants and down my arm and for my perry perry chips, lets put it this way, I ended up having to drink my wrap to stop the sauce from flowing out and for my chips it was more so coated perry perry with with chips. Don’t even get me started about the bathrooms ended up deciding to hold on till I get home. 😠

    Visit Nandos restuarant many times before but tonight's visit my family experience an amazing service from a server name Kelsey. She was absolutely wonderful and made our dining experience memorable. She alone was looking after every table and always had a great energy about her. Must say Nando is very lucky to have her. I would hire anyday as she was so passionate about her job and it really does so.

    Usually a great experience. Today we went, no clean tables & clearly understaffed. Waited at register for approx 5 mins before being told to find a table and just order online. Ended up leaving without ordering due to waiting and lack of service or clean tables

    Firstly nice to know that you might clean your stoves though I don’t appreciate my food tasting like cleaning products. Tonight my husband and I got take away and it tasted just like chemicals I had to make myself vomit because of it. Please make sure you properly wipe away the products before cooking food on it, it was disgusting. I won’t be back.

    I ordered 12 ribs and the receipt on the bag said ribs but received 12 wings instead, this has happened 3 times in the last 2 years. Please pick up your game because the food is otherwise delicious.

    Of the items ordered, they managed to get 35% wrong, took an hour for our takeaway order to be prepared, and the quantity was ridiculous! We ordered the PAELLA GRANDE as one of the meals, and the box was less than half loaded. Tried to call their hotline to give feedback, still waiting for a call back after a few days.

    This place Never fails. Last time we visited it the food was good. We're not big fan of fast food and restaurant chains but this one offers can't say healthy food but something that pretends to be a close representation of it. Super convince they close late

    So I was driving past and dropped in for a cheeky Nandos. Waited a while for somebody to appear and then I order my usual chicken and chips. The guys says what drink? I said. No drink please. He says it’s actually cheaper with a drink. I’m like oh fine then I’ll have water. Anyway I’m sure it seemed more than I usually pay. So anyway someone brings the meal out and she was quite rude too, as I said thank you and she never spoke a word or managed a smile. So it was quite good Nandos so no complaints there. Then I decide to check the menu to see if it’s really cheaper with a drink. And it’s clearly not. Cheaper than what exactly? So I go explain to the (manager?) what I had been told. She said it’s only a couple dollars more as though it’s inconsequential. Clearly beside the point. I tried to explain that I’m all for upselling but blatant lies are another thing but she clearly did not care, she was extremely rude and did end up refunding the difference but there was absolutely no apology or acknowledgement of fault. 2 stars because the food was nice (as it should be) fair is fair, but I will never ever return here.

    My recent visit to Nando's left me with mixed feelings. The location I initially chose seemed to be understaffed, resulting in them not taking any more orders. Surprisingly, a busier Nando's we visited later had fewer workers but managed to efficiently handle orders. It's a tale of lazy staffing impacting the customer experience.

    Nando's Braeside is a store you would advoid, they are a touch and go restaurant. I've had more bad experiences than good. I've also requested for a manager to call me and never been returned with a call. You either order chips with no seasoning or get them soggy. The paella or wrap/burger never come with enough seasoning. It's the wrost when you get a paella with plain rice.
