It is the worst Hotel ever...

Very disappointed with this hotel!!! Dilapidated room: yellow pillows without covers, dilapidated furniture, damaged walls. The shower is a small, entirely partitioned room. I wonder about the maintenance and cleanliness of this “hotel”! This is without counting the lack of seriousness when it comes to reservations! Confirmation invoice not sent, reservation terminal in front of the hotel that does not work: my reservation was debited from my account and I never had a card to enter and access the hotel! attention !! I absolutely do not recommend it!!

When I stayed here it was as a last minute emergency, and I needed somewhere so I didn't have to spend a freezing cold winter night in the train station. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Bugs in the bed. Bloodstains on the sheets. A bedside fridge full of mould. The room smelt stale. There wasn't a chance I was trusting anything to be safe as the locks on the door were so flimsy. I endured some of the worst hours sleep ever in this place. Don't stay here.

Not as bad as the other reviews suggested! Perfect location and helpful staff. Extremely cheap hotel.

The room was dirty and unswept. Bed was made and sheets seemed to have been washed. I could smell a putrid odor all night and only in the morning discovered that it came from the shower located in the room (which had no shower curtains). The bed mattress seemed old and was lower in the middle than on the sides. Two stars for being the cheapest hotel in Grenoble and located two steps from the train station, but I would not spend more than one night there... ------French------ The room was dirty and not swept. Very useful luggage room to store your bags, apparently the only one near the Grenoble Station (Gare). Friendly staff.

Certainly it is well located, but it is the worst hotel I have visited in my entire life. I had taken a room for 52 euros per night and I was revolted to discover its condition. Dilapidated room with furniture that is falling apart, no light in the bathroom area, no toilet paper, neither in the room nor on the landing. Questionable overall hygiene, and non-existent sound insulation as well, I heard my roommates all night. And the icing on the cake is the fire alarm that rings in the middle of the night. Hotel for all budgets perhaps, but there is still a minimum of service to be provided. In short, avoid at all costs. For a handful of euros more you can find much better, or at least a lot less worse.

50 euros for two beds INFESTED WITH BED BUGS, luckily we took a nap before wanting to spend the night there. 45 minutes after falling asleep we found ourselves literally covered in bedbugs (pillows, pants, t-shirts, sheets)!!!!! Absolutely avoid if you want to sleep properly and not bring unwanted people home!!!! Lamentable state of the room! SERIOUSLY prefer another hotel!

I stayed here for 5 nights. During my stay in Grenoble, the weather was hot and humid and this hotel does not even have a fan. I had to always keep my windows wide open and some rooms do not even have good ventilation. On my last day, I had left my luggage at the hotel's reception and I came back to find that my luggage was stolen. I had to go to the police and I missed my train. The police said that they found my bag in a parking lot near the hotel. My bag was broken into and several stuffs were stolen. The hotel has asked me to file a claim with them but I am skeptical whether they will compensate me. In short, if you can spare a few more euros per night, AVOID this hotel at all cost.
