Everytime I order from here they get my order right, the delivery person always has a smile which is great to see and from time to time I will get a lovely little message written on the top of my pizza box. It's a nice customised touch. THANKS TEAM KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Shop front, only outdoor seating. For your basic pizza this was good. Rang in an order and took the usual 15mins. Hot and fresh.

Order family deal (3 ceremony, 2 Garlic breads and 2 drinks) at 3pm on ceremony, was told it will deliver in 30mins. kajal ceremony 336pm checking where my order is, told another 10-15mins. Called at 356pm, spoke to Jonno (very rude, unprofessional and not at all friendly), he couldn't talk and hung up on me. Got pizza an hour later, we dint even eat because it was cold and not what we had it last time. Will not order pizza ever again from this store..terrible experience and ruined our day.

Mixed feelings, service is good, staff polite , kids really, pizzas ,base good ,toppings sparse, asked for fully loaded but the person I spoke to didn't know what that meant so , a mediocre experience hope this is helpful

Placed an order for pick-up and they gave us the wrong pizzas (seems like they mixed it up with someone else's order). We only realised when we got back to our hotel (which was 10 Kms away).

Ordering online is quite strange. The web ahop changes the prices by adding or leaving other dishes randomly. Furthermore, the website does not show the prices in the overall menu unless added to the basket. Vegan products are more expensive even tough you just replace the cheese with a plant based one which is not understandable at all. Dominos is just taking extra money for products which should be less expensive. The vegan cheesy garlic bread is advertised to come with spring onions but they were missing. Food was alright, nothing special. #veganoptions #plantbased

Excellent service. I found the online ordering much easier this time. The old system seemed to push upselling excessively. The delivery time was very fast and efficient compared to last time. The pizzas were also very tasty and enjoyable.

Nice pizza, good service

I ordered through Menulog delivery but never received my order. It said it was delivered so I called up and they said they were not able to deliver at that time and then when I got there I found out they hadn’t even made the order. It took me close to 2 hours to get my order all up. Won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

I understood the hair in the pizzas last order like things happen but arriving late with a mangled cold pizza and a flat garlic bread, and a phone that just rings out come on guys pick your game up!!!

I ordered two pizza one butter chicken and one veg pizza but there was no chicken in butter chicken pizza and its been two times and thats so ridiculos

We asked the delivery driver to call our mobile when approaching and we would meet him at the door as our kids our sleeping and we don’t want landlines or doorbells to wake them up. Thank you for our amazing delivery driver who read the instructions!

An embarrassing display of uselessness. Closes at 11pm Tried ordering at 10:30 and they rejected my order on Uber eats - tried again - rejected again - called them, no answer - went on the main website, placed an order - cancelled again. This is why traditional pizza places in Australia are dead. “Mum and Dad’s” pizza shop may only be open until 9pm but at least they won’t PRETEND it’s 11pm like these jokers.

Ordered delivery online before 6pm. After ringing and following up our order we were lied to saying ours was next order out the door, next in the oven and then hung up on repeatedly. Finally got through at 9.30pm and cancelled. NOT HAPPY and NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Ordered through Uber eats now. Been nearly 1/2 hr late. Calling restaurant about 10 times and no answer. Very pathetic service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered just two pizza's, both thin crust and they still managed to get it wrong.

Pizza was meant to be delivered 90 minutes ago and apparently they've lost it. They don't seem to care, no refund offered or solution. Probably my worst dominos experience, and that's hard as I've had so many.

Good pizza and great while on holiday in Nelson Bay when looking for a cheaper alternative, many toppings to choose from and customer service was great, will be returning when on holiday again

Pizza was great. Service was good. That's i go there but the store is woeful. You have to ring a bell for service and order through a tiny window. Reminds me of a late night servo in Redfern. Poor form Domino's.

Rubbish pizza and service. The guys are the window were slow and hesitant to give me my change. Unfortunately there is limited option in food when it’s raining in this place. I don’t recommenced pizza from these guys.

Was thrilled to find a quick service for such a busy place. If you are super hungry and dont want to wait too long, this is your place.

A hole in the wall kinda set up. It was a Sat night, a long queue of ppl there to order and some like me to pick up an online order. Everyone has to wait in the one same queue, and be served by a single staff member. Management: have you heard about process improvement by any chance?!

Unfortunately I have to give this store 1 star as I ordered, they said it would take 5 minutes and I waited for 15 minutes and then I asked and they said they forgot to put it through the system. Waste of time :(

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 shakes that was meant for 6:45 pick up and got told at 6:50 that they ran out of milk and had to grab some. 7:10 the guy came back with the milk and told us it takes 2 minutes to make a shake, we didn’t get our food + shakes until 7:20 and the pizzas were burnt....

Ordered a pizza and they gave me the wrong pizza after getting home and realising i called up and complained and the manager advised that he can make a pizza but he cant drop me off for the in convenience, after going back and forward the manager he agreed that they will drop it off. Hopefully not doing anything to my pizza when dropping it off again

Average quality pizzas, the 4 I ordered had a chewy, almost raw dough texture and was not as crispy as other stores I have purchased from. We were hungry so ate them. Not the worst pizza I've bought, but certainly not the best either. They did look good though.
