    EVERY time I have to come to this place it is exhausting, stressful. It is a tremendous lack of respect for people, we need to wait at least 3 hours to be seen, remembering that this is a service for children. This is absurd, I left here several times to seek care at the UPA. I have no words to express my indignation! Unimed was once good, now not anymore! Anyone thinking about purchasing this plan would not recommend it even in my worst nightmares. And the worst of all is that we feel powerless, without a voice. They paint and embroider, they don't do anything to improve it. We paid an absurd amount for nothing!

    I don't know what the experience of other users is like, but today I needed to bring my niece urgently and I was impressed by such agility, attention and care. And I can tell from the security guard that he practically didn't even let us park properly and came with a wheelchair because he saw the situation and he himself took out the password and advised how to proceed.     A rede possui os melhores médicos e amplo atendimento em Goiânia. Mas essa unidade peca MUITO pela falta de um estacionamento para os pacientes, tem um ótima estrutura mas não dispõe de um estacionamento. É sempre uma grande dificuldade encontrar um lugar para estacionar. E na maioria das vezes o atendimento costuma demorar, uma vez já fui embora sem minha filha ser atendida. Mas, exceto essa vez, fomos bem atendidos e resolveram o problema.
