Far
from
any
sustainability
-
in
terms
of
customer
loyalty
and
guest
approach.
Everything
is
blamed
on
Corona
and
on
a
so-called
"redesign"
-
why
you
simply
don't
want
to
be
friendly
here
and
don't
value
the
customer
remains
completely
open.
Today
we
were
in
the
Hofcafe
with
three
generations,
from
5-63,
therefore
with
a
wide
range
of
evaluations.
The
expectations
were
high,
after
all,
organic
quality
usually
attracts
nice
clientele
and
with
a
clear
attitude
towards
sustainable
products,
we
also
assumed
humanistic
people
and
hosts.
Unfortunately
the
visit
was
a
straight
6.
Reason:
We
would
have
liked
to
take
some
pastries
with
us
-
that
was
our
goal.
Without
being
aware
of
our
intention,
we
were
"received"
by
the
owner
and
staff
in
the
typical,
rude
Altländer
tone
(Altländer
tend
not
to
be
the
nicest
people
on
the
planet
-
in
our
opinion)
:
"We
only
work
with
advance
notices
and
reservations"
switch
it
harshly
towards
us
-
we
have
never
experienced
a
more
direct
"!
Please
get
away!"
We
accepted
the
challenge
and
looked
to
see
how
far
the
"service"
orientation
would
go.
After
multiple
requests
for
3-4
pieces
of
cake,
we
were
approached
briskly
and
dismissed
in
an
operatic
tone.
I
will
omit
further
details
here.
Other
guests
were
treated
similarly.
In
short:
in
the
Altes
Land
one
is
neither
professionally
positioned
in
terms
of
customer
loyalty
nor
interested
in
sustainable
customer
loyalty
-
at
least
that's
the
impression
after
a
minute
-
and
we
are
intensive
gastro
goers
and
of
course
this
is
only
our
opinion.
In
our
further
opinion,
you
shouldn't
leave
a
cent
here,
since
the
way
we
are
treated
as
customers
-
of
course
only
based
on
us
from
today's
experience
-
is
underground.
The
Old
Country
must
finally
wake
up.
By
the
way:
A
friendly
“Welcome,
nice
that
you
are
here,
but
we
are
fully
booked
-
would
you
like
to
take
something
with
you”
would
have
been
straightforward
and
authentic.
(Original)
Fernab
jeder
Nachhaltigkeit
-
im
Hinblick
auf
Kundenbindung
und
Gastansprache.
Alles
wird
auf
Corona
geschoben
und
auf
eine
sogenannte
"Umkonzeptionierung"
-
warum
man
hierbei
schlichtweg
nicht
freundlich
sein
mag
und
den
Kunden
nicht
wertschätzt,
bleibt
völlig
offen.
Heute
waren
wir
mit
drei
Generationen,
von
5-63,
folglich
mit
einem
breiten
Bewertungsspektrum,
im
Hofcafe
gewesen.
Die
Erwartungshaltung
war
groß,
schließlich
lockt
Bioqualität
in
der
Regel
nettes
Klientel
an
und
bei
einer
deutlichen
Einstellung
zu
nachhaltigen
Produkten
gingen
wir
ebenfalls
von
humanistisch
erzogenen
Menschen
und
Gastgebern
aus.
Leider
war
der
Besuch
eine
glatte
6.
Begründung:
Wir
hätten
gerne
ein
paar
Gebäckstücke
mitgenommen-
das
war
unser
Ziel.
Ohne
von
unsererAbsicht
Kenntnis
zu
haben,
wurden
wir
von
Inhaberin
und
Angestellten
im
typischen,
unhöflichen
Altländer
Ton
„empfangen“
(Altländer
sind
tendenziell
nicht
die
nettesten
Menschen
auf
dem
Planeten
-
nach
unserer
Meinung)
:
„Wir
arbeiten
ausschließlich
mit
Voranmeldungen
und
Reservierungen“
schalte
es
uns
harsch
entgegen
-
ein
direkteres
„!Hauen
Sie
bitte
ab“
haben
wir
noch
nie
erlebt.
Wir
nahmen
uns
der
Herausforderung
an
und
schauten,
wie
weit
die
„Service“orientierung
wohl
noch
reichen
würde.
Auf
mehrfache
Nachfrage
nach
3-4
Stücken
Kuchen
wurden
wir
weiter
forsch
angegangen
und
im
operpatzigen
Ton
abgekanzelt.
Weitere
Details
lasse
ich
hier
einmal
aus.
Auch
andere
Gäste
wurden
ähnliche
behandelt.
Kurzum:
im
Alten
Land
ist
man
in
diesem
Hofcafe
weder
professionell
aufgestellt
was
die
Kundenbindung
angeht
noch
an
einer
nachhaltigen
Kundenbindung
interessiert
-
zumindest
entsteht
dieser
Eindruck
nach
einer
Minute
-
und
wir
sind
intensiv
Gastrogänger
und
natürlich
ist
dies
nur
unsere
Meinung.
Unserer
weiteren
Meinung
nach
sollte
man
hier
nicht
einen
Cent
lassen,
da
der
Umgang
mit
uns
als
Kunden
-
natürlich
nur
auf
uns
aus
der
heutigen
Erfahrung
bewertet,
unterirdisch
ist.
Das
Alte
Land
muss
endlich
aufwachen.
Übrigens:
Ein
freundliches
“
Herzlich
willkommen,
schön
dass
Sie
da
sind,
aber
wir
sind
komplett
ausgebucht
-
möchten
Sie
etwas
mitnehmen”
wäre
straight
und
authentisch
gewesen.
