(Translated by Google) You call for an hour and they don't answer you, ever. And when they pick up the phone it's to hang up on you. The attention is worthy of review. The administration should ensure the operation of its centers, here it seems that they need more staff or, failing that, different. A structured and efficient telephone service would be very appropriate. The medical staff, for the most part, are very good professionals.

(Translated by Google) No complaints from the medical staff, but the phone support is pitiful. More than 1 hour on the phone waiting to be answered to make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination: several calls of more than 15 minutes interspersing "our lines are busy" with ringtones without answer and then suddenly hanging up. And here I am still waiting ...

(Translated by Google) We have gone to the emergency room and both the receptionist and the nurse have treated us horribly, if this has happened with the establishment empty, I don't even want to imagine what they will be like when it is full. If they don't like their job, they should look for another because it's not the first experience, so I live there, and it's not the first time I've heard that something similar has happened to someone.

(Translated by Google) Like everything public, A SHAME. They never pick up the phone. On a face-to-face level, some rude. Queues, disorder, chaos ... On top of that, the doctors who treat you think they are doing you a favor, but what do they think? Don't they know that they live on our taxes? If they are burned it is not my problem. As I say, a shame, like everything public. (Original) Como todo lo público UNA VERGÜENZA. Nunca cogen el teléfono. A nivel presencial unos maleducados. Colas, desorden, caos...

I was attended by a cold, non-empathetic doctor - Clara Padilla Martínez. I'd injured my coccyx and requested to see a female doctor (which as a female patient is my right and shouldn't be questioned). She proceeded to question, in a judgemental tone, why I'd requested a female doctor. Despite it being a patient's right, many women have experienced sexual assault and one of the many consequences of this can result in women only feeling comfortable being examined by female doctors, so how can a doctor question this request? Medical professionals of all people are supposed to be understanding and respectful, so it's shocking that she behaved in this way.

(Translated by Google) Without a doubt, the worst health and emergency center I have ever been to. If the health center already thought it was lousy due to its poor service and unfriendly staff, today the emergency room was not far behind. To begin with, the waiting room is very small and seedy, and what is supposed to be triage is an unpleasant man with a window to whom you have to tell what is happening to you in front of all the people listening to you in the waiting room. . As if this were not enough, the doctor who treated me was not far behind since without exaggeration she treated me in 3 minutes and her response was to take ibuprofen without solving the problem I have. In short, the disastrous attention and I recommend that if you can go to another emergency better because coming to this one or not coming in my case has been the same. March 25 at 8:00 p.m.

(Translated by Google) When you ask for appointments they give it to you within two or three weeks, if you try to call the center (at one of its three telephones) they always communicate; if you go to the emergency room in the afternoon they treat you disrespectfully, as if you made yourself sick just to bother ... a horrible treatment and then they don't diagnose you well. I have been waiting since September for them to call me to make an appointment to make an echo.

(Translated by Google) This score is for the emergency department. It saddens me very much that bad manners are present in the staff who treat you when you are sick and you are in a very vulnerable state. They need serious reflection and empathize with the patient. I know that they have a lot of work and they deserve all the respect, but better care is expected from professionals, because we are not to blame that the system does not work.

Dr Bretones Alcaraz is the worst doctor I have ever met. A family doctor which is sure he is a specialist in all fields. Every time I visited him, he gave me erroneous prescriptions which were further corrected by specialists. He gave prescriptions of serious drugs even without any analysis and deep knowledge. And yes, as I have read here, he treats foreigners badly. His attitude is derisive

(Translated by Google) The system they have for blood draws is completely absurd, what is the use of an appointment system if it is not taken into account at all? when you arrive you have to stand in two queues, if on top of that they have made the request by telephone, a third queue so that they can print it, what is the point of implementing telematic means and then when you arrive ignore everything and go back to obsolete methods, creating very long queues and causing a useless waste of time. Bad management.

Repito, no había NI UNA SOLA PERSONA Y NO HAN QUERIDO ATENDERME.

I've had the privilege of visiting the Gran Capitán Health Center on three separate occasions and each time, I've been met with exemplary service. My initial visits were for medical card enrollment for both myself and my wife. The process was streamlined and efficient. Having a Spanish speaker with me certainly helped, but the staff's dedication to ensuring clear communication was evident. My third visit was under more pressing circumstances as I had to rush my wife to the emergency. Despite the language barrier, as most of the healthcare professionals didn't speak English, their patience and commitment to our well-being stood out. They resourcefully used Google Translate to bridge the communication gap, ensuring we understood every step of the process. The doctor's referral for additional checks at the hospital was handled seamlessly. I cannot express enough gratitude to the healthcare workers at this facility. Their dedication and professionalism are commendable. Additionally, kudos to the government for maintaining such a top-notch facility. Highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) Terrible service, I do not put zero stars because I can not. I went several months ago and they gave me the wrong diagnosis. Two days ago I went with my partner because his finger was broken, we were waiting a lot of time when he went to ask he was told there were people with more urgency. We continue waiting and after two and a half long hours I will ask, the reception guy (ambulance doctor who had at least half an hour talking on the phone about personal matters without doing anything) tells me that it is the one who had attended us before in Reception did not click us and your name may not appear in the doctor's office. When I explain that my partner may have a broken finger, a very unpleasant doctor (ambulance) also indirectly tells us that we were coming here without urgency and that the person who made the plates had already left, that we should go to another hospital (That was 20 minutes after he left so if he had been treated before if he could have been x-rayed). Today has returned to see if they could finally attend and told him that today is a holiday (there really is a strike for the non-holiday woman) to go to another hospital even though there are doctors and nobody waiting. Truly, the treatment, professionalism and privacy is terrible, the people who put positive comments seem to be the staff there. Also online you can not make a claim or anything shameful. I hope you take into account all the comments of the people and take action because go cloth ...

Come on, I say, lady, that a person is really bad does not mean that he goes bleeding or fainting, I say come on.
