    I handed them my Gentle Monster glasses, and you all know how much Gentle Monster costs. They informed me that I would have my glasses done in two weeks. When I called them, they said that it was only two weeks and that it was too early for me to call. Then I wait three or four weeks and still haven't received a callback or any information regarding my glasses from them. They claimed they would check with the lab and call me back, but I never received that call. This store still doesn't know where my glasses are; they stated the lab couldn't do it, therefore the lab is returning them, and I don't see them putting out the effort to find my glasses. It's now November 8th, and it's been 74 days, yet I still haven't heard anything from them. I contacted customer service last week, and they informed me that the only thing they could do was provide a refund, but they couldn't contact the lab on my behalf. They told me to contact and tell this store to call the lab, and they also advised me to call and inform this store of my problem. However, when I call this store back to inform them that they should contact the lab, the person who answered the phone on that particular day and time is very rude to me. She said that I shouldn't call her again but in a mad and extremely uncomfortable way. So, what exactly do you want me to do? I gave you time, but it's been too long; my eyes are hurting, and my heart is broken since I trusted your store and didn't realize you got the "best" of awful service ever! I don't believe my feedback is useful to the store or customer service. I simply wanted to let you know about this incident, and you should go get your glasses someplace else. This is not a trustworthy store or service. I'll go talk to the store manager, and we'll see how things go. This is the worst I've ever felt. I'm an international student, and this is my first time giving a pair of glasses to an American business, and it horrifies me. Please treat your potential consumers as you would like to be treated. If you're feeling uncomfortable after reading this, thank you and congrats; you now understand how I felt :)

    I showed for my appointment literally 5 minutes late and the lady at the front counter was incredibly rude. She scorned me and even said “shame on you.” Maybe I was having a super rough day and had a very good reason for being late? I was not 30 minutes late expecting to still be seen. I did not deserve to be scorned by a random stranger at an eyeglass store because of 5 minutes of running behind. Ridiculous. Just be kind.

    Hunter is amazing and really cares about customers and our overall well-being. Last week, I called and needed contacts. I could not even see my babies' faces from "far away" as in the kitchen to living room. I was having a hard day feeling drained. Hunter ordered what I needed and stayed at location until my husband could be there after work. He had me pay before closing over phone to be sure I would have what I needed to take care of my family. That is caring and going above and beyond. I am very grateful. Thank you.

    One of the better places I have preferred coming to directly to get my test and purchase both my glasses and contacts from. Easy to sign up and get attended. They are willing to help out with any questions or concerns one may have at the time of visit or before and after the appointment. They always call as soon as your glasses or contacts arrive, and that's one thing I've had issues with other places.

    Patty at the front desk is SO RUDE!!! I will never come back here ever again. She is miserable and wants others to feel her misery! I have been coming here for the last 4 years, but I will never be back again. She says very rude things and then laughs to make it sound like it isn’t so serious. She is a very immature person.

    Originally had a 12:30 appointment which was confirmed a few days in advance. On the day of the appointment Americas worst asked us to come in 40 minutes earlier, so we did. When we arrived there was 3 other people in front of us. WHY didn’t they leave the appointment for the original time instead of hurry up and now wait longer. This place needs people skills because when I called to find out why they did this? The receptionist said we don’t pay attention to the patients they just have to wait.

    This office is amazing! Dr. Bertrand and her office manager, Hunter, and their extremely competent and friendly staff will take THE very best care of you and your eyes. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

    These are the best group of women. Julie and Jasmine were the best EVER. The doctor was on her way out and she stopped to take care of me. “Jas and Jewels, “ my new names for them, were very patient with me. By the time we had laughed and gone through all the glasses on the wall, we were family. Please understand they are truly an asset to your business. I’ll definitely continue to come back.

    This location has one of THE BEST staff on hand. Everyone I encountered *(April, Ana, Sherri,& the new tech) was incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind & know what customer service is. I was also really Impressed with Dr. Kimberly & how thorough she was. It's a great feeling to know you are in good hands. Thanks again ladies!! So....if you want to give America's Best a try OR you want to switch & try a new location: This is THE spot. I'm so happy to have found you guys! Yay! 10/10

    ❤️❤️❤️STORY TIME::: So I been walking around Dallas Texas nearly blind for 2 months for contacts from the Oakcliff location which provided poor customer service to add to my distress. So I called this America Best at this location at 3641 W Northwest Hwy Suite 170, Dallas, TX 75220. I walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly smiling faces, told them how I was treated a other location and they ensured me they will make sure I see before I leave and they DID JUST that. This was how I was able to write this review. So shout out to the amazing staff I can finally see again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    This is my first and last time using this place. I ordered contacts and glasses from here three weeks ago and have yet to receive my contacts. I was encouraged to have my contacts delivered to my home. The lady who advised this was Ana. She stated that my contacts would be delivered faster to my home than the store. I called a week ago to inquire about my contacts and was told that they had been shipped out and I should receive them in a couple days. I call a week later and I am told that my contacts were never shipped, they are just now finishing up processing of the order. I am told my contacts were on back order and to wait a couple more weeks and if they don’t arrive to call back again. No one can give me an exact date on when my contacts will arrive and at this point I’m told to wait over a month. This is unacceptable to me. I should have at least received a courtesy call to let me know what was going on with my contacts. I wear my contacts daily and waiting a whole month for my contacts to possibly arrive is to long. With all that being said NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Great, experience I did an eye exam and my glasses came in within 3 days. However when I went to pick my glasses the girl almost gave me somebody else’s glasses if I hadn’t told her that it wasn’t mine.

    excellent service, excellent attention they have a wide variety of lenses and they give you a very detailed explanation about the use of contact lenses I want to thank each and every one of the members for their attention, patience and understanding this time I was attended by Aaron and he seemed like a very attentive person and dedicated to his work, thank you very much, I recommend you.

    The front receptionist I think her name was Nora was so rude her customer service was not so nice she decided to skip me since my problem didn’t seem as important But Maria was great she helped me with what I needed she deserves a raise.

    My first appointment was cancelled (without notice) so I rescheduled. My second appointment has been rescheduled another 2 weeks from now. I don't know wants going on with this place but I suggest you don't waste your time.

    Don't go there, they are thieves and they don't respect insurance and they have no idea how it works. I was a client and when I wanted to use it to replace a pair of broken glasses I took my insurance and it seemed that everything was fine but they did not verify the validity of my insurance even though I gave it to them upon arrival. They did the exam and asked me to choose my new glasses. Suddenly they tell me that the expenses for glasses were not current and that I would have to pay for the exam. I told them that they should have checked that since I gave them my card but they justified their lack of attention by telling me to come back when my health insurance was available again and they would reimburse me for the payment that they improperly charged me. Now, I return with my available expenses and they tell me that the offer is no longer valid. that I should have returned earlier, but they never explained that to me when they charged me. I find it improper and advantageous on their part that they do not explain in detail the process for refunds. they do it with treachery. They act deceitfully and totally unethical. the mistake was made by the optician's staff and now they want me to pay again.

    This review is about 3 months past due. The front staff is great, the manger however lacks customer service. Let’s start with they broke my frames (emporio armani not the most high end frames but not cheap I paid $220). So when I was made aware of my frames being broken the manger spoke to me and told me pick out a set of frames on the house, but this store has nothing comparable (randy Jackson & a few pair of Oakley’s). Long story short I was not reimbursed for frames, was not given back the claimed broken frames, and since I dropped off 2 pairs to get lenses I was getting break in pricing. The manger said I no longer got the discount because only one frame for lenses and I had to argue her down that wasn’t my fault. Manger had NO professionalism and seems to not value customer retention. I had 4 other pair glasses I would of brought in if not for her nonchalant “oh well” attitude about the situation. In the end I should of made the drive to Luck Optical in Fort Worth where I usually go.
