    I crossfit 5 days per week and i see Dr Emily weekly for maintenance. I have managed to avoid major injuries as a result of her treatment. From my recent x-ray, she could see my neck was starting to lose it's curvature. She has given me exercises and tools to help reverse the problem. Highly recommend as she has a very holistic approach and genuine cares for her patients.

    Mov.e is a fantastic gym! All members and coaches made me feel so welcome and at ease. Training sessions are specifically programmed and the coaches have an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. Mov.e is without a doubt the best place for all ages and fitness levels and coaches can adapt workouts/exercises to meet individual needs. It has a great setup, a wide variety of equipment and an outdoor training area. I highly recommend this gym for its friendly environment, commitment to member's health and fitness journey and wonderful community to be a part of.

    Awesome gym, owner and trainers. Started at CF Box Hill under their expert guidance 10 weeks post partum. Emily has supported my gradual and safe increase in activity and fitness. Feeling much stronger and healthier 6 months on. Great environment for the whole family. My baby and toddler love watching the workout too!

    Absolute love coming here to work out and get in shape. Amazing coaches, incredible members, a real community - and the highlight of my day! Everyone cheers each other on and holds you accountable to be the best version of yourself, without any ego. Despite many pre existing injuries of mine, the coaches always make sure there is a modification to the workout so that I still get a proper sweat and can continue my journey to get in shape, without aggravating any of my previous injuries. Plus they let dogs into the gym! WIN WIN!

    Very Friendly and Professional Trainers are found here. They indeed know their job very well. The workouts are very interesting and challenging. Trainers do make sure you can crush the workout by suggesting variations which you would be comfortable doing it or can do it based on ur strength. As well Encourage you to push you to next level when they think you are ready. At the same length great importance is given to technique so that you don’t go back home injured. Also very friendly community so you would definitely enjoy working out here. I would highly recommend it.

    I can't recommend this place more than what I already do. Whether you want to start your Fitness journey, increase your athletic performance, or enjoy a working out session with a great community MOV.E will exceptionally deliver. Such a great service is backed up by really experienced coaches in a wide variety of backgrounds. Honestly if you are hesitating about getting started just give them a call you won't regret it.

    Incredible gym. Professional coaches, small class sizes, excellent communication, a wonderful community, with activities scaled to suit any level of fitness. I'd never been a fan of gyms, but this has completely changed my entire outlook. Couldn't recommend enough!

    Friendly bunch of people and great community spirit. Really well equipped gym. Awesome coaches always on hand to help. Very knowledgeable and plenty of scaling options for movements so can accommodate anybody, no matter what fitness level or age.

    Been with the gym for 5 years in which my fitness has been improving to my best level even. Coaches and programs are amazing. The community is fantastic! If you are serious about your fitness pay a visit to Mov.e, probably the best option in the area.

    I took my 8 year old daughter to see Dr Emily after a school yard fall. She was so patient and caring and made her feel so comfortable. Dr Emily fixed my daughters neck and back straight away. We attend regularly for check ups and feel better for it. Would highly recommend.

    I went to Dr Cavell with what turned out to be a bulged disc in my back. I could not have had a better outcome. I was able to remain active throughout my rehab and I progressed in-line with an ideal healing timeline. Now my whole family see Dr Cavell with equally excellent results.

    Where do I start? Doc has changed the game for me. That’s the simple answer. Having said that, let me go into specifics. Prior to seeing Dr Cavell I had seen another Chiro for a while, and physio before that. My physical issues included: - Lumbar lordosis, which plagued me with consistent lower back pain and movement/weight bearing limitations. - Shin splints - Knee pain/issues which made running almost a no go. For context I am 186 cm and during this time I was in the 90kg range, at a healthy body fat level. - Neck soreness and limited range of motion. - General range of motion limitations Now, all these issues I was able to manage (sort of) with regular training, especially once starting at Movement Evolved (“MOV.E” Dr Cavell’s husband's gym). Along with regular trips once a month/every two months to said previous chiro/physio. The issues got better but they eventually reached a ceiling. As time went on at MOV.E I gained 25 kg of muscle, became infinitely more physically capable and despite weighing the heaviest I ever have, I was also the fittest I have ever been. YET, I still had these physical issues. Needless to say I was happy with the progress but being who I am, I wanted to find a solution to the physical issues. I was tired of being limited by them. Enter Dr Cavell. I started with her and immediately before even treating me, there was a clear difference in methodology. Taking nothing away from the previous chiro I had seen (they helped me as well), she seemed to have a different outlook. It was one of fixing the problem, not managing it. That was attractive to me because I had done the managing thing for so long and I wanted the issues gone. That's exactly what happened. After an initial assessment and an X Ray, she identified that my neck curve was out, which was suspected to be the root cause. After providing me with a rehab implement (You’ll find out about that when you start your treatment with her), I began to use it regularly and see her for regular treatment once a week, then once a month, then as needed. And guess what happened? The issues ceased. Now I only have what I would describe as “normal soreness” after physical training. Not debilitating pain that stops me training for 48hrs. I cannot recommend Dr Cavell more. If you want to improve yourself, your quality of health and life, I highly suggest seeing her. I do have a few caveats though and they apply to the gym too. You need to invest enough time into the treatment. I suggest looking at it long term, because nothing good ever comes quickly or easily. You must be consistent yourself as well and apply her recommendations exactly as she prescribes. If you don’t you simply won't get the desired result. If you do however, you will not regret it and you’ll likely find yourself writing a testimonial, as I am right now.

    I can honestly say Dr Emily has changed my life. I have scoliosis and previously underwent prolonged and expensive treatments with scoliosis specialists only to be in more pain and told I would never be able to lift more than 8kg. I started seeing Dr Emily and because of her treatment, coaching and advice I am in the least amount of pain I have ever been in all while increasing my barbell lifts. I can now deadlift more than 100kg pain free. Dr Emily’s treatment also completely eliminated the severe headaches I had experienced for years. She is very gentle, thorough, caring and interested in helping her clients achieve the best results. I cannot recommend Dr Emily enough!!

    I was so nervous to join a gym and the guys at move made me feel so welcome! They significantly improved my fitness level with brilliant programming and coaching! . The coaches were excellent and I could not have asked for a better first experience!

    I got up one morning in a lot of pain and had trouble taking a breath. I booked in and saw Emily who was very caring and explained everything she was doing. I was expecting the ‘at your age’ comment but there was none of that. After a number of treatments and doing the exercises she recommended my back was better and stronger than it had been in a long time. I now see Emily weekly to ensure I can I play golf 3 or 4 times a week pain free.
